This diploma thesis aims to design the cycle route from the village of Nová Ves I to the town of Kolín and to describe its impact on the environment. The researching part of the thesis deals with cycling itself, its history and development. It further decribes the existing infrastructure for cycle paths and clarifies how the cycle paths should be planned properly. It also focuses on constructing of them. The researching part of the thesis next deals with the impact of the cycle trails on the environment and describes it in details. The thesis provides a detailed characterization of the territory. The particular characteristics serve as the basis for designing the most appropriate routing of cycle paths. The analytical part of the thesis contains several analyses which aim to help us find the best solution for designing the cycle route. All the analyses serve as a valuable basis for further decision making and designing the most convenient cycle route between the village of Nová ves I and the town of Kolín. In the designing part of the thesis there are four variants of the cycle route between the village of Nová Ves I and the town of Kolín. Each of them is described in details and evaluated. Eventually the best strategy for the route is selected and it is clarifed and proved by doing own research and measuring with using the mobile applications.

This thesis deals with new found neolithic settlement in Kolín, which is dated from Neolithic - Stroked Pottery Culture. On the site were found also the Lengyel Culture imports. The thesis brings the results of the pottery and the chipped industry analyses. The relative chronology of the settlement and some pits was based upon the pottery analysis. There were some settlement pits, which were situated outside and inside the circle, and circular ditch chosen for it. Marginally is here solved the question of interpretation of the function of objects and intercultural relations. The work brings especially the findings about next neolithic site with circular ditch and Lengyel culture imports in Bohemia. The thesis deal with the soil sealing and the rehanding with the uncovering of soil cultural layers. This problem is describe on the example of the industrial zone Kolín - Ovčáry. In the thesis there is the evaluation of the soil characteristics and their changes in areas where due to the trensfer of the cultural layer was created completely new structure of soil cover compact of soil units with artificial stratigraphy of profile. For this area the new classification subsumtion is suggested. The overall impacat of the soilsealig and implementation of the uncovering of soil cultural layers, despite of local incerase of soil fertility parameters, we evaluate as the degradation of soil cover.

This diploma work is about economic and urban development of Kolín in years 1850 - 1914 and its ambition is to contribute to research of regional history and to research of Czech cities. I endeavoured to write the diploma work according to research practised in Institute of economic and social history in Faculty of arts, Charles University in Prague. I wrote the diploma work according to appropriate archival sources in State district archives (branch of State regional archives Prague). I also studied available literature. In the introduction of my work is brief described general history of Kolín. In the part dedicated to economic history are described activities in this sphere. This development is introduced into a general framework. There I named the most important companies in Kolín. I also wanted to advert to the development of banking and trade. The next part is dedicated to urban development and technical infrastructure. In the chapter I also describe the development of build-up area and attempt its regulation. There I also mentioned the traffic presumptions of Kolín. I pointed out the issues of economic elite, important buildings, education and federal action. I compared Kolín to other cities and I wanted to show its development in the broader framework. In conclusion I recapitulated basic...

The subject of the thesis are testaments conserved in Kolín municipal books dating to the period of 1376 and 1401. The last wills are analysed from the juridical and administrative point of view as well as the perspective of the studies of medieval religiosity. The aim of the thesis is to show the role and function of the testament in hereditary practices in the royal town od Kolín at the end of the 14th century. The list of the testaments with the date, reference and a brief characteristic plays an integral part of the study.

Diplomová práce se zabývá výstavbou a provozem průmyslových zón v souvislosti s problematikou veřejné podpory. V teoretické časti práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jsou zde naznačeny možnosti financování výstavby průmyslových zón a také metody jejich hodnocení. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány při hodnocení průmyslové zóny Kolín-Ovčáry.

The presented master thesis evaluates an economical and social development of Kutná Hora and Kolín districs that are located in an eastern and a southeastern part of the Central Bohemia region and that are sharing a common administrative border. The thesis is based on a review of a literature about basic terms used in the area of a regional development and a regional polity, policy and politics. In an analytical part of the thesis there is an evaluation of a development of selected socio-economical factors, measured in between years 2005 until 2014. The analysis is based on a data from regional and state official statistics. In the next part of the thesis there is presented a field survey that was done simultaneously in both districs and together with a previous analysis it served as a basis for a SWOT analysis for both districts. Based on a data from all parts of the thesis there are presented suggestions and recommendations for further development of both analysed districts.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the development of unemployment in the district of Kolin between the years 2004 and 2014, and to determine the reasons for failure of employee recruitment organized by the Labor Office of the Czech Republic in Kolin and propose solutions that could lead to a reduction in unemployment in this district.

The purpose of this thesis is to research vocal and instrumental ensembles that are part of music department at Fr. Kmoch Primary school of Art in Kolin. To record their history, endeavours and the efforts of their conductors and choirmasters. For the sake of completeness I do also mention the graduates who went through these ensembles and then decided to study the music at high schools or at universities and also those who remain dedicated to orchestral and group performing even after finishing the primary school.
