Studie návrhu povodňového plánu vybraného území - Městská část Brno-sever

Oliva, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
A flood plan is one of the fundamental documents of flood protection. This thesis deals with the design of flood protection and flood protection plan, which in practice will help to correct coordination of all members involved in flood protection. The first part of the thesis is a literature review, which deals with the general characteristics of floods, their origins, what kinds of floods distinguish the conditions under which they originate and what characterizes them. There is also the issue of flood protection, Integrated Rescue System IZS and the legislation that relates to this. The next section is a brief description of the area. The territory chosen for this work is district Brno-sever. Basic documents and materials for the investigation are provided by this district and subsequently studied. Followed by field researche of flow control's whatch spots and inventory of materials for flood protection control. After reading all the materials of the flood plan of Brno-sever it was found, that some of the data are no longer valid and will need to be modified or supplement. The main problem was the issue of flood commission. Specifically, which representatives should be appointed to this committee, what is expected of them and what are their exact duties. Following these findings I prepared a clear methodology for the flood commission, in which is precisely defined, from which department this man should be and what are his tasks. The conclusion summarizes the importance of a flood protection plan. Flood protection is becoming, along with changing climatic conditions still thornier issue, and despite the fact that Brno was not offten affected by floods in the recent past, the aim should be that all inhabitatns would be prepared for this unpleasant possibility.

Regulace cen roamingu / The Roaming Regulation

Koblihová, Veronika January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis examines the issue of the roaming regulation. The goal was to find out whether it had been necessary to regulate roaming prices at the EU level and what consequences it has and will have for individuals in the market - especially consumers, mobile operators, politicians, and also for the single European market. The basic hypothesis is that the roaming regulation will ultimately lead to a reduction in consumer utility, and therefore there is no substantial improvement to the single European market. The first part describes current developments in the roaming regulation and presents arguments for and against regulation. The second part then discusses the presented arguments. The impact on various market players is examined using the available data.

Slánský, Petr January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with cooperatives and closely focuses on their bodies. Czech legal order gives only superficial legislation which causes many questions and imperfections to arise. The aim of this thesis is to find solutions to these problems and create an ideal model of cooperative. Following that, the author bases his thoughts on the legal doctrine and Czech court jurisdiction. The introductory part focuses on general questions, i.e. history of cooperatives, legislation and legal characteristics of cooperatives. The author refers to the negative impact of the Communistic Party of Czechoslovakia on cooperativeness between years 1948 - 1989. Such impacts are still present in nowadays legislation. Another imperfections are seen in the starkness and fragmentation of the legislation itself. All these imperfections may be removed by the future law about business cooperatives. The main body of the thesis follows as this describes the cooperative body legislation. Current legislation brings three obligatory bodies - assembly, board and control committee. Next to these, every cooperative may establish optional bodies. The chapter on assembly deals with its status and scope. In connection with assembly's scope the author describes in detail the process of assembly's decisions approving, together...

Political parties and the democratization process in Cameroon

Nchanji, Desmond Nsalar January 2019 (has links)
ABSTRACT This thesis investigates the role of opposition political parties in the democratization process in Cameroon via the prism of the electoral process. Some of the African countries achieved reasonable democracy while others have either stagnated, are regressing or have transformed into what Levistky describes as Hybrid regimes or competitive authoritarian regimes. The transition in Cameroon was flawed from the beginning of the democratization process in 1991. The opposition parties in Cameroon have been constantly calling for a consensual electoral process. The electoral process has evolved considerably but much still has to be done to achieve an ideal electoral process. A critical qualitative analysis and assessment of the role of opposition political parties in the democratization process through the spectrum of the electoral process. A consensual electoral code is one of the aspects of democracy and one of the most effective means of ending internal conflicts
