The theoretical part of this dissertation deals with problems of offence proceedings. It defines basic concepts and describes institutions which are collocated with the offence proceedings. The thesis is structured from legal enactments, corporeal legal formation of offences and principles of the offence proceedings across actions before the start of the proceedings and the proceeding itself to due and special legal remedies and types of offences per a law of offences. The practical part includes data about offences from Commission of an Offense in the town of Náchod registered between years 2011 and 2015, overview of them in separate years, charting and evaluation of the of most frequent offences across these years. According to the detected data there is an evaluation of generally perceived hypothesis of worse condition of interpersonal relationships in the society in collocation with the results of the survey.

The thesis deals with the theme of procurement of supplies in the Czech Republic from its beginnings to the present in the context of legal and economic developments. The current situation is analyzed on the basis of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with monitoring the preparation and adoption of new legislation. Legal issues will be extended by an overview of relevant laws and evaluate the problems in the formation of tender documents for the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply and reviewing compliance with the principles of the Act on financial control in public administration. Theme in the application of profiling on public procurement, focusing on a framework agreement designed to capture recurring delivery. The study is supplemented with practical experience in the field of public procurement for the conclusion of framework agreements, provides an analysis of the positive and negative aspects of this method of procurement, including proposed solutions. The practical part is elaborated on the basis of a comparison of the specific tender documents with the statutory legislation, qualitative research and secondary data analysis of tender documents for contracts to supply a valid framework contracts signed by the selected organization in the years 2012-2016.

The issue of legislative and ethical requirements on research of innovative medicines became more intense in connection to the expansion of the pharmaceutical industry in last few decades. This master thesis aims to complexly describe and analyse theoretical bases of current legislative regulating the process of clinical trials of medicinal products for human use in the Czech Republic, as well as to take a closer look to the issue of ethical review administered by specialized ethical review committees. The author also deals with some specific responsibilities of the committees from the perspective of administrative law, especially focusing on aspects of legal nature of the positive opinions, which are one of the conditions for commencement of a clinical trial. The thesis is divided into nine chapters and the introductory chapter is focused on the general outline of the issue of clinical trials of medicines for human use in the Czech Republic. The aim of the second chapter is to define the basic concepts stated in the Czech medicinal products act, which are specific for this area of pharmaceutical law. Práce se zabývá strategií trvale udržitelného rozvoje a jejím prosazováním v mezinárodních vztazích. Identifikuje politické, ekonomické, kulturní a institucionální bariéry prosazování. Závěrečná část je věnována institucionálnímu zastřešení trvale udržitelného rozvoje v rámci systému OSN. Pojednává o jeho nedostatcích a možnostech posílení na příkladu Komise pro trvale udržitelný rozvoj a Programu OSN pro životní prostředí.

Small and medium enterprises are very important for the european economy from the view of their quantity, creation of jobs and the added value.In the first part of my thesis I'm introducing the definition of the small and medium enterprises according to European Commission, their importance, strenghts and weaknesses. Another important issue is also the business environment in the Czech republic, which is the main attribute of the development of SME. The second part is about the main types of SME support of European Commission, like the finance and non-finance help, direct help and structural funds. In the third part I will present the impact of the current economic crisis on SME and the steps of European Commission and Czech government which are being taken to help SME. At last, I am introducing succesfull medium company named VARI, a.s. and external and internal factors which help the company to be successful on the Czech market.

More than ten years after the largest economic crisis, which stroke the European Union in 2008 and thoroughly tested its readiness and ability to act, Europe was hit by a global pandemic of COVID-19. Because of this crisis, the European Union and its institutions faced a number of challenges, stemming from unprecedented measures imposed to tackle it. In contrast with the economic crisis, it was not only the European industrial and financial sectors but also more segments, essential to the functioning of the European Union itself, which were affected by the recent crisis. The aim of this thesis is to point out the differences of impacts of the two crisis and to find out the role played by the European Commission during the process of dealing with them.

This diploma thesis analyses the legislation governing interruptions in Czechoslovakia in the time frame between 1950 and 1986 when this legislation went through many changes. The thesis studies consequences of these changes, their influence on the population in Czechoslovakia and even opinions of its inhabitants living in above mentioned time period. The thesis focuses also on so called "interruption commission"; institutions of former Czechoslovakia, which used to decide about the future of unwanted pregnancies. One part of this diploma thesis is also dedicated to the development and accessibility of contraceptives, which were directly influenced by the legislation.

My thesis deals with reproductive politics of socialist Czechoslovakia, focusing on the effect of abortion committees decision and its members in matter of legality of abortions since 1957. The theoretical part summarize knowledge about reproductive policy of socialist Czechoslovakia and the effect of abortion committees. The empirical part includes interviews with witnesses who had personal experience with abortion committees. Interviews are analyzed by means of encryption techniques inspired by grounded theory. The thesis includes analysis of six interviews with applicant of abortion, one interview with a partner of the applicant, five interviews with doctors - gynecologists and one with a former member of abortion committee. The thesis called The operation of political commitee in the period of the so-called Legal Biennial deals with the activity of political commitee, an especial authority subordinated to the Ministry of Justice, in the period of the so-called Legal Biennial, i.e. in 1948-1950. The main aim of the commitee's activity was to direct the drafts of new laws presented by particular expert commitees and to adjust ideologicaly its content. In the first part of the thesis, the author presents the period of so-called Legal Biennal and describes the procedure of creation the new laws and its passing in the National Assembly. In this part, the author also dealt with the establishment, competetions and tasks of the commission and afterwadrs she presents also its members and organisation of the commitee's activity. One of the results of the author's work is also a tabular survey of the commitee's meetings including the attendance and discussed topics. The second part of the thesis is oriented to legal questions discussed by the commitee on its meetings, arranged in thematic order and on the influence of the commitee on the final wording of presented laws. Finally, the author presents some of the main members of the political commitee who significantly influenced its operation.
