Vliv přípravy pacienta na průběh léčby v hyperbarické komoře. / The impact of patient´s preparation on the progress of treatment in hyperbaric chamber.

KREJČOVÁ, Zuzana January 2015 (has links)
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a treatment method that involves inhalation of 100% oxygen, and under higher pressure than the atmospheric. Blood has the ability to deliver more oxygen authorities. Treatment takes place in facilities called the hyperbaric chamber. During treatment, patients must adhere to certain principles that are given by the doctors and nurses working in these workplaces. The main objectives of this thesis were to map the influence of preparation on the course of treatment in a hyperbaric chamber and to determine how the patients are instructed by nurses during treatment in the hyperbaric chamber. Three research questions were set up to clarify how the preparation affects the patient during treatment in a hyperbaric chamber, as the patient is educated before treatment and what output the patient receives after leaving the hyperbaric chamber. In order to fulfill the objectives qualitative research methods were done, using a semi structured interview. The survey was conducted in two selected hospitals, in the České Budejovice Hospital, and at the University Hospital Plzeň - Lochotin. An individual, semi-structured interview was used as data collection technique, which was initially recorded on a cell phone and then transcribed into written form. At the beginning of the research interviews were conducted with nurses, who gave a comprehensive view of their job description. These conversations only complement the research. We included the brochure with basic information in our research and that was supplemented by information obtained from these interviews. The sample included patients treated in a hyperbaric chamber. They were subsequently divided into three subgroups. The first subgroup consisted of chronic patients, the second subgroup of patients undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the first time and who got the booklet with background information before their first exposure and in the third were also new patients but who were given a booklet after their first exposure. The survey was conducted in January and February 2015. Analyzed data formed four categories. Careful preparation of the patient is an essential part of treatment in a hyperbaric chamber, largely because of the specificity of this treatment, which consists mainly of placing the patient in an enclosed space, the need for a breathing mask and the inability to quickly leave the hyperbaric chamber without health risks. Therapy in a hyperbaric chamber alone is, in compliance with the indication, contraindication and dosing schedules and well-executed preparation, relatively safe and simple. From the above mentioned reasons it is necessary that the nurses in the area are sufficiently educated and that the patient who enters the hyperbaric chamber is properly prepared. Nurses educate each patient just before their first exposure, but also before every following one. There is very much information given to patients during preparation for entry into a hyperbaric chamber. The research showed that almost all the respondents had difficulty to remember all the details. Nurses tell them about hyperbaroxy essence, indications, contraindications, the exposure pattern, they select a breathing mask with them, and teach the patients to equalize the pressure in their ears, check their clothes and what they have with them. The nurses also check whether they are greased with creams, makeup and other cosmetics, and in the case of wounds if they are treated using a moist treatment instead of greasy. Before each exposure, the patient is asked about their health (a cold is a contraindication), their blood pressure is measured and the necessary nasal drops are applied. Precisely because of the considerable amount of information that patients get at their first exposure, we decided to include the booklet, which contains basic information for patients who are treated in a hyperbaric chamber for the first time, in our research.

Porovnání kvality práce lisů na válcové balíky / Comparison of quality of work round baler

Bulva, Miroslav January 2016 (has links)
The thesis is focused on comparing the round baler with variable bale chamber. The press Vicon RV 1601 OC14 was compared with press Welger RP 435 Master. The evaluation was conducted from three perspectives. The first was the construction of the machine. The second was economic and the last one was the quality of work. Furthermore comparing was done per the performance, the cost of molding, packaging and simple analysis of investment and operating costs. The quality of the design was better with the press Welger. This press was measured to better results in bale density per hundred percent dry matter with straw 98.13 kg.m-3. Greater hourly output during molding were measured on the press Welger. From an overall perspective was evaluated press Welger better.

Tulach, Pavel January 2016 (has links)
This dissertation describes in detail the issue of passive safety related to the biomechanics of injuries and crash tests processed as well. Statistics of accidents for the last 10 years, which show the maximum and minimum numbers of accidents and fatalities, are presented in the first chapter, "Overview of the current state of solved problematice. There is also briefly defined legislative relationship between the driver, as road users on the one hand and vulnerable pedestrians on the other hand. The issue of injury biomechanics and especially the serious injuries of body parts (organs) are elaborated in relevant chapter. Methodological part of the thesis described and analyzed data from previously crash tests and serve as a basis for comparison with other experimental tests. Other tests means tests performed on the shock chamber. After evaluation and processing of measured data is to identify and describe the limits of the load, which is the human body when exposed to incompatible impact.

Postavení a činnost české lékařské komory / The position and activities of the Czech Medical Chamber

Klůfa, Jaroslav January 2011 (has links)
The topic of this thesis is the position and activities of the Czech Medical Chamber. Its aim is to analyze the role and purpose of this professional chamber in the Czech Republic. I have chosen this particular topic because I mean that although the self- government of professional associations, especially the Czech Medical Chamber, belongs to very important institutes of the legal order of the Czech Republic; the literature addresses this issue only marginally. The next reason for my research is the fact, that just the Czech Medical Chamber is very questionable professional chamber. The thesis is composed of five chapters; each of them describes particular aspects of Czech Medical Chamber (CMC). Chapter One is introductory and is trying to explain the notions self-government and public corporation. The last part of this chapter deals the political, economic and sociological aspects of the CMC. Chapter Two consists of two parts. Part One surveys historical development of the CMC from year 1891, when the Habsburg monarchy issued a law on the establishment of medical chambers, to the present. Part Two look at medical chambers in other countries of Central Europe and endeavours to compare these organizations. Chapter three is subdivided into two parts. Part One focuses on functions of the CMS and...

Beranová, Tereza January 2015 (has links)
- Position and activities of the Czech Bar Chamber The topic of my thesis is "Position and activities of the Czech Bar Chamber". The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the role, importance and functioning of the professional chamber which associates over of 12 000 attorneys. I have chosen this particular topic as I think the available literature dealing with professional chambers, particularly the Czech Bar Association (hereinafter CBA) is not up-to- date and does not comprehensively cover the current status of this institution. In addition to the descriptive passages the thesis includes statistical data analysis, reflections on the current state of the CBA and its possible transformation. The thesis is composed of five chapters; the first chapter is a brief introduction to the issue of self-government. It covers what this term means, explains the dividing of self- government and focuses on describing the related terms. The second chapter provides an insight into the history of attorney self-government. Its formation and development is presented including the production of relevant legislation from the late 19th century through the period of the first Republic of Czechoslovakia, to the era of the destructive socialist regime until the post-revolutionary renaissance of freedom of advocacy. The key...
