This diploma thesis deals about the combustion turbine, design, processing and utilization. This work can be divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge gained in the field of gas turbines and their applications. The second part addresses the design of combustion turbine and its integral part. The third section describes the expected characteristics of combustion turbines. The work also includes the annex, which includes the technical documentation.

This thesis deals with a project of steam boiler to combustion of refused-derived fuel. With respect of required fuel and output parameters of the steam was worked out stoichiometry, energy loss and boiler efficiency, heat flows was allocate to individual heat exchange surfaces. The heat exchange surfaces was calculate and project in detail.

This diploma work attends to presentation of steam grid boiler for wood and brown coal burning in scale (30/70-wood) in load 60t/h, with parametres of outgoing vapour p=7MPa, t=490°C. The work is splitted to several chapters. At the beginning I’m going to make stechiometric calculation and entalpic calculations of air and compustion gas. After that I’m going to calculate heat balance, losses of boiler and set heat efficiency of boiler. Then I’m going to suggest combustion chamber of boiler and make heat calculation. After suggestion of combustion chamber I’m going to set proportions of pulls and heat-delivery surface. In last chapter I’m giong to check heat balance. Inclosure of my work contains drawing documentation of steam boiler.

This diploma thesis deals with design of low-emission combustion chamber, which burns natural gas. The type of the combustion chamber is CAN with six combustion chambers with parallel flow and mixer. A swirler is used like stabilizer. The first part of the thesis describes combustion chambers. Next part is about calculation of circuit of combustion turbine, where combustion chamber is, distribution of air flow and design of main dimensions of combustion chamber. Technical documentation and tables of coefficients are in the attachment.

Title: Effect of hyperbaric environment on fine motor skills Objectives: The aim of study is to assess the changes fine motor skills due to hyperbaric environment in preparation for selected tests of fine motor skills. Methods: The first method was used empirically - research. Then the method chosen of compilation of the information obtained. The basic method to work was the experimental measurement method specially constructed tests on fine motor skills. All measured values were statistically processed as follows. Results: The results were formulated as a percentage, graphs and tables. Recording was carried out by recording the time data. Their percentage of the overall approach to the exercise time mastering fine motor skills in different environments. All results obtained were processed and evaluated. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the theoretical establishment of the professional pedagogical chamber in the Czech Republic as a public-law institution in terms of ethical and moral patronage of the teaching profession. The profession of teacher is characterized by thorough and demanding work with people, requiring not only extensive knowledge, which is subsequently passed on to pupils and students, but also respect of moral and ethical principles, which presents teachers in public as a valuable profession, but also sets the model for exemplary and desirable behavior in society. At present, however, there is no public-law self-governing professional organization in the Czech Republic that associates members of the teaching profession and morally and ethically shields their profession, as is done, for example, by the medical or advocacy chamber of their members. Background: The transposition of the great arteries (TGA) is a common congenital heart disease. In the 1980s the Senning procedure was the major approach in correction of TGA in the Czech Republic. Although the most recent operation technique called arterial switch is the method of first choice nowadays, patients after Senning procedure are still visiting the cardiology centre. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the relationship between the selected parameters from the exercise test and quantified level of physical activity (PA) in these individuals. Methods: 71 patients after the Senning procedure underwent a cardiopulmonary exercise test and they completed an international physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ). Selected data from the questionnaire and the exercise test were evaluated by Pearson correlation coefficient (p < 0,05). Results: 56 patients meet criteria of IPAQ (71 % male, n = 40) and were included in the study. Total PA averaged 6576 ± 5204 MET-minutes/week (median 5271 MET-minutes/week) and 70 % individuals meet criteria for high level of PA according to IPAQ data. Peak VO2 averaged 31,9 ± 6,6 ml/min/kg, maximum heart rate was 177 ± 18,6 beats per minute, the highest work load was 2,7 ± 0,8 W/kg and systolic blood pressure was 185 ± 24,0 mmHg. A letter of credit contract and a collection contract This final thesis is focused on two important payment instruments - the letter of credit and the collection. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the letter of credit and the collection. Its main target is to describe both payment instruments and to introduce their use in real life situations and to point out advantages and disadvantages of both instruments. Both domestic and international legal arrangements as well as expert literature and articles were used to write the thesis. As a main source was used Commercial Code and unification of trade customs by the International Chamber of Commerce. In this thesis, the author wants to deal with the broad spectrum of the contemporary Czech architecture. However, the phrase "Czech architect" appears in the title to show that this thesis is not a critical analysis of the stylish development of Czech architecture, but rather a search for links and inspirations that define the modern architectural profession in Czech society. These links and connections are deeply rooted in architects' experiences before and after the political regime change. The author feels that the architects' understanding of today's society and political transformation will help clarify some uncertainties of their meaning and status. One can understand the modern architects and the course of the Czech chamber of architecture as well as the public sector with it's ever changing tendencies ever since 1989 if the broad spectrum of contemporary architecture is kept in perspective.
