The Master's thesis deals with the didactic adaptation of the book Das doppelte Lottchen (Luisa and Lotka) using its simplified version. The introductory part is dedicated to the important stages of the life and work of its author Erich Kästner, especially the period of the Second World War, specifically the years 1943-1949 and the post-war period in which the novel Luisa and Lotka was written. The interpretative part deals with a comparative analysis of the original version of the text and its simplified version Easy Readers published by Klett. Emphasis is placed on the storyline, the characteristics of the main characters, their language and the language of the narrator. The aim is to describe the changes that have been made to the text in order to make it accessible to Readers who are learning German. The didactic adaptation is based on a simplified version of the novel and is intended for teaching in primary school. It offers suggestions for using this simplified text not only in German language classes, but also focuses on various cross-curricular relationships. With the process of Vietnam's reform and opening up, Vietnam's economy has made remarkable achievements. Vietnam's manufacturing industry, taking advantage of the new liberal policies, has also achieved rapid development. Sufficient and cheap labor force, advantageous geographical location, preferential foreign investment policies, and friendly international trade environment with the technological upgrading of manufacturing industry are all the advantages of Vietnam in attracting manufacturing industry. However, there are structural difficulties in the Vietnam's economy. Vietnam's economy is highly dependent on foreign trade and foreign investment, and its trade commodities are mainly assembly and processing with low added value. Compared with China, Vietnam also has obvious disadvantages in the scale of domestic market and supply chain. Diploma thesis "A Comparative Analysis of Foreign News in the Main News Sessions of TV Stations ČT1, TV Nova and Prima TV in 2010" studies the way of producing foreign news by Czech TV stations in the year 2010. Also, it focuses on the question which countries were mentioned. The introductory part discusses the Czech and foreign literature and offers the overview of TV news production, international flow of communication and factors which influences the production of foreign news. It also introduces the main news sessions Události, Televizní noviny and Zprávy TV Prima. The analysis of foreign news service is divided into two parts, first inquires into differences in used types of reports, their representation in the main news sessions, the topical structure and other characteristics connected with the production of news. Then, the second part concentrates on the states which were mentioned in the foreign news and focuses on the impacts influencing the production of foreign news by the Czech TV stations. For both parts of the analysis methods of quantitative research were used. With the so called Second internet era and the creation of Web 2.0, the amount of the internet users, who participate in creating its contect, has rapidly expanded. Open communication between the recipients and the producers of the media messages, and the wider possibilities to give a feedback as an online media reader are typical for this ongoing period. One of the ways, how to give a feedback, are the discussion forums below the articles. These discussion forums has changed in recent years and most of the Czech online media have started to moderate them or control them. The discussion forums are also not any longer anonymous. In this thesis, I am describing the discussion forums of the three most read Czech news websites - Novinky.cz, iDNES.cz and Aktuálně.cz. On the base of the analysis of the rules of a discussion and the interviews with the discussion administrators, I am describing, how many people in these media organizations work as the discussion administrators and how they moderate and control the posts. I am also dealing with the rules for the people, who want to také part in the discussion forums, whether they can be anonymous and if there are any specified rules, how to behave.

Methodological Problems of Comparative Law Summary From the end of the Second World War the comparative law is constantly growing. Growth of the comparative law was enabled, but also forced, by escalating globalization. Development of an information and communications technology in the past decades growth of the comparative law only accelerate. On this aggressive growth the comparative law wasn't prepared, which led to perversion of its content, subversion of its method and establishment of Feyerabend's methodological anarchism, which to this day under the slogan "anything goes" reigns over the comparative law. This thesis is an attempt to create order in the comparative law. We don't do that for the comparative law, or because of the current state of the discipline, but because of our own interest in application of the comparative method in the legal science. This thesis examines the regional differentiation of Spain and the regional politics in the context of Spanish economic situation within the EU. The first chapter looks at Spain as an EU member, focusing on its profile from the perspective of economic level and growth. Included comparative analysis of the Spanish economy emphasizes the nominal and real convergence with the Eurozone based on the most influential variables. The second chapter deals with the causes and development of the Spanish regional disparity, highlighting various economic sector specializations of distinct regions, impacting employment and productivity. This chapter also touches the topic of social and information inequality. The third and final chapter is dedicated to structural and cohesive policies of Spain during the past program periods as well as the current financial perspective of 2007-2013, focusing on the tools of the EU providing regional aid. Spain within the process of fund redistribution, existing successful results as well as concrete impact on Andalucia's regional economy are also described.

The core of the present master's thesis is a comparative analysis of means of expressing epistemic modality on the background of Spanish and Czech journalistic texts. Initially, the discourse analysis and the concept of theory of enunciation are presented. Secondly, the author defines the term modality and its concept in terms of modal logic and linguistics. She concentrates on different typologies of modality presented by foreign and Czech authors as well. Further, the works focuses on the category of evidentiality and means of expression (especially lexical) of epistemic modality. The proper research is based on qualitative and quantitative analysis. The aim of this investigation is to compare the frequency of occurrence of the epistemic markers between the aforementioned languages.

The main issue of the dissertation paper was to provide a comparative analysis of ethnic minorities representation in the Czech and Kyrgzystan media discurses in the 90s of the 20th century. Both of the above mentioned countries have undergone a paradigm change, which in the terminology of the four theories of press changed the so-called soviet paradigm for libertarian one. The aim of this diploma thesis is a comparison of Czech and Spanish actualizers, in other words lexical units emphasizing sentence elements. The comparative analysis is based on data obtained from parallel corpus Intercorp. The work consists of two main parts. The first part, which is divided into chapters and subchapters, deals with problematics of actualizers featuring particular sentence structure and considering the view of Czech and Spanish linguists dealing with expressions used for emphasizing certain lexical units in the sentence. The second part consists of analysis of particular actualizers with aid of parallel corpus Intercorp. This analysis is focused on the ways to express Czech actualizers in the target language, which is Spanish.
