Submitted thesis occupies with the process of formation of multidisciplinary team, which becomes an instrument of care to services dealing with mental illness treatment in the case of transformation of psychiatric care from institutional to sphere of community services. In psychiatrical community-based services as we know them today, multidisciplinatory cooperation should provide more complex and effective help for people with mental illness. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of informative overview, stating the basic terms from fields of mental disorders and community psychiatry and discription of contemporaneous state care about mentally ill and it also brings new information about prepared reforms in area of providing psychiatric services. The empiric part maps the process of putting the multidisciplinary team together in newly established Centre of mental health, which is the new low-threshold pillar of transformation of psychiatric services. In addition, it shows views of all the professionals from the team on the problematics of creating a team, mutual cooperation, bringing a peer worker in and it also points on the bariers keeping multidisciplinary cooperation from optimal functioning.

The project deals with the revitalization and spatial cultivation of the Dominican monastery with adjacent parish in Znojmo. The monastery is located near the castle walls in the historic center of Znojmo, on the street Dolní Česká. Gradually, should be its conversion from the original method of use to a new use, in order not to delay construction and degradation due to an empty object. The complex, its location and the actual functionality offers precondition for the formation of a community center with associated social housing. The community center should use the premises of the monastery, along with commerce and parishes. Living on the contrary, the rectory and the newly created mass in the courtyard.

The aim of this project is a reconstruction of a former kindergarten building in Žďár nad Sázavou to a community center with several functional units. The existing building was bulit in 1960s. The site is located on the border of the old and new buildings – on one side, there is a Stalingrad housing estate from the 1950s built from brick houses in the socialist realism style. On the other side of the site are built new family houses, which are quickly expanding. The smaller part of the object is still used, the rest is abandoned. The house is surrounded by a large garden. The garden is defined by a fence and trees in a way, which creates a barrier, so the building does not communicate with surroundings in any way. The aim of the project is to create a centre of Stalingrad connected with surroundings and creating a meeting place for communities living in the area by using building interventions.

This specific study entitled: "Health Promotion Projects as part of Education'', consists of a theoretical part containing the voices of various authors on the issue of health promotion in schools. Firstly, the basic concepts that are contained in the body of my work were explained and thanks to this, the reader will be better acquainted with these. In the following chapter I described characteristics of health promotion projects and gave several examples. The principles of health promotion in schools was also dealt with because they are closely related to the topic. Since my primary focus was on how projects in schools are actually implemented, I covered this in a subsequent chapter by giving concrete examples of projects that have already been implemented in schools. It was also important to mention the implementation process of health education into the primary school curriculum and thus I finished the theoretical part of the work and followed it up with a practical part. I used interviews as a research method and these were conducted at primary schools where one of the health promotion projects had been implemented in the past. Thesis Community services of library for middle-aged citizens deals with ways, which transform services of libraries from traditional borrowing services to community services in recent years. Most importantly, it discusses which kind of events are seen as interesting for middle-aged citizens aged 40-55, or more precisely what makes this group visit the library. First part of the thesis deals with definition of basic terms, such as community library, services of libraries, middle-age citizens and lifelong education. Further, it describes examples of new concept of libraries and library services in practice in age, when printed documents are not as necessary for users as they used to be. Next step of the thesis is the analysis of statistic figures, services and events hosted by three chosen libraries - Masaryk public library in Vsetín, town libraries in Nový Jičín and Valašské Meziříčí. The survey of interest preferences of middle-aged users is divided into two parts. The thesis is focused on the analysis of the Scottish education system in the context of community education. The thesis focuses on the analysis of the educational system in terms of structure and curriculum documents and analyzes the conception of community education. Great emphasis is placed on linking community education with the school. Work is supplemented with a content analysis of school - political and curricular documents that form the basic theoretical framework for practice. These documents are also an inspiration for the creation of similar documents in the Czech Republic. Conducted content analysis summarizes theoretical information and highlights the importance of community planning and cooperation in the community education. The results of this study allow to dissemination of the Czech comparative pedagogy and contribute to the debate on the conception of community education in the Czech Republic.

Firstly, it defines basic concepts like community education in an international context and the notion of community schools itself. Secondly, it discusses certain theoretical assumptions and presuppositions as well as current challenges of development of the community schools. The research is based on a multiple case study and it describes the current situation of selected community schools. The current situation of the schools is compared to their situation and conditions six years ago. Basing on the diachronic comparison using the academic document "Analysis of environment in the Czech Republic and the possibility of the development of community schools" of 2008, the research revealed that community concepts in schools are almost unchanged. Finally, the work challenges possible causes of this stagnation of development. I would like to give an explanation of the term community circle especially focusing on the community circles in the programme Step by Step. These were particularly inspiring for me. I am also looking into the community circles from the point of view of the Framework Educational Programme and acquiring key competencies. It is, indeed, in the community circles that the social and communication competencies are developed. The goal of my thesis is above all stating the terms of smooth establishment of a community circle. I hope to offer guidelines for a start-up of community circles and the development of short activities used in morning circles.
