<p>Tärnsjö garveri har under en längre tid planerat att flytta några av betongpelarna i byggnaden,</p><p>samtidigt som detta undersöks skall förutsättningarna för att vidga ett befintligt porthål och en</p><p>åtgärdsplan för ett korroderat tak undersökas. Det finns inga aktuella konstruktionsritningar vilket</p><p>försvårar arbetet.</p><p>En stålbalk eller förstärkning med kolfiber klarar av de större krafterna i balken efter flyttning av</p><p>pelarna. Porthålet kan enkelt tas upp om det läggs en stålprofil i överkant på porten och delar av</p><p>de nedre fönstren i ytterväggen gjuts igen. Eftersom att det inte funnits konstruktionsritningar att</p><p>tillgå så antas att alla laster förs ut i och bärs upp av ytterväggen.</p><p>I lagerutbyggnaden är det problem med att taket börjat korrodera i snabb takt, detta beror till stor</p><p>del på att takpappen som skall skydda taket från fukt är gammal och behöver bytas. Taket har</p><p>även börjat användas som uteplats vilket medfört extra nötning på det befintliga täckskiktet. Current construction plans can´t be found and</p><p>that severely complicates the work.</p><p>Moving the pillars will result in higher stress on the current beam and measures have to be taken</p><p>to retain the buildings stability. An iron beam or reinforcement with carbonfibre will manage the</p><p>stress. The gateway can easily be widened if an ironbeam is laid as reinforcement at the top of the</p><p>gate. And parts of the lower windows need to be cast shut. Because of the missing construction</p><p>plans the beam over the gate is projected to carry all of the loads in the wall, including the weight</p><p>of the joists. The reason why the ceiling in the warehouse has begun corroding depends to big part</p><p>on the tarpaper that should protect the ceiling from damp, it´s old and needs to be changed. The</p><p>ceiling has become an outdoor room which means increased tear on the current tarpaper. To solve</p><p>this problem the ceiling needs to be cleaned and the paper replaced.</p>
