The main goal of this paper is to provide complete view about financial crises. Paper is di-vided into the six chapters whereas we explore the definition of crises, than history, causes, indicators and anti-crisis precautions. In last chapter we apply all theoretical observations to case study of Nordic banking crises from the beginning of the 90s in last century. We can't expect the crises to vanish completely because they are natural part of both finan-cial system and whole economy but for which they are extremely dangerous too and that's why the crisis, when it breaks out, must be at every moment managed and under control.

Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční a politickou krizí, která proběhla v Argentině v letech 2001-2002. Po stručném teoretickém úvodu následuje popis ekonomického a politického vývoje Argentiny, se zaměřením na ekonomické reformy a postupné hromadění ekonomických problémů v 90. letech. Po vylíčení průběhu samotné krize a bezprostředně následujícího období jsou analyzovány hlavní příčiny krize. Následně je srovnán tradiční argentinský způsob řešení krizí s řešením aktuální krize a jsou identifikovány možnosti odvrácení krize a okamžiky, ve kterých Argentina nevyužila šanci krizi zabránit.

The aim of this dissertation is to suggest and verify the process of risk's analysis in the chosen agricultural enterprise. The suggested methodical process of analysis comes out a persuasion, that primary attention is needed to give to a protection of carrying business assets. This process contains six basics steps. Firstly are identified potentials of company's success. Secondly to potentials of company's success are assigned assets. In the third step are chosen crucial business assets, which are object of further risk's analysis. Fourthly are identified threats of company's carrying assets. To each threat is set the size of potential damage and the probability of its occurrence. In the fifth step risks are drawn in risk's matrix. Finally are set recommendations for risk's regulation.

In general, the work deals with the relationship of the financial and political sphere. Specifically the impact of political conflict (the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in 2014-2015) on local and global stock markets.The main method of research is a technical analysis of selected stock market indexes.

European integration is a unique project, based on which, after centuries of war, Europe commenced economic and political cooperation. However, as it is shown particularly in recent years, European diversity, either in terms of language, cultural background or economic development, is so present, that what is beneficial for some Member States of the European Union, may not necessarily be beneficial for all Member States of the European Union. After less than 20 years since the establishment of the European Union, we are witnessing the convergence process, which is far from finished, nevertheless it already encountered problems that will be faced many more years. While the most developed and the richest Member States continuously contribute to the EU budget, the other Member States, especially in southern Europe, they are still in the position of recipients of financial help. The recent development shows that the process of catching up is not as fast as expected, but it is very expensive. The introduction of economic and monetary union, on such a large and diverse territory proves to be short-sighted, mainly due to the absence of sufficient coordination of the fiscal policies executed by each of the Member States.

Jágriková, V. Determinants of German bond yields. Diploma thesis, Brno: Mendel University, 2017. The master's thesis identifies the determinants of German bond yields during the financial and debt crisis. First part of the thesis focuses primarily on the financial and debt crisis and the resulting changes on the bond markets. The determinants influencing the bonds yields are examined subsequently. Second part of the thesis addresses testing of significance and influence of the determinants on German government bond yields. Empirical analysis has been conducted for bonds with different maturities in order to determine whether the impact intensity of individual determinants will change. Results of the conducted analysis are interpreted.

Diploma thesis deals with the topic of migration wave from Venezuela to Peru due to the Venezuelan crisis. The aim is to find out how Venezuelan migrants perceive current situation in Venezuela and what was the main reason for them to leave the country. Furthermore, how they perceive employment possibilities in Peru, Peruvian themselves and the diversity of both cultures. Finally, how much they feel accepted by the local people in Peru. The thesis is divided into the theoretical, analytical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the explanation and definition of the concepts of migration theory with selection and closer acquaintance with the push-pull theory of migration. The analytical part describes the facts leading to the humanitarian crisis in Venezuela, together with the current issues and the most important factors of the crisis. The topic of the food crisis, crime, inflation, and other factors related to the issue is described in more detail. Diploma thesis also focuses on the current situation in Peru, namely in Cusco and what influence the Venezuelan migration crisis has on this receiving state and region. The main subject of the thesis is a practical part, which is based on the method of semi-structured interviews with Venezuelan migrants living in the Peruvian city of Cusco.

The thesis is focused on crisis management, which should follow any company that wants to keep its place in the market. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the level of crisis management in the enterprise. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explaining and describing the basic concepts related to crisis management. Using literature, thesis also explains methods which are applied in crisis management. The practical part was processed using a personal consultation with the director of the company and access to the internal network. Its main objective is to describe and evaluate the process of crisis management in selected company. Crisis management was analyzed at SVUM - CZ, s. r. o. In the thesis is the company introduced first, including the economic side of the matter. Next, the level of crisis management is evaluated and identification of potential risks is processed because potential risks could have a negative effect on the company. The analysis of identified risks is processed using a risk matrix and to the most likely risks is processed crisis scenario and crisis plan. Finally, in the thesis are processed an appropriate recommendations to the company. SVUM - CZ, s. r. o., is a small company dealing with anti-corrosion and surface treatments of metals.
