This thesis is focused on comparison of tourism management in destinations Český Krumlov and Jindřichův Hradec, on revealing weaknesses, finding examples of good practice and designing the Destination Management Company at the local level. The analytical part deals with analyzing internal and external factors of destinations Český Krumlov and Jindřichův Hradec and identifying appropriate strategies. In the synthetic part was carried out design of the Destination Management Company for the destination Jindřichův Hradec. Part of the project is financing plan.

This thesis indicates the destination branding in the South Bohemian Region. It focuses on three existing destination management organizations in this area. These destinations include the Down of Český Krumlov, the Písek Region and the Lipno Region.

This thesis deals with methodological problems of education of regional homeland study on a case study on municipality and the surroundings of Český Krumlov. In the first part of the thesis is detailed description of the studied area (the area of the municipality of Český Krumlov) {--} delimitation and location of the area, its physical and social geographical features, historical development and places of interest in Český Krumlov and in its surroundings. The other part of the thesis issues from the special information introduced in its first part and presents adaptation of the topic for children that attends primary school (from the first to the fifth class). This adaptation respects The Framework Education Programme for Basic Education, its thematic area The Place Where We Live from the educational area Humans and Their World. Educational texts (for third, fourth and fifth class) and worksheets completes the notes for teachers. This thesis includes common chapters such as the introduction, the analysis of used literature, and the methodology of this thesis, conclusion and list of used literature.

The Renaissance painting decoration of the castle Český Krumlov during the reign of the last Rožberks Český Krumlov is one of the biggest and most historically important castle our country. Since the 14th century was the property of a significant Czech family - lords of Rožmberk. During the rule of humanistic educated lords of Rožmberk, in second half of the 16th century, was conducted reconstruction of the castle into Renaissance chateau. The Renaissance spirit of the castle has preserved to this day. The idea is evident both in the exterior and in the interior. The painter's decoration of the castle was closely linked to the owner of the castle and the entire dominion, who showed his prestige, political power or ancestral tradition. The painter's decoration of the castle during the last Rožmberks was also the main theme of this diploma thesis. This study aims to identify the perceived socio - cultural impacts of tourism by residents in the city Cesky Krumlov. Based on data from questionnaire survey five main spheres (factors) within socio - cultural impacts were named with reference to the social exchange theory according residents' positive or negative perception during interaction with tourism. According the average answer in each sphere, the cluster analysis produced four types of typology of final attitude - the Advocates, Skeptics, Environmentally Concerned and Not decided. After identification all attitudes, two main problematic spheres were named - socio-cultural and social status as they are seen as the most negative ones. This fact was supported by accompanied survey of businesses and companies structure in the city center, where the results show lack of businesses for residents.

This thesis deals with Revolving Theatre in landscape of Český Krumlov and its influence on landscape character. First part of thesis deals with conservation of landscape character and castle parks in general. Then I describe history of Revolving Theatre placement issues in castle garden and I compare substitutive alternatives of its placement. I evaluate influence of Revolving Theatre on landscape character using ICOMOS methodology. In the end I evaluate short questionnaires which ask whether people agree with placement of Revolving Theatre in the castle garden of Český Krumlov.

In this diploma thesis is being solved a castle garden in Český Krumlov. It's current state and historical development is summarized. The garden was founded by Jan Kristián from Eggenberg in 17. century. The garden has gone through significant changes over the years. Those changes can be seen from attached plans. At first baroque garden become mostly romantic one. The biggest change is placement of revolving auditorium though. Before the auditorium was built, beautiful flower beds ware on this spot. Those beds ware the pride of the garden. Most of this work is focused on current state of the garden. From summarized current state and discussed gardens in Kroměříž and Lednice is obvious, that current state of the garden is very neglected and the garden needs regeneration.

Main aim of this diploma thesis was to apply a standard methodology for calculating economic impacts of the value added of tourism in this region, based on an analysis of tourism performance in the district of Český Krumlov. Partial aim was to identify regional barriers caused by problematic data and suggest possible measures that need to be taken inevitably.

The main task of project is build a accommodation with a miniature zoo for tourism development in the area. For these purpose it is necessary reconstruction of a building which will further serve as a suite accommodation. There should be three suites and in each of them two rooms for sleeping, one room with double bed, one room with separated beds, a usefully equipped kitchenette connected to the living room, and bathroom with WC. As for the garden, there should be pens or cages with sheep, goats, horses, turtles, parrots, pheasants, peacocks, emus and kangaroos.

The study deals with the castle of the Moravský Krumlov and the former stables located nearby. The main purpose of this thesis is the reconstruction of the whole mansion, the renewal of its life on a daily basis and the avoidance of a complete dilapidation of the building. The chateau is being used multifunctionally, emphasis is added to the Slovanská epopej by Alfons Mucha, the artwork which represents the successful historical period from the past. The major part of the building is occupied by a gallery and an exhibition, which brings us to so called artistic incubator, another part of the chateau which was designed to provide sufficient background as well as enough place for acommodation . The castle also offers a hall for holding cultural events and receptions, free time activities centre and several appartments. The building of the stables is being used as a restaurant and an accomodation. The integral part of the whole area is also the courtyard , surrounded by ramparts (walls), where brand new exhibition entitled Příběh epopeje is about to be made.
