Využití meziřádkové kultivace půdy při pěstování kukuřice v zemědělském podniku

Ambrož, Jaroslav January 2019 (has links)
This master thesis is focused on the use of inter-row cultivation in silage maize. The practical part of the work was realized in the agricultural enterprise, AGRO Zvole. The experiment was aimed at comparing the yield of maize for silage without cultivation, using inter-row cultivation without fertilization and using inter-row cultivation and liquid fertilizer. The results in 2018 demonstrated the effectiveness of using inter-row cultivation with using liquid fertilizer.

Vliv selenu na růst heterotrofní formy řasy Chlorella

Novák, Martin January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis (Heterotrophic incorporation of selenium in Chlorella sp.) focuses on characterisation of the genus Chlorella and large-scale use of algae for biofuel and starch production. Besides that, the thesis contains an up-to-date summary of forms of autotrophic algae cultivation ranging from large-volume tanks covering the area of dozens of hectares down to laboratory cultivation in photobioreactors and heterotrophic cultivation of algae in fermenters. Experimental part of the thesis focuses on cultivation and observation of the heterotrophic growth of algae Chlorella vulgaris in relation to the concentration of added selenium which was performed on glucose substrate with varying concentrations and forms of selenium. Selenium was applied in a form of sodium selenite Na2SeO3 and sodium selenate Na2SeO4. Numerous experimental repetitions suggest a significantly important effect of the form of the added selenium on growth rate and vitality of Chlorella sp. While the algae did not thrive on sodium selenite medium, they prospered on sodium selenate and exhibited faster growth compared to that on the media without additional selenium.

Výskyt patogenních trichomonád u koček a psů / Pathogenic trichomonads in cats and dogs

Vobořilová, Pavlína January 2014 (has links)
Trichomonads are anaerobic flagellated protists that are either parasites or commensals. They frequently inhabit digestive, respiratory, and urogenital tracts of vertebrates, including domestic cats and dogs. In these hosts, four trichomonad species has been described: Tetratrichomonas canistomae and Tetratrichomonas felistomae that are commensals of the host oral cavity; Pentatrichomonas hominis, a commensal of intestinal tract that could be found in dogs and cats but also in other mammals including humans; and pathogenic Tritrichomonas foetus that causes, in addition to cattle infection, feline intestinal trichomonosis. Although, trichomonads in dogs and cats are probably of cosmopolitan distribution we have no information about their presence in Czech Republic. The first aim of this study was to distinguish types of trichomonads present in the oral cavity of dogs and cats and to get preliminary epidemiological data. The second aim was to demonstrate the presence of Tritrichomonas foetus in cats and dogs in the Czech Republic and to identify potential risk factors for the disease. Cultivation and nested PCR were used to determine the presence of trichomonads in dogs and cats. Sequencing and phylogenetic analysis based on ITS1-5.8rRNA-ITS2 gene sequence was used to identify species of isolated...

Blastocystis u domácího ptactva / Blastocystis in domestic birds

HRDLIČKOVÁ, Jaroslava January 2011 (has links)
During 2010, faeces samples for parasitology research oriented on Blastocystis were collected from an anonymous farm. A total of 55 samples were collected (of them for 10 faeces samples from hens, ducks and geese and 25 from pigeons). The samples were cultured in Dobell-Leidlaw medium and viewed by light microscopy. However, this method led to only two foundings of Blastocystis (one from hen, the other from pigeon). Thus, PCR and nested-PCR with specific primers were later used for better detection of Blastocystis. The samples for PCR detection were not collected from the aforementioned farm, but they originated from a collection of isolated DNA samples that was available on the Parasitology institute of AS CR. The results of PCR were checked after electrophoresis and verified by sequenation. The obtained sequences of bird-isolated Blastocystis were phylogenetically analysed and as described to subtype 7.
