In my thesis "Residential tenancy agreement - Landlord's status and non-mandatory provisions of Czech residential tenancy law" I explore specific institutes of Czech residential tenancy law. I deal with contractual freedom of the parties to arrange their own rights and obligations that may differ from those that are prescribed by the Czech civil code. I also put emphasis on the new legislation that will come into effect in 2014, which is going to substantially change legal relations between lessors and lessees. Starting with basic legal requirements for lease agreement I then describe rights and obligations of the parties that stem from it. At the end I go over legal tenancy agreement termination options. Through the comparison of the law as it is and its impact on real life I attain the aim of my thesis: to show what is problematic in the Czech residential tenancy law.

A lease is used by many companies as an instrument of external financing by which their investing and operational needs are financed. The lease itself is divided under the existing accounting standard IAS 17 Leases - into two parts -- the finance and the operating. The different classification of the lease can be used - position of a lessee and the position of a lessor. The problem in the case of the lessee is that the division into the finance and the operating lease is very sophisticated and also enables the opportunity of the creative accountancy. The reason is that some companies instead of the finance lease recognise the operating lease and conversely. This fact results in a fact that the financial statements are not comparable and users cannot rely on them. This thesis analyses these problems and it is looking for the solutions for the lessees and the lessors.

The diploma thesis discusses the issues of help mainly by the United States under the Lend- Lease Act during the Second World War. The theoretical part deals with the historical context and the economic s and political framework of the rise of the programme with an emphasis on the USA. The following part is focused on the quantification of the whole extent. A great part of the thesis is devoted to the issues of help by the Soviet Union. The emphasis is placed not only on the content, but mainly on the logistic issues. Following the historical context there are also four major transportation corridors discussed and their occupancy at the time, material flow and mode of transport are analysed.

The Supreme court's decisions are published in the thesis very often, because these decisions take irretrievable place in the field of termination of flat lease. En el Perú se ha observado una desaceleración económica que ha afectado el crecimiento del sector construcción, si a esto sumamos la falta de gestión para proyectos de infraestructura por la falta de capacidad de las autoridades de turno, esta desaceleración del país ha afectado el sector público como privado generado por escándalos de corrupción en el país. A pesar de este clima adverso, el país mantiene una economía estable y una proyección de crecimiento positivo. Para el gobierno es muy importante impulsar el crecimiento económico a través del desarrollo de infraestructura y la generación de inversión, por ello ha creado una serie de medidas que generan nuevas formas de inversión inmobiliaria a través del mercado bursátil. Es así que desde el año 2016 ha venido publicando una serie de normas que crean y regulan los Fideicomisos de Titulización para Inversión en Renta de Bienes Raíces (FIBRA), que en otros países son conocidos como REITs. Con el desarrollo de este trabajo de investigación daremos a conocer esta nueva forma de financiamiento alternativo para inversión en bienes inmobiliarios denominado FIBRA, el cual democratiza el sector inmobiliario, además de ofrecer una serie de beneficios tributarios para inversionistas y para los propietarios de los inmuebles, quienes podrán convertir su predio en un activo líquido y diversificar su inversión. / In Peru, there has been an economic slowdown that has affected the growth of the construction sector, if we add to this the lack of management for infrastructure projects due to the lack of capacity of the authorities on duty, this slowdown in the country has affected the public sector as private generated by corruption scandals in the country. Despite this adverse climate, the country maintains a stable economy and a positive growth projection. It is very important for the government to boost economic growth through infrastructure development and investment generation, which is why it has created a series of measures that generate new forms of real estate investment through the stock market. Thus, since 2016, it has been publishing a series of regulations that create and regulate the Securitization Trusts for Real Estate Investment Investment (FIBRA), which in other countries are known as REITs. Design and Implementation of a Security Mechanism for network communication

Most process of lease is done manually in the past. Since the networks were used extensively and systems of Point of Sales risen quickly, the efficiency of administration of payment flow had been obviously promoted. What are mostly encrypted are information of payment flow, but what we encrypt is the information of leased products this time. We apply encryption technique to the lease system, and access information via RS-232 devices, such as SmartCard Reader and EM Reader. After processing of system and encryption, the system will transfer the processed data to the server. In this paper, we take Kaohsiung C-Bike Lease System for case study, our discussion will focus on network packet, data encryption, and real-time monitoring. We will also introduce critical features and mechanisms of the lease system and address some issues we encountered. This system encrypts data via Advanced Encryption Standard, sends out data packets via TCP/IP, and monitors leased bikes via databases and framework of multi-thread.

Studies of lease-buy decisions and models for forecasting land prices

The choice between purchasing land or entering into a long-term lease is analyzed using a deterministic cash analysis both from the tenant's and landlord's perspective. It is less financially stressful to start farming through a lease agreement than by purchasing the assets. The lease period of landlord indifference between these choices is determined for each combination of input variables. / Land value and income forecasting models are developed and presented. These models are based on two similar but conceptually different statistical tests. Each test results in different forecasting models which has implications for the use of such models in the future. / Consumption-based asset pricing models are tested using agricultural rental income. These models, although appealing both intuitively and theoretically are found wanting in terms of their formulation as the model results are highly sensitive to the data employed. This concern increases with the level of data aggregation.
