Vliv modifikace na pevnost lepení buku

Šmíd, Pavel January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on the influence of thermal modification on the strength of bonded joint in tension according to ČSN EN 205. For the purpose of this work was used beech wood. The thermal modification of the test samples was performed at temperatures of 160 °C, 180 °C and 200 °C. The selected bond strength adhesives were melamine-urea formaldehyde adhesives (MUF), phenol-resorcinol formaldehyde adhesives (PRF) and one-component polyurethane adhesives (PUR). In addition to the thermal modification the effect of plasma modification on bond strength is also determined. The test lamellas were plasma treated (DCSBD) prior to gluing and pressing. The result is the determination of the tensile strength of the bonded joint in all the above-mentioned modifications and comparation of the results.

Využití modifikovaných částic ve výrobě OSB desek

Panáček, Radan January 2017 (has links)
Object of this thesis is to find out the influence of modified particles by plasma on properties of OSB board bonded by pMDI resin. Particles were made from veneer, because it is easier to modify by plasma (DCSBD). Produced particles were tested for chosen physical and mechanical properties. Results show degradation of properties of modified boards

Mechanická analýza lepeného spoje dřevo - uhlíková vlákna

Harok, Jiří January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with a mechanical analysis of bonded joints between timber and carbon fibres. Bending, shear and compression tests were chosen to describe the bonded joint's behaviour. The experiments were filmed by cameras for further evaluation of relative deformation and relative shear deforation, a well as movement. The measured data were used for analysis of deformation and specimen behaviour, comparison of different wood types and specimen results, and numerical three-dimensional model compilation.

Renovace kluzných ploch / Repair of surface sliding

Teplý, Miroslav January 2013 (has links)
The selection of suitable materials for the renovation of sliding shafts requires a comparison of several criteria. The main criteria were selected size shear strength under tensile stress lap bonded assemblies, resistance to adhesive wear and economic criteria. From the results of all tests is selected the most suitable friction material to repair worn out places of shaft. The technological process of sealing the shaft was drawn up on the basis of the literature, recommendations supplier of sliding materials and their own experience.

Pevnostní vlastnosti lepidlových filmů v závislosti na klimatických podmínkách lepených spojů

Knápková, Adéla January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with influence of climatic conditions on the strength properties of adhesive bonded joints of outdoor wood furniture by using dispersion-based PVAc adhesive for assembly joints. Samples of acacia, beech and larch wood were glued with waterborne polyvinyl acetate adhesive. The glued joints were exposed to various humidity and temperature conditions in order to monitor the influence of climatic conditions on the shear tensile strength of adhesive film of individual wood species.

Pevnost lepeného spoje v ohybu v závislosti na klimatických podmínkách

Stehlík, Pavel January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the effects on a type of selected wood joint within a specific exposure to natural external climatic conditions on the 3-point bending strength of the bonded joint. The solid robinia wood specimens were glued together with one component polyurethane adhesive. The specimens were joined in width using finger joint, edge joint and dowel joint. The glued joints were exposed to natural external climatic conditions for eight months and later tested for flexural strength every two months.

Vývoj zkušební metody pro ověření pevnosti lepeného spoje ve smyku pro velkoformátové masivní panely

Jemelík, Vojtěch January 2017 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to develop and verify a test method for the verification of shear compressive strength of wall panels manufactured by Novatop company. Strength verification of adhesive joints in order to perform tests prescribed by the European Technical Assessment in the current company's test room. First, it is necessary to analyse the stress which occurs in the wall of the timber wooden building. Furthermore, it is necessary to design the test methods in such way so that they can be carried out in the company's test room and to introduce the tests in business practice.

Vliv teploty na pevnost lepeného spoje nábytkových hran

Vlčková, Romana January 2016 (has links)
The final thesis analyzes the influence of high temperatures on the quality of the glued joints glued with hotmelt polyurethane adhesive. The panels of particle board were finished with ABS edge by using modern technology for edgebanding. The samples were tested in peel test performed at an angle of 90° and shear under compression loading at an angle of 45°. The experiment was carried out for samples stored in standard conditions and samples placed in conditions simulating the internal environment in standardized transport units in intermodal transport. Results were compared with each other, they were also compared with the results for the glued joints with hotmelt ethylene vinyl acetate adhesive.

Vplyv teploty na pevnosť lepeného spoja nábytkových hrán z listnatého dreva

Košutová, Petra January 2017 (has links)
Diploma thesis diels with the influence of temperature on the strength and the quality of the glued joints between beech edge and particleboard. The samples were tested in peel test performed at an angle of 90° and shear under compression loading at an angle of 45°. To perform the tests were made two sets of test samples. A set where the edge was glued with hotmelt adhesive EVA, the second set glued with hotmelt adhesive PUR. The experiment was conducted on samples stored in standard conditions and on samples being exposede to cyclic thermal load. Cyclic thermal load was used to simulate the internal environment in shipping containers in international transport of goods. The results of the measurements were processed, analyzed, statistically evaluated then matched with each other.

Vliv použitého lepidla na pevnost konstrukčního spojení DOMINO

Martinek, Štěpán January 2014 (has links)
The aim of diploma thesis is to discover the effect of used glue on strength of Domino structural joint and on the experiment basis determine whether different thermal conditions affect the strength of glued joint and if this influencing is significant or not. Two types of samples were made for this experiment with difference in used glue. These samples were exposed to three different temperatures. Bending moment and rigidity coefficient was identified at particular joints.
