Zkoušení pevnosti spoje lamelovaných hranolů pro výrobu oken

Hála, Marek January 2014 (has links)
The first part of the diploma thesis deals with modern glued lamellar prisms for the production of windows, doors and their combination. The procedure of the euro balks production is the essential part of the work. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the characterization of the wood modification, above all thermally modified wood which is currently used in practice. Moreover, at the present new modified material known as the wood treated by acetylation (Accoya). The practical part deals with the assessment of the bonded lamellar prisms' quality and rigidity. Next examination is devoted to two types of glue (PVAC, PUR).The prisms with two directions of the fibres in the middle layer were tested. The timber from the tangential and semi-radial direction was used for the middle layers. The conclusion if the produced prisms meet the requirements and satisfy the quality class for the window and door production, is included in the discussion.

Lepení materiálů na bázi dřeva pomocí mikrovlnného záření

Hlučka, Marek January 2014 (has links)
The thesis delas with the influence of microvawe radiation on shear strength. For this experiment were selected two of our most common wood species which are used in furniture, construction and other industries and fields. Namely spruce wood and beech wood. All species were bonded by water-based dispersion adhesive (coating 150 g/m

Porovnání metod hodnocení pevnosti desek z masivního dřeva

Drga, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
The main aim of the thesis is the comparison of methods that are focused on assessment of solid woods boards' strength. The assessment is considered from a point of view of normative methods and it is determined at industrial oak and beech solid wood panels with PVAC dispersion glue. The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is theoretical and it is focused on solid wood materials, wood bonding, technological factors and circumstances that influence the quality of adhesive joints. There are also mentioned basic types of adhesives used in furniture and wood industry as well as overview of standards dealing with quality of adhesive joints of wood materials in the theoretical part. The theoretical knowledge is used in the second part where is the methodology created. The methodology helps to find out the density, shear bond strength and percentage violation of adhesive joints of test samples. Finally, the results of analytical part are statistically evaluated and mutually compared and also compared with specialized literature.

Povrchová úprava stavebně-truhlářských výrobků s krátkou životnosti

Suchý, Michal January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the design system of finishing of structural wood construction with a short lifetime and performing tests of physical and mechanical properties. The system of finishing is based on the used adhesives. Three different kinds of adhesives (UF, MUF, PVAc) were used to test. Tests were conducted by technical standards ČSN, EN, ISO and BS. The aim of the study was to determine the properties and durability of the proposed surface treatment and to evaluate the possibility of using it for practice. Tests were conducted: surface hardness, adhesion to substrates, resistance to scratching, to steam, cold liquid, falling steel ball, abrasion and attrition. Furthermore, the measured sheen, color changes and light fastness.

Činitelé ovlivňující vlastnosti lepených spojů u lepidel používaných v dřevařském průmyslu / Factors affecting the properties of glued joints for glues used in the wood industry

Boška, Pavel January 2016 (has links)
Dissertation focuses on the influence of selected factors on the properties of the bond glued by acetate polyvinyl adhesives. Factors such temperature and moisture content of the environment, the pressing pressure and cyclic stress. Despite the same type of adhesive, the properties may vary for different producers of adhesives and according to which the product is not intended. Influence will be compared to the test samples of dried beech timber with regard to shear bond strength. They will be compared properties of adhesives from different manufacturers and different destination. Test samples and test progress carried out in accordance with current standards, or largely based on. This research should help users streamline the process of adhesive bonding and reduce the production costs of the bond.

Vliv povrchu na pevnost lepeného spoje / Effect of surface on bonded joint

Trhoň, Vojtěch January 2011 (has links)
This master’s thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part are these topics: bonding theory, treatment of bonding surface, types of adhesives, adhesives in the transportation industry and construction and stress of bonded joints. In the second part of this thesis is experimental evaluation of the effect of surface of material on strength of bonded joint.

Úprava izolace v zadní části autobusu / Adjustment of the Insulation of the Bus Rear Part

Pešina, Jan January 2014 (has links)
Master thesis is focused on proposal of improved manufacturing process of assembly named "sandwich" produced in Iveco bus company. There is solved new fixation of assembly bench, replacement of currently used glues and material of ledge as well. In the first part there is company introduction Iveco Bus. Second part consist of construction analysis and description of present manufacturing process. Further there is introduction, solving out of thesis topics and proposal of new manufacturing process is written. At the end of thesis are attached comparison between present and proposed manufacturing process.

Posouzení pevnosti lepení při nastavování překližovaných materiálů

Krejčíř, Michal January 2018 (has links)
This master thesis is focused on mechanical properties of glued scarf for long-grain plywood extension made by request of company Orlimex CZ s.r.o. Main goal was to find out best type of joint and glue for this purpose and compare strength prop-erties of scarf jointed plywood versus non-jointed plywood. The reason for scarf-jointing plywood is the production on custom sized and non-standard panels as well as evaluating panel´s quality and possible application of cut off boards. All plywood properties were tested according to CSN EN terms and evaluated by statistics and cut analysis

Vliv teploty a extrémní vlhkosti na pevnost lepeného spoje u spárovky z listnatého dřeva, určené pro výrobu kuchyňských prvků omyvatelných v myčce na nádobí

Vacek, Jiří January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis solves the problem of a suitable combination of used adhesive and the shape of a glued joint, to produce a battenboard usable in the production of kitchen products washable in dishwasher. The tested samples were made of beech and oak and their edges were machined into glued joints of the wedge calk, the blunt joint and the double wedge pen. For testing were used two polyvinyl acetate adhesives and one polyurethane adhesive with different types of moisture resistance. The resistance of the samples to bending stresses on the glued joint was tested before exposure to the washing process and after the completion of thirty washing cycles. The theoretical part includes a literary overview and methodology dealing with the given issue, the practical part describes the achieved results.

Bio-based wood adhesive derived from brewers spent grain

Muselíková, Vladislava January 2017 (has links)
Brewers spent grain (BSG) is an abundant waste material from the brewing process, representing approximately 85% of total by-products generated, is rich in cellulose and non-cellulosic polysaccharides and has a strong potential to be recycled. One of the main components of the BSG is protein, which has a potential to be extracted, modified and used as an adhesive for the woodworking adhesive. This work deals with the protein extraction through alkali treatment and its subsequent modification, crosslinking with glyoxal. The crosslinked adhesive was tested through ABES method to find, that ideal content of glyoxal is 20%. Subsequent adjusted standard tests for the lap shear strength and bend strength (MOE and MOR values) were used to compare its values to commercially available PVAc adhesive. The lap shear strength results were 2,7 times lower to PVAc, the bend strength values were, on the other hand, 1,5 times higher. The PVAc was partially replaced (50 and 25%) by the protein adhesive showing that the extracted adhesive could serve as a partial replacement to lower the ecological impact of the PVAc adhesive.
