Biological invasion is considered to be one of the biggest threats to biological diversity. The invasive species are the ones that aren't native in the area and were brought here either knowingly or unintentionally as stowaways on ships, car tires or shoe soles. These organisms have characteristics, such as its size, number of produced seeds, spread speed and others, thanks to which they are capable of pushing the original organisms out from their natural land. The goal of this thesis is to find out about the awareness of general public about such topic, how much people are informed about the influence of the non-native species, which invasive species are present in our area, how it can influence health, economy, environment and last, but not least what are the options for its disposal and how much such an action cost.

The goal of this master's thesis is, as the title suggests, to map out the legal regulations of liquidation process of business corporations. There are of course loads of similar thesis and monographies on the similiar topic, but after the recodification of the civil law that became effective from the 1st January 2014 the need for description of this topic is coming back again. This master's thesis desribes the legislation after the mentioned recodification of the civil law. Its goal is not to become a guide for the whole procedure of the liquidation process of business corporation. The thesis is written chronologicaly according to the procedure of liquidation mostly in its content and structure. Main goal of this thesis is to higlight the main problems and difficulties, that the persosn participating in the process of liquiadtion can face. With recodifiaction comes also the issue of judiciary, that is created by activity of courts, but the courts need longer time period to create the judiciary. In the time that this master's thesis was written (approximately two years after the new legislation became effective) the courts couldn't react in greater range on this crucial legislation change. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of liquidation as a form of economic decline of companies. In the theoretical part of the thesis economic decline is outlined and the legal regulations related to the process of liquidation are elaborated. The practical part of the thesis provides the reader with the analysis of statistical data regarding the insolvency and liquidation processes in the Czech Republic and with the further description of the particular case of liquidation on the example of Cooperative G 19.

The first part is devoted to the evaluation of the legislative environment in relation to the legislative regulations of the Czech Republic and the EU. The next part deals with the possibility of using individual parts of selected vehicles during their physical liquidation in connection with economic aspects. At the end of the thesis, the obtained data are commented on and the possibilities of dealing with discarded vehicles in future renewals of the MHD fleet are discussed, taking into account all economic aspects.

The diploma thesis is focused on the accounting and tax connection of the cancellation of the business corporation with liquidation and the termination of the shareholder's participation in the company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of legal, accounting and tax issues. In the context of liquidation of companies, accounting and tax obligations are described gradually in the course of this process. In the following section, the process of liquidation in practice is illustrated in the model example. Subsequently, through financial anal-ysis, it is verified whether it is possible to predict the cancellation of a business based on the development of its financial results.

1 Protection of company's creditors during liquidation Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the protection of creditors, which the legal legislation provides them during liquidation. This issue remains important even after the recodification of private law, because new legislation has not removed all weaknesses in the protection of creditors. The thesis is divided into five chapters. Objective of these chapters is to cover most of the instruments that protect creditors throughout the liquidation process and after its ending. The first chapter is dedicated to the liquidator, who is the key person of the liquidation process. This chapter also involves a list of his rights and duties. That provides an overview of the protection of creditors during liquidation and the next parts of diploma thesis describe these rights and duties in detail. The second chapter delves into the instruments of protection which are associated with the beginning of liquidation. The third chapter deals with a protection of creditors during the whole process. In particular it deals with payment of the company's debts and includes the analysis of specific groups of creditors. Afterwards, effects of entry into the liquidations are described. The thesis specifies the purpose of hearing the views of legislation and analyzes the system of dealing with loss events on motor vehicles. It deals with the issues, with a focus on system control units for motor vehicles in the particular context of the process of diagnosis of motor vehicles. Based on the information suggests measures to improve the current state of negotiations detection purpose insurers and formulate generalizable practices with the applicable conclusions.

This thesis is focused on the methods of liquidation for motor vehicle insurance events. It pays particular attention to the problems related to undercovering insurance frauds and possible methods to improve them. The methods to test the suspicious causes of motor vehicle damage, the resulting analysis, and test outcomes are analyzed. The application methods of the study findings on current liquidation processes of insurance incidents are outlined.

The aim of this thesis is to define the possibilities of process modeling in liquidation, analyze liquidation process, propose changes that will lead to the optimization process.
