Zrušení společnosti s ručením omezeným s likvidací z rozhodnutí soudu / Liquidation of the limited liability company from the decision of the court

Vozár, Jan January 2012 (has links)
Liquidation of the limited liability company from the decision of the court The theme which I have chosen for my thesis is the process surrounding a decision of the court to dissolve a private limited company by liquidation. I have chosen to focus only on private limited companies as I believe it is the most used entity for the purpose of incorporation in the Czech Republic. The purpose of my thesis is to analyse an area which is missing the attention of the public despite the fact that every year hundreds of companies by the Municipal Court in Prague are being dissolved in this way. The reason for my research is based on the current situation in the field of "judicial liquidations" where changes in the insolvency law and the undeveloped conception of the commercial register are contributing to an increasing number of so called "death companies". The thesis is composed of three main parts, each of them dealing with different aspects of the liquidation process. The first part is the introduction and defines the main issues in this field. I have provided a description of the phenomenon regarding the judicial liquidation system, setting it within the context of the continuing economic and financial crisis. I have given details of the causes which lead up to the liquidation of a company; these will...

One of the methods that some states carry out to combat terrorism is targeted killing. Legitimate effort of states to suppress terrorism and may not lead to violations of human rights. The thesis aims to answer the question: "Is targeted killing a permissible method of combating terrorism, in terms of the lex lata of human rights law, humanitarian law and rules for the use of force between states?" Regarding the methodology of the thesis I was inspired by the books: "Vědecká propedeutika pro právníky" by Viktor Knapp," Metodologie vědy" by František Ochrana and "Jak studovat politiku" by Peter Drulák. The thesis consists of four chapters. The objective of the first chapter is descriptive. The first chapter should clarify the terminology and content of key concepts. The content of the second chapter is an analysis of the legality of targeted killings under human rights law. The third chapter examines the conditions of legality of targeted killings in humanitarian law. Chapter Four deals with the admissibility of targeted killings in the light of law of interstate force. Through an analysis of...

Bankrotní modely a vybrané ukazatele predikující vstup obchodní korporace do likvidace nebo insolvence / Bankruptcy models and selected indicators predict the entry of a business corporation into liquidation or insolvency

ZELJKOVIĆ, Simona January 2019 (has links)
The work is focused on using bankruptcy models and appropriate selected indicators on the data set used, and it identifies how crucial it can be for an enterprise to use an inappropriate model or indicators to decide whether to enter into liquidation or insolvency, and how these business aid indicators can prevent larger business damages that would occur if the risk was ignored. It adds value to controlling activities and can influence the possible prediction of the development of financial problems in the enterprise. Selected models and indicators are tested on a database of companies, which is divided into two groups - bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy. It compares the results of the model evaluation by including the gray zone intervals in the calculation with the results when these intervals are removed. The individual models' reliability is tested both on individual groups and in individual years 2013 to 2017. Selected indicators are tested on the bankruptcy group, which best correlates with reality and confirms the correct selection of indicators for possible prediction of bankruptcy

Kopisty: proč jsme museli odejít! / Kopisty: why we had to leave!

Pšenicová, Barbora January 2011 (has links)
Diploma thesis "Kopisty: why we had to leave!" refers to a village in Most district which has been destroyed and its people had to be evicted based on the plan of the mining industry. As the official reason for the liquidation has been mentioned the open-cast mine Ležáky. But, the thesis demonstrates, is not the only cause. The other causes of the liquidation are deep mines Jan Hus and Julius III. and expansion of sanitary zone of chemical plants. It has been proven by the investigation and it is stated in the thesis, all these factors had crucial influence on the village. The need of increased production has caused a slump of the houses and roads in Kopisty. It is surprising that, except Ležáky and chemical plants, there is no allusion to these reasons in the official plan of liquidation. The entire thesis is based on archival sources, research and oral history. The main goal is to precisely reconstruct the process of dismantling and demolition of the village. There is a documentary evidence that the phase from 1976-1981 was not the only one and that there were already demolition of buildings before. This is also confirmed by the fact that local people knew about the liquidation already in the sixties. I do not want to avoid even the up-to-date themes as are the reclamation of the city Most,...
