The main aim of this dissertation is to determine the global occurence of geografically non-indigenous plant species - Giant Hogweed (Heracleum mantegazzianum), Himalayan balsam (Impatiens glandulifera), Japanese knotweed (Reynoutria japonika), Sakhalin knotweed (Reynoutria sachalinensis) and Reynoutria x bohemika in selected locations of the South Bohemian region, for example in district of Český Krumlov and České Budějovice. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of selected localities where there is an occurrence of these plants and description of the above-mentioned invasive plant species and thier subsequent liquidation. The result of the dissertation (of the work) are the map´s outputs processed in the Geographic Information System, which record the global occurance of geografically non-indigenous plant species.

This thesis deals with the issue of illegal dumping of hazardous substances and waste in the Czech Republic. It is mainly focused on a possible emergency incident and the subsequent management of an emergency situation. The objective of the thesis is specification of these dumping sites, a concept of the methodical procedure for the components involved in emergency management, and also to identify possibilities of hazardous substances and waste disposal, or to find other alternatives. To evaluate possibilities of illegal dumping sites detection by state administration bodies. To meet these objectives it was necessary to study available resources, including legislation. And then to carry out a detailed analysis of illegal dumping sites of hazardous substances and waste detected in the past, with respect to the type and quantity of substances deposited. The analysis also comprised participation of the components involved in the case of an emergency and the procedure of emergency management after the case discovery by the authorities. The intention is to provide enough information for a safe emergency management in the event of further revelations of illegal dumping sites of hazardous substances and waste. The outcomes of this thesis may be used in training of the components involved and as a basis for model activities of the Integrated Rescue System components. The thesis was elaborated on the basis of a research and case studies with experts involved in comprehensive handling of the issue. The outcome of the thesis is a proposal of a methodological procedure for components intervening in an emergency incident, possibilities of illegal dumping sites detection and findings in the field of hazardous substances and waste disposal. Restriction of the impact of these emergency incidents consists in prevention of other illegal dumping sites occurrence. It is necessary to monitor dangerous substances and waste movement, to pursue inspection activities through authorized bodies and to update certain laws, such as the law on insolvency.

Working out of the topic dissolution and liquidation of the limited partnership company as my dissertation should allow the reader of this dissertation a complex view of this procedure, while my goal was also a direct an direct application of this dissertation in praxis. In the articles above I try to describe all necessary what should a prospective liquidator of the limited partnership company, or other person dealing with this matter, know, and how he should proceed in praxis and I also want to include all the recent changes of the private law, which in some cases appeared in some aspects of the procedure of dissolution and liquidation, and which have been in theory poorly covered by the literature of today. I split the dissertation into five main pieces. In part one I deal with dissolution of the company and I describe in details all causes, that cause a dissolution of the company, including the causes that lead to the liquidation. I devoted the second part to the liquidator. The liquidator is the most important person that enters the procedure of liquidation. In the scope of second part I describe his nomination, end of his function and the most important tasks entrusted to him. Bodies of limited companies in liquidation Abstract This diploma thesis shows the position of the liquidator and the relation with other bodies of the stock corporation in process of liquidation of the stock corporation (further referred as "company"). There is an ambiguous interpretation of current legal regulations about the liquidation of legal entities, liquidator itself and particularly terms of reference of company authorities in liquidation. There are also a lot of arguably legal question about this relation that is answered in this thesis. The purpose of this thesis is not a just definition of liquidator or valuation of problematic areas according to liquidator's position. The thesis is also targeted on the activity of liquidator inside and outside the company related to solving reciprocal relation between liquidator and authorities of the company. The thesis is using critical analysis method of existing law regulations and contemporary legislation, judgments, articles to solve controversial questions which have not been removed during recodification of civil law which united civil and commercial adaptation of liquidation of the company. This thesis deals with the liquidation of business corporations in the Czech Republic. The whole course of the liquidation from voluntary decision itself to deletion from the Commercial Register is considered from the financial, tax and legal perspective. There are descripted the duties and rights of the liquidator and the possibility of transition from liquidation in insolvency proceedings. The findings are in the practical part demonstrated on concrete examples selected from the Commercial Register.

The aim of the thesis The role of independent loss adjusters in the insurance market is to analyze various situations and cases, that the independent loss adjusters during their praxis solve, and clarify procedures, including calculations of insurance settlement. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the specifics of the insurance and technical reserves. Thesis also describes job content of the independent loss adjusters including all the aspects, that are associated with it. The practical part deals with real situations with fictitious names and data.

This dissertation solves the problems with management of capital goods in the company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o.. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the plant, whereas the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and service activity and maintenance of assets. The result of the performed analysis is the identification of weak points. Proposals are submitted in the second part of the work, in order to solve the problems found by presented analysis. The economical evaluation of the proposals and determination for assumptions for the application of extended result to company use is performed at the end of the work.

This diploma thesis is occupy by assesment optimum method straining of tyres and then constructional concept of test cell for ozone degradation of rubber tyres with sizes from 13” to 15”. The final aim of this diploma thesis is construction of test cell which is based on choice of optimum method straining of tyres. The next output of this diploma thesis is concept of unit for ozone degaradation of tyres.
