This diploma thesis explores the dissolution of the Law Faculty of the Masaryk University in Brno, which took place after the 1949/1950 academic year. The cancellation of the faculty was finalized by the new Higher Education Act no. 58/1950 Coll., which was passed on May 18, 1950. The act also ruined all traditional academic freedoms in the Czechoslovakia. The Communists claimed that there is no need to have so many lawyers in the new socialistic country. Therefore the legal studies remained only in Prague and Bratislava. Several faculty members were dismissed from the Law Faculty of the Masaryk University right after the overturn in 1948 due to their activity during the previous regime. Those who remained could stay at the university only for two more years. However, after the cancellation of the faculty even those professors were not allowed to pursue their life mission. A majority of them ended up working in the Academy of Sciences. The Law Faculty of the Masaryk University remained cancelled for 19 years.

As a topic of my dissertation I have chosen a " Liquidation of capital commercial companies cancelled by a court." The reason to choose this topic was the fact, that it is a process not discussed by the professional public as much, including the "forced company liquidation", which is executed on the base of court decision. Other reason was the situation, when there is a constant growth of dysfunctional companies, that are unable of further business activity and the bodies of such companies do not participate on their functioning. I concentrate on liquidation of the capital companies in my dissertation that are typical with only property interest of the partners on the business activities of the company. The purpose is to describe the current state of liquidation process from the theoretical point of view and also focusing on the practice and jurisprudence, which in many cases is not uniform. The aim of this work was to analyze complexly the failure of financial market entities, with the accent of a banking institution, comparison with the European legal system, but also with the emphasis on solving the financial crisis of the banking system and its ways of resolving or maintaining the activity, possible insolvency of banking entities. At the end of the thesis, the author also deals with practical aspects of selected banks. From the above point of view, three sub-concepts are key to this work, which deserve a brief explanation as they permeate the work and gradually reveal the basic issues of the subject matter, but also their hypotheses outlining the next direction of research, and at the same time offers some legislative guidance material solution of the given issue. The first term is the "starting point". In this work, there is a detailed survey of research to find answers to the question as to what are the basic points of the financial market entities as well as banking institutions, but above all their failure. Recently the eld of actuarial mathematics has experienced a large development due to a signi cant increase of demands for insurance and nancial risk quanti cation due to the fact that the implementation of a complex of rules of international reporting standards (IFRS) and solvency reporting (Solvency II) has started. It appears that the key question for solvency measuring is determination of probability distribution of future cash ows of an insurance company. Solvency is then reported through an appropriate risk measure based e.g. on a percentile of this distribution. While as present popular models are based solely on aggregated data (such as total loss development from a certain time period), the main objective of this work is to scrutinize possibilities of modelling of the reserve risk (i.e. roughly said, the distribution of the ultimate incurred value of claims that have already happened in the past) based directly on individual claims. These models have not yet become popular and to the author's knowledge an overview of such models has not been published previously. The assumptions and speci cation of the already published models were compared to the practical experience and some inadequacies were pointed out. Further more a new reserve risk model was constructed which is believed to have practically more suitable assumptions and properties than the existing models. Theoretical aspects of the new model were studied and distribution of the ultimate incurred value (the modelled variable) was derived. An emphasis was put also on practical aspects of the developed model and its applicability in the case of industrial use. Therefore some restrictive assumptions which might be considered realistic in variety of practical cases and which lead to a signi cant simpli cation of the model were identi ed throughout the work. Furthermore, algorithms to reduce the number of the necessary calculations were developed. In the last chapters of the work, an e ort was devoted to the methods of the estimation of the considered parameters respecting practical limitations (such as missing observations at the time of modelling). For this purpose, survival analysis was (amongst other methods) applied.

European insurance currently stands in front of phase of structural changes. Transforming of currently conservative and strongly regulated insurance area will be different from transformations done in other industries. For insurance of 21st century will be typical change of currently calmful insurance market into strongly competitive enviroment requesting significant changes in organizational structure of insurance companies. Effort of whole disertation is to support top management of insurance companies in creation of complicated models of organization structures of insurance companies. The work creates simple theoretical structure explaining changes in organizational structures of insurance companies. Special focus is being put on outsourcing of value chain in claims handling of motor vehicle insurance. Motivation of insurance management to implement described changes is mainly price fight, which strongly emphasizes need of efficiency. Optimizing of insurance company value chain might support increase in profitability of insurance technical result, compared to competition.

The work is devoted to the definition of rainwater by applicable legislation. Furthermore, it defines the term of restraint systems and infiltration of rainwater, with their brief description. Documenting the calculation of retention volumes for the three selected watersheds in combination accumulation, regulated runoff and infiltration. The work is processed simplified design documentation of accumulation of rainwater in the selected property. Thesis is complemented by photographs liquidation and use of rainwater.

Summary In the thesis I concentrate on the issue of liability insurance in the agricultural insurance company and in the company mainly engaged in the production of carp fish in fish farming facilities in the Czech Republic. The gist of the work will determine how the Czech agricultural companies, and especially fish culture facility and struggling to cope with problems and complications in their production programs which cause them extreme weather. I want to especially to identity and to point out the existence of a solution to compensate for damages and losses which are recorded annually. This solution can be found in the form of targeted programs of insurance of agricultural risks. Given of the possibility of extensive damage caused by the effects of the deflections in the weather I want to achieve, that insurance such risks occupy one of the leading businessmen and their interest had been in the first place ranking priorities in the protection of their production programs. Targeted insurance programs should fulfill its function in a random moment and compensate for financial losses, when it will be needed, in the event of an insured event, and became an essential part of protecting businessmen.

The thesis is focused on the waste management in the town of Tábor. The main aim is to determine the inhabitant's satisfaction with collecting waste, identify main problems and give suggestions to improve the current situation. The theoretical part focuses on legislation and basic concepts of waste management. The practical part analyses the quantities of each type of waste, that were produced in Tábor in 2015. There are determined costs and revenues associated with waste management too. At the end of the thesis is made a research about inhabitant's satisfaction with waste management in the town of Tábor. There are given some suggestions, which help to improve current situation there.

This thesis focuses on liability for damage caused by vehicles with emphasis on the settlement of claims in nestadradních cases. Work maps ensure the process of liquidation in the event of damage caused by an uninsured vehicle, or vehicle insured by a foreign insurer. The aim is to assess practices and their effectiveness due to the victim.
