Analýza nákladové efektivnosti aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti na Mostecku se zaměřením na rekvalifikace / The cost analysis of the efficiency of the active employment policy (especially retraining) at the region Most

Faltysová, Zuzana January 2010 (has links)
This master thesis analyses a labour market at the region Most that has high unemployment rate. After the theoretical basis, the structural analysis of unemployment and its development thesis researches disequilibrium of the labour market both on the side of supply (active employment policy particularly retraining) and demand (the biggest employers in the area). The goal of the thesis is the cost analysis of the efficiency allocated resources into retraining programme particularly into its returns. It is illustrated on model situations and then on the average situation. According to the results it is appraised the truth of the hypothesis that active employment policy is advantageous for state and employers than passive employment policy in the long period. Thesis uses statistic models, comparison, situation analysis and questionnaire.

Invariantní míry pro dissipativní stochastické diferenciální rovnice / Invariant measures for dissipative stochastic differential equations

Lavička, Karel January 2012 (has links)
The main topic of this Thesis is a new simplified proof of the Sunyach theorem that provides suffici- ent conditions for existence and uniqueness of an invariant measure for a Markov kernel on a complete separable metric space equipped with its Borel σ-algebra. Weak convergence of measures following from Sunyach's theorem is strengthened to convergence in the total variation norm provided that the Markov kernel is strong Feller. Furthermore, sufficient conditions for geometric ergodicity are stated. Another topic treated is the strong Feller property: its characterization by absolute measurability and uniform integrability and derivation of some other sufficient conditions.

O pojetí křivky / What is a curve?

Koudela, Libor January 2012 (has links)
The notion of a curve played important role in the history of mathematical thought. This dissertation is focused on the conception of a curve in analysis, point set theory and topology. The rectification of curves and the notion of arc length are considered in connection with the history of analysis from antiquity to the beginning of the 20th century. "Measurement of curves" is also discussed from the measure-theoretic viewpoint and various definitions of linear measure and fractional dimension are described. Historically, there are two main approaches to understanding curves. Jordan defined a curve as a continuous image of a closed interval. However, his definition appeared to be too wide, since it was met by objects such as the Peano curve. In the point set theory, a curve is considered to be a one-dimensional continuum. The development of the dimension theory and the continuum theory, starting with the pioneering work of Bolzano, was motivated by the search for rigorous topological definition of a curve, a surface etc. Among "pathological" curves, that were often introduced as counterexamples in the development of modern analysis, we can find early examples of fractals. The fractal theory motivated further study of mathematical properties of these curves in the late 20th century, such as self-similarity and...

Komparace vývoje nezaměstnanosti ve vybraných ORP Jihomoravského kraje

Cahová, Alice January 2015 (has links)
Cahová, A., Comparison of unemployment in the selected municipalities with extended powers of South Moravian Region. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies, 2014. The subject of the diploma thesis is to compare the evolution of unemployment in administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers Židlochovice and Hodonín. The work is divided into two main parts and as the processing method is used the statistical analysis. The first part contains theoretical issues related to unemployment. There are defined basic concepts, such as the labor market, supply and demand for labor, unemployment itself, its division, measurement and implications. Crucial practical part is focused on comparing the evolution of unemployment by age, educational attainment and the period of registration of candidates at the employment office. In conclusion, using the method appropriate adjustment of time series trend function is predicted unemployment rate in the coming years.

Ověření Oswaldovy hypotézy pro okresy České republiky

Kasparová, Kateřina January 2015 (has links)
The main aim of the thesis is to decide whether the share of home ownership has any effect on the unemployment rate for districts of the Czech Republic and whether Oswald hypothesis is valid. There are issues concerning Oswald hypothesis in the Bibliography, especially labour market and residential market. The chapter Methodology describes econometric analysis, which was used for the needs of the practical part. The results of this thesis are discussed and compared with foreign works.

Vliv rekvalifikačních kurzů na zaměstnatelnost uchazečů o práci

Ciprisová, Lucie January 2015 (has links)
Ciprisová, L. Effect of retraining courses on the employability of job seekers. Diploma thesis. Brno, 2015. This thesis examines whether the passing retraining course has a positive, negative, or neutral effect on the likelihood of finding a new job. I have obtained individual-level data on job seekers registered at the Job Centre in Brno. My approach is based primarily on comparisons of groups of job seekers. The first group (basic group) consists of graduates of the retraining course; the second group (control group) is represented by job seekers who did not pass the course. The data used in this thesis carry information about 486 graduates of the re-training courses and about 245 persons who have not passed the retraining course. After the exclusion of some persons whose profile was not suitable for research, the basic group included 482 people; in two control groups are includ-ed 28 and 47 job seekers. The control group "Z" consists of individuals who would like to pass a retraining course, but their request was rejected by an expert commission. The second control group consists of individuals who refused to attend a retraining course recommended by the Job Centre. Job seekers of these two groups represent extremes of a motivation to find a new job. A comparison of an employment rate and the average length of registration at the Job Centre suggest that a retraining course attendance has a positive effect on the likelihood of finding a new job. These results, however, are significantly influenced by selection of the control group.

Statistická analýza vývoje nezaměstnanosti / Statistical analysis of unemployment development

Sirota, Alex January 2016 (has links)
Individual chapters of the theoretical part of diploma thesis entitled Statistical analysis of unemployment familiarization deal with the issue of unemployment, with the issue of time series analysis and with the creation of the unemployment rate prediction. Furtherwork focuses on familiarization with the problems of multidimensional statistical methods, namely cluster analysis. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of current developments in the unemployment rate in the Czech Republic as a whole and subsequently in all 14 regions of the Czech Republic in the years 1993 to 2014. Subsequently, in each of the aforementioned territorial units conducted short-term predictions of the unemployment rate for the years 2015and 2016. These predictions are made based on the best model according to Box-Jenkins method. The unemployment rate is further examined in terms of the number of unemployed by age and educational background. The full analysis is based on the relevant annual data from the Czech Statistical Office. For the purpose of cluster analysis are also used data broken down by the districts of the Czech Republic. Prognosis of the unemployment rate are created in the statistical software Eviews and Cluster Analysis in SPSS Statistics.

Vývoj české ekonomiky v důsledku Světové finanční krize / The Development of the Czech Economy in Conditions of Financial Crisis

Šťastná, Monika January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the financial crisis and specifically analyze the impact on the Czech economy. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical part and self analysis. Each part is divided further into two parts. The first part deals with the theory of macroeconomic indicators that describe the performance of the national economy. Described here is the gross domestic product, inflation, employment and unemployment, further indebtedness, foreign trade and balance of payments. The second part deals with the theory of the business cycle, its different types and phases. The end of the theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the word crisis, its historical development and, ultimately, the notion of financial crisis. Own part of the thesis is dedicated to the financial crisis that hit the world in 2008. The first half own work is concerned with the emergence of the crisis in the United States and its gradual relocation to Europe The second part is devoted to the economy of the Czech Republic. Individual performance indicators of the national economy are analyzed in detail and to better illustrate the use of graphs and tables.
