At the outset, the Diploma thesis specifies the public administration area, especially its characteristic and status from the perspective of experts. The second part deals with problem of staffing in the public administration and analyzes the methods of selection of suitable candidates. The practical part is focused on selected public folder, which is made description, analysis and evaluation process of staffing. This section also examined whether the public folder effective number of workplace creates and whether their staffing is carried out based on predetermined rules.

This thesis analyzes the process of filling vacancies, which means human resources planning, recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees in the company Infinit, s. r. o. The thesis has a two parts: theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part, we learn about the general process of staffing, while the practical part describes and solves the whole process of filling vacancies in the company Infinit, s. r. o. The practical part is also inform about results of own research that solves level of the interview and adaptation employees. Finally, the practical part tables a proposal of solution that will lead to a better process of filling vacancies in the company.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the process of filling vacancies with the Police of the Czech Republic, to identify the advantages of the process in use, and its disadvantages and to suggest suitable actions to solve the identified problems. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the base for reaching the defined aim, it concerns HR activities prior to filling vacancies, filling vacancies itself, recruitment, selection and hiring the employees and their adaptation. The theoretical findings are applied to the Police of the Czech Republic in the practical part of the thesis. The system of recruitment, selection, hiring and adapting policemen is described and evaluated in the practical part. Consequently, possible suggestions to improve the current situation are presented in relevant chapters.

Funkce proteinu Slu7 v sestřihu pre-mRNA Saccharomyces cerevisiae / The function of Slu7 protein in Saccharomyces cerevisiae pre-mRNA splicing

Alternative splicing is one of the mechanisms how to regulate gene expression. Under different conditions, different mRNAs encoding proteins with different function, localization or stability can be made from one cellular transcript. The human hSlu7 protein affects the alternative splicing of some genes through alternative 3'splice site (3'SS) selection. Although it was thought that alternative splicing is absent from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, recent results argue against such conclusion. We therefore decided to characterize the function of the yeast Slu7 protein, which participates in the second step of splicing and is closely associated with the 3'SS selection. We focused on a highly conserved uncharacterized motif in the essential part of the Slu7 protein named the RED motif. Mutations in this motif caused second step splicing defects with some substrates and altered the alternative 3'SS usage ratio of some splicing constructs. Our results implicate a role for the RED motif in selecting proper 3'splice sites, especially the distal ones. Genetic interactions of slu7 mutations with PRP22 and PRP45 mutant alelles add to the intricate interaction network of splicing factors and suggest a possible role of Slu7p in facilitating the Prp22p association with the spliceosome.

The thesis deals with the active labour market policy in the Frýdek-Místek district, where is the problem of higher rates of unemployment and long-term unemployment. Active labour policy has an important role in solving the problem of unemployment in the region. The thesis describes the nature of the local labour market and assesses the active employment policy programs used in the years 2006 - 2010 in terms of their impact on employment and employability of participants. In particular, the thesis focuses on retraining, which is one of the most used tools of active employment policy, and monitors the creation of new jobs that directly affect the situation of individuals in the labour market. The thesis evaluates the targeting of retraining, which significantly affects their results. Using statistical data analysis methods are examined gross effects of retraining and monitored the effects of active employment policy to selected target groups of unemployed people.

This diploma thesis deals mainly with iconography of miraculous events at selected places of pilgrimage on the background of their factual history and the overall tradition of certain Marian cults. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of deliberately chosen pilgrimage sites in all cases, with an emphasis on their initial and other specific miraculous events of non-biblical nature concerning primarily the lives of ordinary people. These analyzes provide a basic insight into the general-factographic history of the relevant sites, which is necessary for the detailed examination of the relevant miraculous events. Primary attention is devoted to the analysis of the original miracles of the pilgrimage sites, especially by their depictions. Within the scope of individual pilgrimage sites, this thesis also seeks to analyze all other pictures of the mercy of the Marian. Great emphasis is also placed on written entries of the mentioned miraculous events, which in most cases very probably preceded their picture delineation. The second part of the thesis tries to systemate the results of the researches and compare them with one another. This Diploma Thesis is focused on new procedures in recruitment. Special attention is primarily given to online recruitment and coherent social networks. The major objective is to assess recruitment procedure in a particular company, especially whether and to what extent the company focuses on external environment, accepts current trends and applies new methods of recruitment. Based on superior enquiry, the analysis of current state of the recruitment process was made. As a next step, using comparison of this analysis with the theoretical foundations led to identification of weaknesses and strengths of the process. It was found that analysed company is trying to accept new trends, however, there were identified drawbacks, which could be eliminated by introduction of formulated optimization proposals.

This graduation theses is about creation and implementing the system of employees evaluation in the company ELTODO EG, a.s. At first the analysis of working stations was done. The results of the analysis were job descriptions and role specifications. And then the competence model of the company was done. Further we had to specify the aims, areas and criteria of evaluation. We also had to choose available methods and create the evaluation form. The substance of this system is the evaluation interview. This interview serves for appreciation of the job performance and the competence of employees and for determination of their performance and developing aims. At the end of this theses the methodology of evaluation was created. This methodology contains the important information about persons and term of evaluation.

My Diploma Thesis is about evaluation of performance of personal activities in the company Auto Chládek Ltd. The aims of thesis are description in detail and analysis of all personal activities that are done in the company and finding possibilities of improvements of performance of these activities. Short charakterization of the company Auto Chládek Ltd and economic analysis in detail are noticed at the beginning of the thesis. The main part of the thesis is about analysis of performance of personal activities. Desciprition of realization of some proposals and recommendations for improvements is in the next part of the thesis. Reviews of fruitfulness of proposals and recommendations for improvments including reasons of bad success are noticed at the end of the thesis.
