This diploma thesis provides a comprehensive overview of talent management (TM) in a context of in-depth research in areas of identification, development and stimulation of talented employees. The theoretical part settles the term of a talent and TM in a corporate practice, introduces its development in human resources and demonstrates building a concept on a strategic level as a key to competitiveness of a company. In addition, it describes the process of TM and the context with other practical matters in process of integration within an organisation. The practical part researches the main processes in the analysed company from the genesis of segmented approach to talents, through lessons learnt in a real scenario, to recommendations in following innovations. The conclusion is supported by exports of career interview records with employees and exports of a questionnaire provided by internal mentors. Suggested changes are defined in compliance with the TM concept in the organisation and methodological recommendations.

Šulová, G. Talent management in company praxis. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The diploma thesis focuses on talent management and its importance for talents and business practice. The way of implementation and the benefits of TM were investigated in 3 branches of multinational organization. Literary research is focused on defining basic concepts, philosophy and the whole process of talent management. The thesis also examines the current state of talent management, especially individual activities were described and evaluated. The survey also included a questionnaire survey, the main task of which was to determine the level of competence development, careers, and answers research questions. The entire talent management program was reviewed by Kirkpatrick's four-level model. Everything was completed by structured interviews with HR/TM executives of the branches investigated. Based on the outcomes, proposals have been made to im-prove the effectiveness of both individual programs and the program itself.

Previous issue date: 2012-05-28 / This paper examines how the management of mentoring in continued education
programs for teachers to meet the large demands, enables new pedagogical
approaches in distance education. The scenario study is the ongoing formation of the
public tender for the provision of effective position of elementary school teacher - II
School of Education and Training of Teachers of State Secretariat of Education Sao
Paulo attended by ten thousand teacher‟s candidates - opening new space for
teacher training - in 2010. Are driven research and final remarks by theoretical
conceptions of Fernando José de Almeida, Maria Elizabeth de Almeida, Maria da
Graça Moreira da Silva, Maria Luiza Belloni, Michael Moore and Greg Kearsley, and
Jose Manuel Moran on Distance Education, in its various forms. Be guided by them
also analyzes the issues relating to the quantity and quality of courses offered,
teaching methodologies, challenges, opportunities and management mentoring. The
research methodology used was qualitative exploratory and descriptive purpose by
means of literature review and documentary reports on the activities of management
mentoring, manuals tutor, assistant coordinator of tutoring and mentoring, guides
methodological guidelines for each module of the course. Constituted important
objects of analysis the report of the course evaluation questionnaires answered by
the course participants and course evaluation questionnaires answered by tutors.
The analysis of these documents verified the development of management strategies
that provide mentoring to the team monitoring and mentoring, training that involves
the three dimensions of a project on Distance Education: political-administrative,
pedagogical and technological developments that permeate all stages the course.
The research concludes that the management of educational tutoring provides the
creation of a collaborative network of learning and enables new and effective
teaching approaches in distance education courses to meet the high demands of
teacher training / Este trabalho analisa como a gestão da tutoria, em projetos de formação continuada
de professores para atendimento a grandes demandas, possibilita novas
abordagens pedagógicas em Educação a distância. O cenário de estudo é o curso
de formação do concurso público para provimento de cargo efetivo de professor de
educação básica - II da Escola de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento de Professores da
Secretaria de Estado da Educação de São Paulo do qual participaram dez mil
professores-candidatos - inaugurando novo espaço de formação docente - no ano
de 2010. Pautam-se as pesquisas e reflexões finais pelas concepções teóricas de
Fernando José de Almeida, Maria Elizabeth de Almeida, Maria da Graça Moreira da
Silva, Maria Luiza Belloni, Michel Moore e Greg Kearsley, e José Manuel Moran
sobre EaD, em suas diversas formas. Pautam-se também por elas as análises das
questões referentes à quantidade e qualidade dos cursos oferecidos, suas
metodologias, desafios, possibilidades e a gestão da tutoria. A metodologia de
pesquisa utilizada foi a qualitativa com finalidade exploratória e descritiva por meio
da análise bibliográfica e documental sobre os relatórios de atividades da gestão da
tutoria, os manuais do tutor, assistente de tutoria e coordenador de tutoria, os guias
de orientações metodológicas para cada módulo do Curso. Constituíram-se
importantes objetos de análise o relatório dos questionários de avaliação do curso
respondidos pelos cursistas e os questionários de avaliação do curso respondidos
pelos tutores. A análise destes documentos verificou o desenvolvimento de
estratégias da gestão da tutoria que propiciam à equipe de acompanhamento e
tutoria, formação contínua que envolve as três dimensões de um projeto de
Educação a Distância: político-administrativa, pedagógica e tecnológica e que
permeiam todas as fases do curso. A pesquisa conclui que a gestão pedagógica da
tutoria propicia a criação de uma rede colaborativa de aprendizagem e possibilita
novas e eficazes abordagens pedagógicas em cursos de EAD para atendimento a
grandes demandas de formação docente
