The object of this master´s thesis is to analyse economic situation in the company Lékárna s. r. o. by used methods. The external and internal structure is gradually analyzed. Furter, Kralick´s Quick Test is performed. The result of the thesis is the identification of suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the state.

This Master thesis is focused on analysis of selected business entity. The overall situation of the company was assessed based on an examination of the external (macroeconomic and microeconomic) and internal environment using different methods of analysis and some proposals for improvement were suggested.

Analysis of the company is then used in the last part for the creation of proposals and measures to improve the current financial situation.

First part of the work explains basic theoretical principles of financial and strategic analysis that will be used to elaborate the practical part. Second part of the work involves analysis of current conditions of selected company. This analysis is the basis for drafting of the third part which contains proposals and recommendations to improve current financial and business situation of the company.
