Projeto de carga eletrônica para caracterização de painéis fotovoltaicos. / Design of an electronic load for photovoltaic module characterization.

A geração solar fotovoltaica em painéis de silício tem se destacado como uma maneira limpa e renovável de atender à demanda por energia elétrica. Este trabalho apresenta o projeto, construção e testes de um sistema autônomo para obtenção da curva IV e caracterização de painéis fotovoltaicos comerciais instalados em campo. Após um estudo do problema de medição de painéis solares, uma especificação da Solução foi concebida. Com base na especificação, foram realizados o projeto elétrico, a construção de protótipos, a escrita do software de medição e os testes de validação em laboratório. Para validação definitiva do hardware desenvolvido, foram realizados testes em campo utilizando um painel solar comercial. Após a tomada de dados e análise dos resultados, conclui-se que o dispositivo concebido atende aos requisitos especificados e cumpre sua proposta inicial. A metodologia empregada neste trabalho pode ser utilizada para geração de outros instrumentos com finalidade similar ou idêntica. / Photovoltaic solar generators, using silicon panels, have grown popular as a clean and renewable way to supply electrical energy. This work presents the project, construction and testing of an autonomous system for IV curve tracing and characterization of commercial photovoltaic panels deployed in the field. After a study how to properly measure solar panels, a Solution was put in a form of a specification. From specifications, the following phases took place: electrical project, prototype construction, software development and lab testing. To perform final validation of the developed hardware, a field test with a commercial solar panel was performed. After collecting and analyzing data from, it was concluded that the design fulfills the required specifications and intended goals. The methodology employed in this work and be utilized to generate other measuring instruments with similar or identical function.

The present work describes the current trends and e-learning methods using the Internet in the educational process on Czech and foreign universities. The main objective is to create a web interface for on-line administrations of laboratory tasks named "Laboratorě UETE". Practical work is focused on programming web applications and modules for management of instrumentation for laboratory protocols administration including implementation of the IP video cameras outputs and sensor atmospheric conditions. An integral part of this work is to create a module for simulation of physical quantities using commercially available software components based on client – server system.

This thesis is oriented to a specific section of energetics concerned with detection and registration of time responses of fast overvoltages in high-voltage power networks. The first part of this text is information about measuring frequency response characteristics of CR-divider and calculation of typical signal distortion caused by transfer function of this divider. The design of anti-aliasing filter is also included. The second part of this thesis is oriented to selecting key features of a measuring instrument specialized for detecting and recording fast events in electrical power networks. A selection of optimal type of processor and also a choice of communication interfaces is included there as well. The last chapter prepares mathematical procedures for classification of typical fast events in electrical power network using artificial neural networks.

Searching with the key word “measuring instrument of traditional Chinese medical massage” in CNK, 62 academic literature papers can be found. According to statistics, research of “measuring instrument of traditional Chinese medical massage” are carried out in 5 directions, including normalized operation, high-tech based teaching and training, perception analysis of massage manipulation force, the structural design of robot, and the design of measuring instrument. As the manipulation of traditional Chinese medical massage is a multi-field medical effect, without the supporting of measurement of high-tech based multi-field sensor of massage actions, the quantification, normalized and standardized operation, scientific and modern teaching, microcosmic, precise and quantified perception, robotized and intellectualized actuation implementation, and design of measuring instrument are hard to realize. Meanwhile, the online diagnosis and treatment service model of traditional Chinese medical massage based on “internet plus” depends on the establishment of digital database of massage manipulation, which is based on the creation of high-tech sensor system of traditional Chinese medical massage measurement. Thus, the measuring sensor of the traditional Chinese medical massage manipulation is an unavoidable key scientific problem for scientific, normalized, and internet-enabled traditional Chinese medical massage. Flexible fiber grating sensor array will be a research direction for implementing multi-field measurement of traditional Chinese medical massage manipulation.

In der Arbeit werden normativ-technische und verfahrenstechnische Voraussetzungen zur Richtighaltung von Kreisformmessgeräten dargelegt. Dazu wird ein umfassendes Begriffssystem für die allgemeine Beschreibung von Bewegungsabweichungen von bewegten Bauteilen an Werkzeugmaschinen oder Formmessgeräten, z.B. Kreisformmessgeräten, als Grundlage für ihre Tolerierung und Messung vorgeschlagen. Performance management and service delivery in the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry (DWAF)

The challenge of satisfying the demand for basic services in the current dispensation has intensified. It is anticipated that once this initial challenge has been overcome, the tide will turn and secondary services such as transfer of ownership of forestry plantations will become the new challenge. The quest for efficient and effective service delivery is paramount, regardless of whether services delivered are basic or not. This research investigation puts performance management (which focuses on individual and organisational performance), as a necessity for service delivery. The focus was on service delivery within the Chief Directorate: Forestry in the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry. The findings demonstrated that the presence of performance management and other supporting systems does not guarantee automatic improvement in service delivery. The distinction is how effective an organisation can apply performance management in conjunction with a complete set of functional policies, systems and instruments to improve its impact on service delivery. / Public Administation / M.Tech.
