Os jogos de empresa têm sido uma ferramenta fundamental nesse processo, pois ele desenvolve no aluno habilidades necessárias a um gestor. O objetivo dessa investigação foi analisar o jogo de empresa Mercado Virtual como uma ferramenta que antecipa a necessidade do saber dos alunos. O estudo envolveu alunos de duas instituições de ensino superior da região de Bauru, através de uma pesquisa descritiva e exploratória. Ao final, foi possível identificar o jogo Mercado Virtual características que o transforma numa ferramenta proativa no processo de ensino-aprendizagem / The labor market has increased the demand for dynamic professionals who have a systemic view of business, on the other hand, institutions of higher education have increasingly been concerned with the quality offered in their teaching-learning process in order to meet this demand. The games business has been a key tool in this process as it develops in students the skills a manager. The goal of this research was to analyze the business game Mercado Virtual as a tool that anticipates the need to know the students. The study involved students from two institutions of higher education in the region of Bauru, through a descriptive and exploratory. In the end, it was possible to identify in business game Mercado Virtual becomes a proactive tool in the teaching-learning process

El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo el desarrollo del proyecto “Son del valle”, la mejor opción de comercialización de frutas y verduras tradicionales y orgánicas y, una selecta variedad de grados andinos y cacao en la modalidad de mercado virtual.
Por la coyuntura actual, el público de Lima Metropolitana y Callao, se ve en la disyuntiva de conseguir alimentos de canasta básica en un solo lugar, sin exponerse a contagios por el Covid-19. Ante la visualización de dicha necesidad nace “Son del Valle”, un servicio que permite obtener una variedad de productos agrícolas de primera calidad a precios atractivos. El público podrá acceder a ellos mediante aplicativo, redes sociales y vía telefónica. A la vez, accederá a un catálogo variado y podrá solicitarlos desde la comodidad de su hogar, estos serán entregados vía delivery con la garantía del cumplimiento de todos los protocolos de bioseguridad.
La principal fuente de ingresos será la venta de las 3 líneas del negocio: tradicional, orgánica y de granos andinos y cacao. Cabe mencionar que la implementación y desarrollo del negocio requerirá de una inversión de S/161,209. Asimismo, los integrantes del equipo serán los impulsores del proyecto quienes desarrollarán estrategias para el crecimiento proyectado de la empresa.
Luego de llevar a cabo las proyecciones financieras se determinó que el VAN es de S/172,536, la TIR de 88%, con un PRI de 2 años y medio y una utilidad alcanzada en el primer año de S/50,475 por lo que se determina la viabilidad del proyecto. / The objective of the research work is to develop "Son del Valle" project, the best commercialization option for traditional, organic fruits and vegetables, a select variety of Andean grains and cocoa in the virtual market mode.
