Lo scavo di Santa Maria Maggiore a Trento ha permesso di mettere in luce strutture precedenti fino al I sec. d.C. . Di queste, il presente lavoro ha analizzato quelle riferibili agli edifici sacri, di cui il primo costruito nella seconda metà del V sec. d.C. . Lo studio dell'edificio è stato utilizzato per cercare di comprendere le modalità con cui è avvenuta la monumentalizzazione dei luoghi di culto a Trento, e le dinamiche di interazione tra comunità religiosa e autorità civile. / The excavation of the church of Santa Maria Maggiore in Trento allowed us to bring to light previous archaeological structures until the I B.C.. This thesis analized the structures that can be referred to the previous churches, the first built in the second half of the 5th century. The data has been studied in order to understand how the first monumental christian buildings were built in Trento, and the methods of the interaction between the christian community and the constituted authority.

The Thesis deals with the value of the tourist destinations in South Bohemia. Tourism destination and its potential is dealt with in the theoretical part, based on the study of scientific literature. An integral part of the potential of the tourist destinations in South Bohemia are natural and cultural attractions found in this area. Literary part also explains in detail the selected data collection methods that were used for empirical research. The practical part is focused on comparing the results of questionnaire surveys based on which the value of the tourist destination was defined. The results of this Thesis can be used, for example, by the destination companies or individual tourist centers.

Methodology of rape investigation Abstract This diploma thesis called Methodology of rape investigation aims to present a multidisciplinary analysis of selected aspects of rape. The secondary goal is to identify the specific problems accompanying this crime while obtaining knowledge about the methodology of rape investigation. The thesis includes both theoretical and practical elements and is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter deals with criminal code aspects, which are representing a necessary part of a theoretical introduction to the issue. It includes the historical development of the legal regulation of rape up to the current definition, where all its features are analyzed with a supplementary interpretation of case law. For inclusion in the European context, the content also includes a description of the rape legislation in selected European countries. The second chapter represents the findings of criminology and criminalistics on the crime of rape. Thus, various typologies of rape are presented, including possible causes regarding the influence of myths. Furthermore, attention is paid to the characteristics of the victim, characteristics of the perpetrator and the typical ways of committing this crime. Oggetto della tesi, fondata sull’integrazione tra metodologie qualitative e quantitative nella ricerca applicata nelle organizzazioni, sono gli effetti di fattori organizzativi e personali sul benessere organizzativo e sulla performance dei lavoratori atipici. La tesi è composta da due parti. Nella prima viene condotta un’analisi approfondita dei contenuti della letteratura riguardo alle tematiche del benessere organizzativo e della performance, specialmente in relazione al lavoro atipico. La seconda parte si compone di tre studi empirici. Il primo, condotto con metodologie quantitative presso organizzazioni pubbliche e private evidenzia il ruolo di elementi personali – come ad esempio la scelta della condizione di atipicità – e di elementi organizzativi – come ad esempio il settore (pubblico vs. privato) dell’organizzazione – nel determinare un ampio numero di elementi di benessere e performance. Il secondo studio, basato su metodologie qualitative, mette in luce elementi dell’esperienza del lavoro atipico rilevati tramite 12 focus groups, come ad esempio la precarietà e la marginalità dei lavoratori atipici nelle organizzazioni. Il terzo studio, progettato in base ai risultati del secondo, misura con strumenti quantitativi alcuni elementi emersi tramite le tecniche qualitative, in primo luogo il ruolo delle abilità (skills) nel determinare i livelli di benessere e performance. / The effects of personal and organizational factors on well-being and organizational performance of atypical workers organizational are the object of this dissertation which is based on the integration of qualitative and quantitative methodologies in applied research in organizations. The thesis is composed of two parts. The first consists in an analysis of the literature regarding organizational well-being and performance, especially with regard to atypical employment. The second part consists of three empirical studies. The first, conducted with quantitative methods in public and private organizations, concerns the role of personal factors - such as the choice of atypical employment - and organizational elements - such as the sector (public vs. private) of the organization - in determining a large number of dimensions of well-being and performance. The second study, based on qualitative methodologies, highlights elements of the experience of atypical employment, observed using 12 focus groups, such as insecurity and marginalization of atypical workers in organizations. The third study, designed on the basis of the results of the second one, measures with quantitative tools some elements emerged through qualitative methods, such as the role of skills in determining levels of well-being and performance.

Abstract: This paper focuses on critique of the interpretative methodology of social sciences from the position of modern philosophy of science. Our goal is to process the theoretical approaches which are discussed in the scope of philosophy of science in an interdisciplinary way. This particularly includes the arguments against epistemic relativism and postmodern theoretical approaches in anthropology. Our work is based mostly on Quin's conception of naturalised epistemology which points out the importance of applying methods commonly used in natural science. Beside this our paper is also based on Darwin's social theory and Alex Rosenberg's concept of methodological holism. Our aim is to naturalize methodology of anthropological research which will be aligned with methodology of natural science and Quin's naturalism. The conception of naturalized anthropology is based on causal explanation of human behaviour, research of standards and regularities in humans and generalization. Cílem této práce bylo ověřit možnost použití procesního řízení v podmínkách malé obchodní firmy a vytvořit metodiku, která by obecně popsala jednotlivé kroky implementace. Metodika je určena pro malé a střední firmy, které jsou postaveny před potřebu optimalizace podnikových procesů a nebo stojí před problémem transformace ve větší firmu. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část zahrnuje teoretický základ. Skládá se z popisu historického vývoje procesního řízení, definice procesů a procesního řízení s ukázkami přístupů různých autorů. Dále jsou zde popsány metodiky starší i novější. V další, praktické části, je práce zaměřena na samotnou implementaci procesního řízení. Implementace je pojata jako projekt a je rozdělena do analytické části, ve které je rozebrána pozice firmy a její hlavní cíle a částí kde je vypracován návrh nového způsobu řízení, popsána implementace, testování, vyhodnocení a fáze definice dalších možných vylepšení podnikových procesů. V poslední části jsou slovně popsány jednotlivé kroky vyvinuté metodiky implementace procesního řízení v podmínkách malé obchodní firmy, které jsou doplněny schématem postupu implementace.
