Tato práce se zabývá aplikací a využitím metodologií a metodik projektového řízení a vícekriteriálního rozhodování v prostředí reálného projektu vývoje software na zakázku. V práci jsou formulována doporučení a vhodné přístupy pro využití takovýchto metodologií a metodik v jednotlivých fázích projektu s důrazem na individuální přístup ze strany manažera projektu.

My diploma thesis deals with the issue of data mining and its use in the commercial sphere. The aim of my work was first to assemble knowledge from data mining and then use it on particular data. In the first part I gather the theoretical information about data mining. I focused on definition, methods of data mining, algorithms and of course on the most frequent usage. The second part consists of the practical application of acquired knowledge on real-world date from mobile telecommunications.

The aim of this work is to provide a holistic view on Big Data in sociology and with this way to reflect the actual topic, which has not been systematically elaborated yet. This theses summarizes approaches to Big Data specification, which provides insight into complexity of this phenomenon. It describes attitudes of contemporary sociology of Big Data. It identifies Big data specifics, which lead to reasons, why Big Data have not been fully accepted by sociology yet. It provides comprehensive description of Big Data sources sorted by the owners and brings an overview of methods for Big Data analysis. Práce se zabývá ekonomickou teorií, výzkumem a ekonometrickými modely v oblasti nabídkové strany drogových trhů. Meta-analýza literatury ukazuje na základní východiska ekonomické teorie, které se v drogových trzích uplatňují, stejně jako na ekonomické teorie, které se k drogovým trhům explicitně vztahují. V oblasti empirického výzkumu rozděluje drogové trhy na primární, které jsou určeny zemědělskou produkcí surovin na výrobu nelegálních drog v rozvojových zemích, a na koncové, na kterých se v západním světě nelegální drogy z různých oblastí světa střetávají. Třetí rovinou výzkumných prací jsou modely drogových trhů, které pracují s minimálními daty a které poskytují predikce pro drogové politiky. Práce přináší základní doporučení pro výzkum drogových trhů, zarámované do metodologie ekonomické vědy, kontextu dostupných dat, základních výzkumných otázek a možností primárního výzkumu.

The main topic of this thesis is the application of best practice methodology to the development of services in public administration and e-Government. The work focuses on interoperable services that can be integrated across departments of public administration or businesses in the private sector. In section 2 we describe the various aspects influencing the development of interoperable services in public administration using the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) as a basis for classifying interoperability dimensions. Section 3 evaluates current state of services in public administration focusing on information interoperability that addresses syntactic, structural and semantic heterogeneity. We have found that Services of Public Administration Portal (PVS) suffer from high levels of structural and syntactic heterogeneity, and we discuss possible ways to standardize service interfaces in public administration in order to improve interoperability. Creation of standardized library of services has been proposed as a possible way forward. In section 4 of the thesis we propose a methodological framework for the development of e-Government services using the best practices methods identified in the private sector domain. The main emphasis is placed on library services and its role in the lifecycle of services. Stages of lifecycle of services are decomposed into sub-phases so that they match phases in the MMDIS methodology.

Reading Pekař. Four Interpretations of one Text Marek Fapšo Abstract of Final Thesis Following thesis is an empirical contribution to the theory of historiography. It starts with analysis of current situation in the historical sciences, which can be epistemologically called as methodological pluralism. That means, there are many equal but often antagonistic points of view on the past. In the center, the thesis offers four analytical interpretations of Josef Pekař's text Czechs as the Apostles of Barbarism, which was written by this famous Czech historian in 1897. Four analysis are based on four methodological concepts: Émile Durkheim's sociology of religion, Alexandre Koyre's history of science, Roman Ingarden's phenomenology of literature and Walter Benjamin's philosophy of history. This quasi-empirical part is finished and completed by theoretical reflection of the four attempts. It leads to a theory of historiography inspired by philosophy of Hans-Georg Gadamer. The main task of following thesis is to consider relation between chosen method and historical knowledge (of truth).
