Chief subject of this work is a detailed description of the metrical structure of accentual verse and its place in the system of versifications. Definitions of this metrical system in the Czech theory of verse are compared to the international concepts of accentual verse. Then the category of isochrony is described. Isochrony is a property of language, on which the priciple of accentual verse is based on. In the next part of the work I present an overview of the types of accentual verse in Polish, English, Russian and German. Special attention is paid to the category of strict stress-verse, its relation to the accentual verse and also to some of Czech literary works. Further in the work I focus on metrical analysis of the texts written by five czech poets, which are more or less based on the accentual principle. The most attention is paid to the drama Faëthon by O. Theer. I elaborate on author's comments and critical reviews of his contemporaries, comparing them with the modern metrical descriptions. The last part is devoted to the problem of translating accentual verses into Czech, connecting this versification with "sylabotonic" translations of quantitative verse and also oral character of accentual versification in general.

This master thesis discusses the possibilities of outsourcing (in Czech also displacement of activities) in a human resources area, it also considers its forms and applications in companies. The main goal is to determine whether and to what extent HR outsourcing is worth to be implemented into small to medium sized companies and what steps are needed to be done to benefit from HR outsourcing. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is based on theoretical foundations. It contains a summary of general information regarding HR outsourcing and its types. It defines advantages and disadvantages, and the current situation of HR outsourcing in the world and in the Czech Republic as well. It also describes what phases a company must go through in the process of HR outsourcing implementation into its processes. The second part uses the knowledge and experience summarized in the theoretical part and shows a concrete example of its use in practice. It specifies the possible solutions for HR outsourcing within a medium-sized organization. Selected personnel services in a company are analyzed and considered for outsourcing as separate "projects". The conclusion summarizes the answer to the question to what extent spoken hypothesis is filled.

V této práci se zabývám problematikou procesního řízení s ohledem na možnosti implementace v prostředí malých firem. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, která poskytuje přehled procesních metodik a část praktickou, ve které nejprve vybírám podstatné vlastnosti procesně orientovaných metodik a na základě těchto klíčových komponent vytvářím vlastní metodiku, kterou následně aplikuji na procesy firmy Memos Software. Součástí práce je také detailní plán zavádění metodiky a rozsáhlá příloha obsahující diagramy procesů s klíčovými charakteristikami, mezi nimiž nechybí ani navržené metriky a jejich cílové hodnoty.

The thesis is devoted to the application of a new class of probability metrics, N-distances, introduced by Klebanov (Klebanov, 2005; Zinger et al., 1989), to the problems of verification of the classical statistical hypotheses of goodness of fit, homogeneity, symmetry and independence. First of all a construction of statistics based on N metrics for testing mentioned hypotheses is proposed. Then the problem of determination of the critical region of the criteria is investigated. The main results of the thesis are connected with the asymptotic behavior of test statistics under the null and alternative hypotheses. In general case the limit null distribution of proposed in the thesis tests statistics is established in terms of the distribution of infinite quadratic form of random normal variables with coefficients dependent on eigenvalues and functions of a certain integral operator. It is proved that under the alternative hypothesis the test statistics are asymptotically normal. In case of parametric hypothesis of goodness of fit particular attention is devoted to normality and exponentiality criteria. For hypothesis of homogeneity a construction of multivariate distribution free two-sample test is proposed. KEY WORDS : Prosody, metrics, stress, intonation, declamation, rap, reggae This thesis deals with the rhythm, stress and intonation in rap and reggae music. It describes the form features of declamations which combine chant, half- singing and singing, in the theoretical framework of contrastive prosody and verse theory. The thesis consists of seven chapters and is based on a textual corpus of 200 songs in French and Czech, assembled for this dissertation. The linguistic material of 59,000 syllables is a representative set of excerpts, transcribed in rhythmic grids with an auditive analysis. From the prosodic point of view, rap and reggae display an important degree of rhythmic reorganisation. In both languages, setting texts to music is performed ac- cording to an isochronous pattern, which is imposed on the lyrics with an isosyllabic rhythm and whose bound stress system is weak. Cílem této práce je porovnání komerčních business intelligence nástrojů s nástroji Open Source v procesu implementace BI řešení ve střední firmě. V práci jsou porovnávány komerční aplikace Oracle (http://www.oracle.com) ? Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle Discoverer a Open Source nástroje z projektu Pentaho (http://www.pentaho.com) ? Kettle, Cube Designer a BI Platforma. Hodnocení obou systémů probíhá na základě předem definovaných metrik. Práce kromě popisu realizace obou řešení a jejich vzájemného porovnání také dává odpověď na zcela zásadní otázku, zda může Open Source řešení konkurovat tomu komerčnímu. Dalším přínosem je návrh modifikovatelného a znovupoužitelného stromu metrik, který je k hodnocení systémů použit.

This diploma work concentrates on metrics for providers of IT support. Its origins are in a project for DHL IT Services. This company has recently moved centre of support for IT services serving to logistic giant DHL in EMEA region to Prague. The goal of the project was to find suitable metrics for measuring support requirements of IT services and productivity of people who provide the support. The objective of this paper is to introduce reasons for creation, principles, benefits, risks and experience from pilot implementation newly developed metric Support Point Analysis (SPA). To meet all objectives, the diploma was split into three integral parts. In the first part there are briefly summed general theoretical theses about metrics in IT, in the second part all aspects of the metrics Support Point Analysis were described in detail. In the last part there is analysis of possible areas of using SPA. There is also experience from pilot implementation in DHL IT Services write down in the last part. The main benefit of this paper consists in evaluation of SPA results and analysis of its strengths and weaknesses. Besides there are suggestions of possible ways of SPA further development.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the benefits of the information system of an important food manufacturer. The main aim is to analyse the benefits of the information system -- something which has yet to happen. The analysis of the information system should provide a recommendation for the company, which will include an evaluation of the strong and weak aspects of the system. Highlighting the strong and weak aspects should help the company perfect the system, provide a competitive advantage, increased profits and an improved company image. The secondary aim is to inform the reader about the system, understand its functionality, describe the metrics used for analysis and the choice of methods employed. The aims of the theoretical section will be achieved through analysis of internal documentation and electronic sources. The analysis of the benefits will be carried out using "historical" data obtained from the reporting system, database or internal documentation. The use of this work lies principally in its highlighting of the positive and negative effects of the system. The work can also help students or company employees understand the functionality of the real system and to broaden their current knowledge.

The thesis is focused on the Customer Relationship Management in an insurance company. The goal is to provide complex view on the issue of customer relationship management in the insurance, then identify the specific knowledge of insurance industry and consequently use it for analysis and design of selected processes of CRM. For these processes is also needed to design relevant performance indicators. These goals can be reached by mapping those processes in insurance companies, which are supported by CRM, to the standard functionality of the CRM system. For gaps is necessary to consider changing the standard functionality or change the process. Design of the indicators is based on the Balanced Scorecard and method CRACK. The benefit of the work is application of knowledge in the field of customer relationship management in the insurance industry as well as design and analysis of selected processes of CRM with their measurements.
