Práce analyzuje podnikatelské prostředí a příležitosti pro mezinárodní investice a mezinárodní obchod. V detailu jsou zkoumány všechny důležité oblasti ovlivňující hladké obchodování s Nikaraguou. Práce obsahuje seznam zákonů a investičních pobídek, které je třeba při obchodování s Nikaraguou brát v potaz. Teoretická část je doplněna osobními zkušenostmi a doporučeními autora.

Práce se zabývá postavením rozvojových zemí ve světovém systému jako celku, vztahem rozvojových zemí k oběma blokům za dob Studené války a dále rozborem situace po rozpadu bipolarismu a dopad této situace na změnu postavení rozvojových zemích ve světovém systému. Dále rozborem jednotlivých rozvojových makroregionů práce postihuje jak jejich společné znaky a rozdíly, tak hodnotí vzájemné vztahy zemí jednotlivých regionů a případné integrační tendence. Třetí kapitola má za cíl podrobnější analýzu integračního uskupení ASEAN.

V dnešní moderní české společnosti již nejsou mezinárodní obchodní vztahy ničím neobvyklým či mimořádným, a proto jsem se ve své diplomové práci rozhodla blíže popsat kupní smlouvu v mezinárodním obchodě. Pochopení významu kupní smlouvy je stěžejním úkolem dobrého obchodování. Mezinárodní kupní smlouva představuje významný právní instrument pro mezinárodní směnu zboží, kterou lze považovat za nejstarší formu hospodářských styků mezi zahraničními subjekty. Je zřejmé, že mezinárodní kupní smlouva má základní význam pro právní úpravu mezinárodního obchodu.

This (diploma) thesis aims to introduce alternative dispute resolution within international business relationships and it subsequently focuses on one of them, which is mediation. This topic was chosen with regards to its recency and an evolving trend of alternative dispute resolution both in Czech Republic, and abroad. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. Introductory chapter introduces the issue of ADR, their characteristics, advantages and the division. The second chapter focuses on the definition of business relationships, international business relationships and suitability of application of ADR in these cases. The third chapter is dedicated to the characteristics of individual types of ADR such as negotiation, conciliation, collaborative law, arbitration, med-arb, medaloa, minitrial and expertise and their mutual comparison. The fourth chapter is devoted to the legislation of ADR within Czech Republic and subsequently to the international legislation of ADR. 1 ABSTRACT The Effect of International Non-governmental Organizations on the Creation of International Sport Regulation Key words: international sports law, international non-governmental organization, lex sportiva The thesis researches international non-governmental organisations in the area of sport, their legislation and influence on international sports regulation and concerns also with the question of international sport law. It consists of four main chapters. In the first part, the relationship between state and law is analysed as well as the existence of the sports law itself. The chapter deals also with the specifics of sports rules and content concepts of sports law. The majority of rules in the sport sector is formed by the regulation which is not source of law in the formal sense. The second chapter defines the concept of an international non-governmental organization and tries to submit a definition with regard to diverse activities exercised by these entities standing on the border of private and public law. I decided to elaborate the theme due to my interest in the study of copyright and the international art market. The issue is explored mainly through overview of the relevant international, EU and Czech legislation. The work is introduced by historical development of the copyright and excursus to the development of international trade in works of art. This study aims at analysing of the copyright aspects of international trade, not international trade law and private international law, even they affect the copyright aspects of international trade undoubtedly and both are crucial for this field. But if necessary, in spite of its copyright focus my thesis interferes in this area too. Breakdown of my work is based on a systematic examination of the issue described. The diploma thesis analyzes the relationship between the Czech Republic and the International Criminal Court. The purpose of my research was to compare the Rome Statute, an international treaty by which the International Criminal Court was established in 1998, with the Czech constitutional and criminal law. The Czech Republic ratified the Rome Statute in 2009. The Czech Republic committed itself by this ratification to provide for international judicial cooperation and legal assistance to the International Criminal Court. It is necessary to realize that a lot of crimes against international criminal law happen in the today's world and many of these crimes are under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. The Czech Republic has to be ready to act, if the need occurs, a so it is necessary to know how the Czech authorities would proceed and if all of the obligations under the Rome Statute are possible to be realized in accordance with the national law. The aim of this thesis is to analyze international environmental agreements. It characterises the process of the making of international environmental agreements, the background in which they are made, the subjects, who take part in the process and generally define the position they have in international law. The focus is to point out their differences from the other international agreements. The second part concentrates on the analyses of the individual agreements, at first the general historical development and then follow the specific groups of agreements, divided by topics with the emphasis on the most important ones.

This work is devoted to international law, particularly humanitarian law and human rights with emphasis on international legal instruments governing the position of children serving in the armed forces. In this work are discussed various international conventions, as well as mechanisms for the protection of child soldiers. The first chapter defines the position of child soldiers and the specifics of their involvement in military conflicts. The decisive criteria for the involvement of children in government armed forces or non-state army is age. Furthermore there is described into more details the mechanism of conscription into the army. There is difference between voluntary and forced recruitment of child soldiers. The various international legal instruments are analyzed more in detail in chapter two. The issue of Child soldiers is addressed with both the rules of humanitarian law, specifically the Additional Protocols to the Geneva Conventions and Human rights conventions. Special attention is paid to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocol on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict. The topic of this thesis is a legal regulation of sales contract in international trade. Because of the scope of this work is purchase agreement in a trade, the scope of these diploma does not represent consumer sales (contract of sale between a business and private person who is not acting in the course of his or her business). To better understanding all relations in this thesis, is necessary to explain certain specifics, which are arising from this work. The first parties of this sales contract could be only business persons (undertakers), they are having their "places of business in different states."
