Bezkontaktní měření otáček ventilátoru / Contactless measuring ventilator-revolution counter

Pokorný, Aleš January 2010 (has links)
This project is about design of contactless measuring ventilator - revolution counter. The counter serves to measurement of the speed of ventilator. The measurement is based on optical method of receiving the reflected laser beam. To measure and calculate use the revolution counter the microcontroller. This measured value is diplayed on LCD. After design follows experimental measurement.

Komunikační modul pro řízení laboratorního zdroje / Communication module for power supplies controlling

Zachar, Jiří January 2010 (has links)
The aim of this work is to design a communication module for laboratory source Manson. This power supply communicates only through a serial RS-232 link. Modern computers usually use for the connection with other peripherals mainly USB. Designed communication module contains converter between the RS-232 and USB. Power supply is used in the automated measurement setup, which is controlled from the Virtual Engineering Environment from the Agilent Technologies. Direct commands for laboratory source Manson are not compatible with the SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) standard commands. So, the communication module converts commands from the SCPI format to Manson supply instructions. The communication with the Manson supply will be obvious for students by using new communication module.

Útok elektromagnetickým postranním kanálem / Electromagnetic side channel attack

Nečas, Ondřej January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is, firstly, to design and create the measuring environment for the research of electromagnetic side-channel attacks in cryptography; and secondly, to inform readers about the basics of electromagnetic and power side-channel attacks which present effective ways of the modern cryptosystems’ cryptoanalysis. In the theoretical part, the basic side-channel attacks, including their history and models, are described. The main part is focused on the explanation of the basic principles of power and electromagnetic side-channel attacks. Then, the work describes the basic physical principles of electromagnetic fields; and also the methods which can be used to measure the electromagnetic field. An example of the origination of the electromagnetic field in microprocessors is included. In the next part of the work the theoretical foundation necessary for successful implementation of the measurement of electromagnetic fields on the PIC microprocessor is presented. Next part of the chapter is devoted to the AES encryption standard, the activity of which is examined in the practical part. Furthermore, the magnetic probes, designed according to the theoretical knowledge are described. Also the research environment is described in this chapter. The list of measuring instruments used in the practical part is also included. The practical part of the work deals with the implementation aspects designed to achieve the ideal measurement conditions, such as the choice of appropriate probe, the appropriate location and distance between the probe and the measured system, setup of the oscilloscope and signal synchronization. Furthermore, the measured electromagnetic waveforms for selected instructions are presented. After that follows an analysis of the individual rounds of the AES encryption standard; the analysis of whole AES standard is also included. Then, the methods of simple and differential electromagnetic analysis are implemented. With regard to the knowledge gained in the practical part of the work, the possible countermeasures implemented against the power and electromagnetic side channel attacks are described. The final part of the work comprises a brief review of results.

Laboratorní zdroj řízený MCU / Voltage source controlled by MCU

Požár, Marek January 2011 (has links)
Laboratory source is basic and necessary part of almost every modern electronics laboratories. Development cannot be done without good laboratory resources. It is main function is supply stabilized DC voltage and current. It appears in a simpler version without the continuous regulation of voltage and current, with only predetermined switching voltage. Of course there are also more demanding applications, where stable voltage adjustable fluently and where is continuous of stable voltage for example LCD applications. This term project deals with a connection of microprocessor and stabilizing and regulating circuits for voltage and current of laboratory sources output. That microprocessor controls performance features by DA converter, which provide a stable output voltage which required power.

Algoritmy zpracování obrazu v osmibitových procesorech / Image processing algorithms in eight-bit microcontroller

Rébl, Miroslav January 2011 (has links)
The aim of master thesis was to investigate a simple camera and processor Atmel AVR unit implementation. Thesis describes how to get image from C3088 module and management over the bank of camera registers. Work includes limitation draft for this way of processing the information. Thesis also solves an exemplary model for object recognition using this implementation.

Automatizace procesu 3D zobrazování / Automatization of 3D stacking process

Kamenec, Jan January 2012 (has links)
The task of my thesis was to automate the process of 3D stacking. The work includes design of complex control board, that will serve as a control unit and provide a comprehensive function of mechanical displacement in combination with digital image acquisition. In addition, the electronics for controlling a stepper motor, PCB and the design. The result of this is a facility that provides automatic acquisition of images with different depth of field.

Ambulantní monitor srdečního rytmu / Ambulatory ECG Holter Monitor

Majerík, Peter January 2014 (has links)
The thesis deals with design of the device for monitoring four signals from the probes for scanning ECG, PPG and heart pressure. The thesis is mainly focused on hardware design of the device and the most important part is the selection of the storage media to which will be the data recorded and the selection of the microprocessor which has to be able to meet the requirements of the device. For the data recording is used SD card and the ARM based MCU was selected from the AT91SAM7S series. This thesis also deals with the software design for MCU which is needed to launch the device and with design of PC applications used for setting the device and for downloading the measured data. At the end there are presented results of the constructed device.

Návrh řídicí desky pro BLDC motor / Design of control board for BLDC motor

Zbranek, Petr January 2014 (has links)
In the context of this master’s thesis are solved algorithms and hardware for control BLDC motor. The first was designed algorithm in LabView called "six-step". This algorithm causes a torque ripple, so in the final version was used vector control. It is a sensor control, so was necessary to design a measurement of rotor position. It was solved using a magnetic position sensor. After testing the control algorithm was designed my own hardware for control the BLDC motor. The main control unit was chosen microprocessor MC56F82743, which is designed specifically for BLDC motor control. The microprocessor was programmed in the CodeWarrior development environment, using a JTAF and USB-TAP.

Monitoring a řízení teplovodních ventilů regulace vytápění jednočipovým mikropočítačem / Monitoring and controlling of the heating water valves by smart board microcomputer

MAŠEK, Roman January 2013 (has links)
The Masters thesis describes the control of heating system in family houses where exists requests for supervising and measuring of sources, energy storages and delivery parts of network. Description includes detail for source education support, overviews to development tools and programming language for microcontrollers. Heating system is built for two sources of energy and every source is steered alone. Source codes are designed into PIC? single-chip processors PIC? 18F4520 and PIC? 16F628A developed by Microchip company. These are deployed in unified boards called embedded board chosen for their accessibility from point of view low and high voltage interfaces. Part application of powerful elements control describes principle of operation and their usage in networks. For on-line control of central equipment is preferred usage of powerful components with servo-mechanism and for simpler usage is good to use passive components. Temperature sensor read current value in cross points of network where are media mixed or saved. Processors provides except own control jobs information interface for users too. Used SW is well arranged, faithful and includes routine for source code optimizing. The example of controlled system is actuators in family house heating with high and low temperature circuits which are controlled by industrial systems as current gas coopers.
