Foi desenvolvido um dispositivo eletromecânico computadorizado capaz de realizar medidas de movimentos em membros superiores de pacientes em tratamento fisioterapêutico, que necessitem de uma avaliação físico-funcional. Para esta avaliação são utilizados usualmente goniômetros universais que mensuram os ângulos dos movimentos. Entretanto, a precisão das medidas é prejudicada pelas diferenças entre as articulações a serem avaliadas e pela qualidade dos procedimentos utilizados. Visando facilitar o trabalho do especialista e diminuir a margem de erro da avaliação, o dispositivo desenvolvido é fixado no paciente. Este dispositivo mede o ângulo dos movimentos através de sensores óticos (encoders) que enviam as informações para o computador. O software para aquisição, processamento e registro utiliza o ambiente de programação DELPHI. Os resultados obtidos permitem ao especialista uma análise mais precisa, confiável e mais rápida do que era possível com os goniômetros comerciais. O registro das avaliações do paciente permite que seu comprometimento ou progresso seja gravado possibilitando comparações com dados anteriores ou com referências, facilitando desta forma o acompanhamento da evolução da patologia. / It was developed a computerized electrical mechanical device that is capable of carrying measurements of movements in upper limbs of patient in physical therapy, that they need a physical and functional evaluation. For this evaluation is necessary for which universal goniometer that measure angles of movements are usually used. However the precision of the measures is harmed for the differences between the joints to be evaluated and for the quality of the used procedures. Aiming to facilitate the work of the specialist and to diminish the margin of error in evaluation, we developed a device that is attached to the patient. This device measure the angles of the movements by optical sensors (encoders) that send this informations to the computer. The software for acquisition, processing and register uses the programming environment DELPHI. The gotten results provide the specialist with a more precise, reliable, and quicker of that it was possible with the commercial goniometer. The register of the evaluations of the patient allows that its compromising or progress is recorded making possible comparisons with previous data or references, facilitating of this form the following the evolution of the pathology.

Lean Consumption är ett perspektiv att se på handel som strävar efter att minska kundensköpmotstånd. Detta genom att förse kunden med exakt vad den vill ha på ett tidseffektivt sätt.Tid som under köpprocessen inte är värdeskapande för kund ska reduceras. Lyckas företagetefterleva Lean Consumption perspektivet tyder det på att företaget kan tillgodose sig positivaeffekter.Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur Lean Consumption perspektivet för närvarandeanvänds bland klädhandlare på internet och vilka effekter det kan leda till. Till stöd för vårtresonemang använder vi oss av kompletterande vetenskap. Studien fokuserar inte på ett visstsegment av internetaktörer, meningen är att undersöka Lean Consumption perspektivet frånolika företags synvinklar.Den bäst lämpade metoden anser vi varit en kvalitativ ansats. Ett fåtal intervjuobjekt mednödvändig kunskap om respektive företaget har blivit ingående intervjuade. Det har skettgenom ett semistrukturerad tillvägagångssätt där vi kunnat ställa passande följdfrågor. Det harvarit en passande form eftersom vi velat försäkra oss om hög validitet i insamlad data.Alla företag vi undersökt arbetar med företeelser kopplade till Lean Consumptionperspektivet. Företagen har nått olika långt i Lean Consumption, beroende på företagetsaffärsidé. Det påvisas i denna studie med vissa exempel att en effekt av Lean Consumptionperspektiv är ökad försäljning. Vi har även sett samband mellan kundlojalitet ochanvändningen av Lean Consumption. / <p>Lean Consumption is a perspective to look at commerce with aspiration to reduce the buying</p><p>resistance. This is achieved by giving the customer exactly what they want in a time efficient</p><p>way. The non value adding time during the buying process for the customer should be</p><p>reduced. If the company succeeds with accomplishing the Lean Consumption perspective</p><p>there is an indication that they will embrace benefits.</p><p>The purpose of this paper is to examine how the Lean Consumption perspective is used</p><p>among the apparel commerce on Internet today, and the effect of it. To support our issue we</p><p>will use additional science. The study is not focused on one segment of businesses, the idea is</p><p>to examine the Lean Consumption perspective from different company views.</p><p>The method we have found most accurate is a qualitative approach. We did a few detailed</p><p>interviews with persons that got necessary knowledge about their company. The interviews</p><p>were done through a semi structured way to give us the possibility to make follow up</p><p>questions. This was a suitable way to make sure the collected data had high validity.</p><p>All companies we examined works with tasks related to Lean Consumption perspective. The</p><p>companies have reach different levels considering Lean Consumption perspective based on</p><p>the companies business model. This paper shows with certain examples that one effect of</p><p>Lean Consumption is increased sales. We have also noticed a connection between customer</p><p>loyalty and the use of Lean Consumption. AI-Enhanced Marketing Management – Factors Influencing Adoption in SMEsSavola, Tommi, Tuohimaa, Tyko, Berg, Sebastian January 2018 (has links)
Recent developments and hype around artificial intelligence (AI) have arisen as result of two main factors: increase in computational power and data. Although marketing is considered as one of the main business applications within AI today, there is a lack of literature combining the disciplines. Marketing management tools, which utilise AI in supporting decision making are referred to as knowledge-driven marketing management support systems (MMSS). These systems provide besides quantitative analysis, further qualitative facets into marketing management. Despite the willingness of many SMEs to engage with the technology that may foster competitive advantage, many adoption processes fail. The purpose of this thesis is to explore the factors influencing adoption of knowledge-driven MMSS in SMEs in Finland and Sweden. Qualitative primary data was collected from nine company representatives at top management level in Finnish and Swedish firms. Companies were classified in three categories, providers, adopters and non-adopters of knowledge-driven MMSS. The findings show that there are several factors influencing adoption of knowledge-driven MMSS. The factors were grouped into technological, organizational and environmental factors, based on the TOE framework. Even though SMEs suffer from a lack of resources compared to large companies, this research suggests that they are at the forefront of adopting AI for marketing purposes. Additionally, it was found that the factors affecting adoption are dependent on whether the knowledge-driven MMSS is built in-house or outsourced. This study has contributed to the identified gaps in literature by combining the disciplines of AI, marketing and SMEs, and by exploring the factors behind adoption of knowledge-driven MMSS. The authors of this thesis have the aspiration that the developed post-empirical framework will serve as a guiding tool for top management and marketing managers in SMEs looking to adopt knowledge-driven MMSS into their organizations.
