Orientador: Gustavo José de Toledo Pedroso / Banca: José Fernando Siqueira da Silva / Banca: Lígia da Nóbrega Fernandes / Resumo: O presente estudo tem como proposição apreender a constituição do pensamento pós-moderno na produção teórica de Foucault, sendo este o objeto de estudo que nos permite identificar sua aproximação e tensionamento no âmbito do Serviço Social. Tal proposta de trabalho adota como referência uma perspectiva histórica e de totalidade alicerçada na ontologia do ser social. O intuito é a análise e a problematização do surgimento e a sedimentação do campo pós-moderno nos dias atuais, tendo em vista o seu alastramento nas ciências sociais. Com isso, pretendemos analisar os elementos pós-modernos presentes na obra foucaultiana, utilizando como recorte temporal a análise da fase genealógica do autor, tendo como categorias norteadoras: a constituição da ciência e o sujeito histórico na análise foucaultiana. A partir disso é possível analisar a relação dos preceitos pós-modernos, ou seja, o projeto teórico e político da pós-modernidade e sua oposição à teoria social marxiana da ontologia do ser social, sendo este o pilar teórico hegemônico que orienta o Serviço Social. O estudo foi realizado por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, utilizando como objeto de análise as produções do Serviço Social nos anais do ENPESS de 2010 á 2016. / Abstract: The present study has the purpose of apprehending the constitution of postmodern thought in the theoretical production of Foucault, being this the object of study that allows us to identify its approximation and intention in the scope of Social Work. This proposal of work adopts as reference a historical perspective and of totality based on the ontology of the social being. The aim is the analysis and problematization of the emergence and the sedimentation of the postmodern field in the present day, in view of its spread in the social sciences. With this, we intend to analyze the postmodern elements present in the Foucaultian work, using as a temporal clipping the analysis of the genealogical phase of the author, having as guiding categories: the constitution of science and the historical subject in the Foucaultian analysis. From this it is possible to analyze the relation of the postmodern precepts, that is, the theoretical and political project of postmodernity and its opposition to the Marxian social theory of the social being's ontology, being this hegemonic theoretical pillar that guides the Social Service . The study was carried out by means of a bibliographical research, using as an object of analysis the productions of Social Service in the annals of ENPESS from 2010 to 2016. / Mestre

Parte-se da premissa de que a sociedade pós-industrial vem passando por transformações político-econômicas com reflexos nas relações de trabalho. Modelos econômicos flexíveis, divisão internacional do trabalho nos países centrais e periféricos, Capitalismo industrial, dumping social são alguns dos fatores que favorecem a precarização das Relações de Trabalho e o aumento do desemprego estrutural. O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar a necessidade de novos fundamentos para o sindicalismo contemporâneo a partir de engajamento do movimento sindical com outros movimentos sociais para propiciar desenvolvimento com liberdade e consequentemente crescimento econômico e sustentável da sociedade e assegurar a dignidade da pessoa humana dos trabalhadores. Uma vez identificada essa quebra de paradigmas, a tese procurou, a partir da Teoria Social Crítica e com apoio no pluralismo jurídico, apresentar a necessidade de interação entre os sindicatos e os novos movimentos sociais a fim de encontrar um novo sentido para o Direito Coletivo o Trabalho. / This thesis examines the role of international organizations and the influence of the New Social Movements in national or transnational collective bargaining. It starts with the premise that the post-industrial society has been going through political and economic changes reflected in labor relations . Flexible economic models, international division of labor in the central and peripheral countries, industrial capitalism, social dumping are some of the factors that favor the casualization of labor relations and the increase in structural unemployment. The objective of this study is to investigate the need for new foundations for contemporary unionism from engagement of the labor movement with other social movements to provide development with freedom and consequently economic and sustainable growth of society and ensure the human dignity of workers. Once identified this shift in paradigm, the thesis sought from the Critical Social Theory and support in legal pluralism, present the need for interaction between the unions and the new social movements in order to find a new direction for the Collective Law work.
