anglicky: This master's thesis deals with czech historical facts within teaching czech in Czech School TGM in Chicago. It also includes a perception of czech facts inside the group of Czech compatriots. This community is not numerous as was the case in the half of the 19th century nevertheless its cultural life is still very interesting and is worth the attention. This Czech community is varied because of generation before 2nd World War as migrants from 90's of the 20th centrury. They all have a need to preserve and pass cultural identity to their descendants. The theoretical part of the thesis primarily explains key word facts and its position inside culture and teaching. It also mentions the word heritage language and its transfer. This part deals with basic informations about czech community in Chicago and about a large number of this group activities. The empirical part of the thesis describes and analyzes an author's experiences from teaching in summer czech school in 2017. This part is based on analysis of preparations a study plan, an analysis of diary record from Czech lessons and also an analysis of a questionnaire filled in by participants of summer Czech school and members of Czech community. Research outcomes can help to better cognition facts in teaching and their meaning for children...

Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a analýzou faktorů, které významně ovlivňují strategické chování firem a míru jejich konkurenceschopnosti. Konkrétně toto činí ve třech perspektivách, kterými jsou odvětví, zdroje a kapacity firmy a perspektiva institucí, kultury a etiky. Ve své aplikační části se zaměřuje na společnost Dell. Pro analýzu faktorů konkurenceschopnosti této firmy jsou použity modely, metody a teoretická východiska popsaná v teoretické části. Samostatná kapitola je také věnována strategickým partnerstvím, které dnes tvoří významnou součást konkurenčního boje.

Práce analyzuje zahraničně obchodní vývoj v České republice po roce 1989, resp. 1993 do současnosti v makroekonomických souvislostech. Sleduje vývoj vybraných agregovaných veličin z časového hlediska (funkční otevřenost ekonomiky, dynamika zahraničního obchodu, teritoriální struktura, komoditní struktura, vnější rovnováha, struktura platební bilance, zahraniční zadluženost, směnné relace, reálný efektivní směnný kurz, transformační výkon ekonomiky, důchodové vazby zahraničního obchodu). Cílem a výsledkem práce je zhodnocení uskutečněných vývojových změn na bázi sledovaných časových řad, zhodnocení dosaženého pokroku nebo přetrvávajících rezerv ve vývoji, zamyšlení se nad vzájemnými vývojovými souvislostmi.

Záměrem teoretické části je představit Evropské schéma obchodování s povolenkami(EU-TS), Kjótský protokol, národní alokační plán, fungování systému obchodování s povolenkami, způsoby obchodování s povolenkami na trhu, atd. V praktické části se práce zabývá navrhováním strategie nakládání s povolenkami na emise skleníkových plynů přidělených dle EU-ETS společnosti Teplárna Strakonice, a.s. na druhé obchodovací období 2008 - 2012. Obsahem praktické části je představení společnosti Teplárna Strakonice, analýza obchodovacího období 2005 - 2007 v TST, analýza klíčových faktorů obchodovacího období 2008 - 2012 a návhr strategie nakládání s povolenkami na obddobí 2008 - 2012 v TST.

Cílem diplomové práce je poukázat na problematiku související s dodržováním bezpečnostních předpisů, se kterou se firmy často potýkají. Rizika poškození života a zdraví lze snižovat jednak zavedením účinného systému řízení BOZP, ale i důsledným vyhledáváním a rozebíráním příčin a následků vzniku pracovních úrazů a nemocí z povolání. V práci je poukázáno na činnost Inspektorátu práce a práci jeho inspektorů, dále shrnutí platné legislativní úpravy BOZP, způsob zavedení BOZP u nově vznikajících organizací a analýza stavu včetně návrhu na odstranění nedostatků u 3 malých organizací rozdílného zaměření.

This work focuses on the problems of monetary aggregates in the Czech Republic within compilation of balance sheet items statistics of monetary financial institutions. The content of this paper comprises the methodological basis for the compilation of monetary aggregates and the overall balance sheet statistics with focus on detailed description of the procedure of compiling of this statistics in the Czech National Bank. The goal is to provide an overview of the methodology of balance sheet statistics, practical aspects of its composition and compiling of monetary aggregates.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the develoment of banking system in the Czechoslovakia during Great Depression between years 1929 - 1933/34. For outlining the context, it is important to briefly focus on the characteristics of the great Depression, its course inthe Czechoslovakia and its impact on paticular sectors in the Economy. the main part od the thesis is focused on the National Bank in Czechoslovakia, its monetary policy and its behaviour during the Depression, and also on the impact of Depression on commercial banks.

The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyse the law position and activities of Czech national bank. The content of thesis is composed of three imaginary parts. In first one the historical development of central banking on Czech territory is described. It is devided into four chapters respecting the chronological development. The thesis is focused on a state of current legislation mainly, therefore the second and third part creates a widest portion of the thesis. The second part examines a framework of constitutional relations of Czech national bank and president, Parliament and goverment particularly, and the independency and aim of CNB in 7 chapters. The third part concerns with statutory law and is composed of 7 chapters also. It deals with a variety of activities of Czech national bank. Introduction, conclusion, abstract, key words and source list are drawn in other parts.

This diploma thesis deals with a lexicalized comparison, whose basic words are animal names, zooapelativa. Phraseology and idiomatic language are described in the theoretical part. This part is based not only on Čermák's conception but also on the definition and classification of basic units of this linguistic discipline - set phrase and idioms. The practical part mainly describes animal appellation (bull, duck, cat, goat, cow, horse, sheep, dog, pig and hen). Linguistic analysis, inspirited by the Czech national corpus, focuses on the frequency of the given phrasal units, their diversity and update extent.

Diploma thesis deals with the concept of geoparks, which rapidly expand worldwide as a tool for sustainable development. This paper is focused on the socio-economic and educational function of geoparks and their management. The concept of geoparks, geoturism, heritage and its interpretation is generally discused, complemented by findings from practical researches. These researches are used to create an overview of methods, which are used in sociogeographical researches of geoparks. In practical terms are used qualitative methods, which identify and evaluate the overall functioning of the National Geopark Ralsko and its socio-economic and educational impacts. The main actors in the area are identified by document analysis and direct field observation and the geopark's education and interpretation of the local heritage is evaluated hrough. The main part of the research is semi-structured interviews with the actors in the territory. Based on these interview is evaluated management of this geopark, understanding and attitude towards the geopark and the functioning of the whole area. Several barriers to the development of the region and the Geopark have been identified. These barriers are are discussed with the theory. Local actors also have proposed concrete steps to improve the functioning of the area...
