Socialization of an individual with behavioural disorder {--} programme ,,Borouk University Decree (Diploma) Work Abstract The aim of the thesis is to monitor situations of clients with problems of behavioural disorder, who was allowed from a hospital and protective training in Educational Institution and Canteen {\clqq}Husův dům`` in Dvůr Králové na Labem, and an evaluation of the socializational programme {\clqq}Borouk``. In a practical part of the thesis the author chose a quatitative research, in which she analysed data of clients allowed from 2001 to 2005. The programme {\clqq}Borouk`` is evaluated on the basis of data about resocialization of those clients. There is a case study enclosed in the text. In the closing part of the thesis, the programme {\clqq}Borouk`` is evaluated as a suitable programme, which helps clients with the behavioural disorder to socialize. The results show that a wide range of aspects of lifes of a group of examined clients were improved. In spite of their suitable integration and related elimination of negative social phenomenons, it is necessary to provide the clients with behavioural disorder with lifelong assistance and support. The aim of this thesis is design the project documentation for building realisataion. The project is solved as study for real building The subsequent bed health care settled in category of acomodation for seniors in Ostrava – Vratimov location. The building is available for maximal period 3 weeks. The buiding is equiped by 21 rooms for 42 patients. The new building is design as block disposition for future redesign or construction. The building is three floor structure with respect to surrounding building architecture on which the design of building is based. In the building there are also terrace with green roof part. Vertical structure are mede from ceramic blocks Porotherm with mineral wool infill combined with reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The roof structure is from repeated pitched roofs with metal roof covering.

Introductions: The research deals with the attachment theory at women and min with substance use disorder in an aftercare programme. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the concept of attachment, describes its theoretical foundations, the connections between attachment and addiction, the possibilities of therapeutic work with attachment, its application in work with people with addiction, gender differences and the specifications of aftercare programmes. The practical part is base on qualitatively oriented research. The research was conducted on interviews with ten respondents, five women (set A) and five men (set B). All respondents are people with SUD, currently abstinents, after addiction treatment, participating in an aftercare programme. Aim: The aim of the research was to compare the differences and similarities at men and women with addiction disorder in their attachment, partnerships and family relationships and the subsequent implications of the results for practical use. The title of the dissertation: Law of Treaties - subsequent agreements and subsequent practice The topic of the dissertation is the codification of the rules of interpretation of international treaties, with special focus on the phenomenon of subsequent agreements and subsequent practice of the state parties. In its general introductory section, the thesis defines international treaties as a source of international law and presents a comprehensive analysis of methods of interpretation and their codification. The fundamental part is devoted to the subsequent agreements and subsequent practice, their definition, including the difference from other similar methods, and the use of them for the interpretation of treaties before international courts and in international organizations. This thesis also focuses on the issue of evolutionary interpretation. The practical part of the thesis is based on the interpretation of treaties in three branches of international law (investments, cultural cooperation, taxes), with emphasis on the use of subsequent agreements and subsequent practice and on the current developments in the negotiation of new treaties and in the activities of international organizations.

The dissertation analyzes the personnel management system in healthcare facilities with after-care and long-term care in the Czech Republic, focusing on the implementation of certain personnel activities. The main focus is on the characteristics of health facilities and the subsequent long-term care in the Czech Republic, staffing and elements that influence the work of personnel in such organizations. The individual personnel activities in healthcare facilities with after-care and long-term care in the Czech Republic are put into a structure. The thesis includes a qualitative research survey of the level of personnel management in healthcare facilities with after-care and long-term care in the Czech Republic established by both public and private sector, having different legal structures. The research survey focuses on learning about the form of personnel management in healthcare facilities with after-care and long-term care in the Czech Republic, it tracks personnel management as a complex system of partial personnel activities.

The aim of this thesis is to provide an insight into the topic of causation in law and to acquaint its reader with the common methods of proving the causation before courts. Among the most used methods such as the 'but for' test, this paper focuses on specific aspects of this topic which were introduced to the Czech legal system together with the adoption of the Civil Code 2014. The thesis also includes description and analysis of alternatively used methods of proving 'multiple causation' cases such as the theory of 'loss of chance' and 'pure economic loss'. Among this analysis the comparison between Czech and British legal system is used extensively. The core of this thesis is the effort to confirm or to refute the hypothesis that despite the Czech legal system does not officially recognize distinction between 'factual causation' and 'legal causation' as it is done in the British legal system, methods from both categories are actively used by Czech courts. This paper also aims to analyze whether, due to the fact that recognition between 'factual causation' and 'legal causation' is not explicitly expressed in the Czech legal system, does exist any negative or positive impact on judicial decisions. Annotation: The purpose of this Master's thesis is to describe objectively topic of medical social workers' communication in centers of post-acute care, to highlight importance and difficulty of social work with senior citizens and to propose eventual changes leading to eventual communication improvement. Social work here is complicated because senior citizens are often lonely or may have problematic family relationships or may suffer from dementia and quite often are polymorbid patients. For the thesis were used statistics from The Centre of Postacute Care - Motol University Hospital, then method of questionnaire realized with medical social workers from centers of post-acute care in Czech Republic, and method of structured interview with patients in Center of Postacute Care - Motol University Hospital.
