At present, the promotion of health in significant changes. In my work I try to find out how the financing of health care facilities, respectively. hospitals in the Czech Republic, especially in the Pardubice region. The work shows how to manage individual county hospital and the problems they face. To fulfill its objective, it is used the most recent literature, legislation and financial statements hospitals. The main contribution of this work is a complete analysis of five acute care hospitals in the Region, as yet arisen document, which would thus comprehensively evaluate the economic situation of hospital care in this region. Based on the findings is then in the final part of the thesis evaluates the real state management of five acute care hospitals. Outlines the major problems in hospitals and nejich possible solution.

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením finanční situace Nemocnice Jihlava za pomoci finanční analýzy. Zpočátku jsou vymezeny teoretické poznatky z odborné literatury. Dále práce zahrnuje charakteristiku nemocnice včetně jejího hospodaření. Následně je finanční analýza aplikována na Nemocnici Jihlava. Závěr obsahuje celkové shrnutí a případná doporučení směřující ke zlepšení finanční situace nemocnice.

Diploma thesis deals with problematics of renewal of monuments of landscape architecture with the aim to prove current know-how and workflow knowledge on specific object. The selected object is park nearby hospital in Tišnov. The object was selected to show monument of landscape of local significance with it is specific character. Description of problematics of designing hospital outdoor premises is also part of the literary research. The researches and analyzes carried out are situated in results section. Chosen form of restoration is adaptation of nowadays needs with application of reconstruction and reminiscence methods. A separate annex of diploma thesis is documentation at the level applicapble for territorial proceedings. The standalone documentation is in some sub-sections completed to the level of construction.

The aim was to design a new conception for both new building of psychiatric hospital and psychiatric cure on the other hand. Site is based in Velke Zaluzie, villacee in the southwestern Slovakia. Placed in site of historically protected park with a dominant building of the Old Esterhazy Mansion uses principles from moder psychiatry and space modularity to ideal inter-building connections. With high sustainability aspect a new organisation of the site was created on the whole area of the park with new functions for existing buildinge and less dominant based structure od psychiatric hospital.

(in English): The aim of this diploma thesis was an integrated analysis of satisfaction for pediatric patients aged 14 - 19 years at the Faculty Hospital Brno, which created a basic pattern of variables for a further investigation of satisfaction of adolescent patients in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Simultaneously, the work focused on recommendations of how to improve the satisfaction of patients in A & E (accident and emergency) and internal departments. In the Czech Republic there are several different studies that deal with the satisfaction element, which are ordered by medical facilities, so they can improve the satisfaction of their patients, based on the results. Satisfaction surveys of pediatric patients are not yet common, as the international standardisation is still in progress. Investigative study of the published articles on various research was undertaken for the theoretical basis of this study. The results gained from the study can be used as a base in further evaluations of pediatric patients satisfaction in health institutions. Abstract Purpose of this thesis was composet at two goals. Purpose of the first goal was evaluate present condition of Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice, personal's knowledges about behavior in cause of extraordinary event with emphasis on evacuation. Next goal was evaluate the overal status of preparedness of the Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice for evacuation. The basis of the theoretical part is in applicable legal standards of Czech republic, next this part describe planning of evacuation, including software planning, using modeling programs. In this part are describe events, when the evacuation has been done in real. The purpose of the practical part was to evaluate goals, which has been subsequently established by research questions and hypotheses. The purpose of answering the first research question, was evaluated the survey. The questionnaire has had 37 question and had been divided into 5 parts. The survey was realized during February and March 2018 at 6 departments of the Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. Hospital of Pardubice. The return of questionnaires was 58 %. More detailed specifications are given in chapter 4. To confirm whether the refutation of hypothesis nr. 1 was key respondents' answers to the questions asked, whose accuracy was compared based on the set 80% success rate of the right answers. In order to confirm whether or not the hypothesis nr. 2 was refuted, the results were subsequently processed by the 2 test statistic method - test of good agreement, which should confirm, or refute dependence of individual departments on their responses. For confirmation or refutation hypothese nr. 3, was compared results of this theses survey and results of bachelour thesis results. After the examination of the second research question, a comparison of the hospital's internal documentation with valid legal norms was carried out. An interview with the crisis manager was carried out, which examined the issue of population protection in the hospital. Last part of this research the analysis of questions (5, 7, 8, 13, 21, 24 and 25) of the questionnaire (Appendix 1). The overall success rate of staff awareness is 61 %, according to results. The overall preparedness of the hospital to evacuation is very good. The results of diploma thesis will be used especially for the analysis of own prepeardeness of the Hospital Pardubice region, jsc. This Master's thesis called "Labour as a Social Determinant and its Influence on the Health of Medical Staff in Selected Hospitals" is divided into two main sections. The first section summarizes current knowledge from both Czech and world literature from the field of social determinants related to health and labour. The second part of this work deals with the aim of the research, data collection and data processing methods as well as with the very evaluation of the output information and a discussion of the results elicited. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters and consists of basic issues related to the aim of this Master's thesis. The first chapter describes social determinants of health from various points of view. One of the chapter's components is a description of a current conception of these determinants. The second chapter deals with the construct of health, its definition and its conception. Last but not least it treats health as a determiner. The third chapter summarizes a social determinant of labour and labour-related terms. The author is further concerned with the importance of work for humans and with labour safety and hygiene. The fourth and last chapter is dedicated to public health of the Czech republic, its history, the system of health care and further focuses on the structure and services of Ostrov hospital and Sokolov hospital. The aim of this Master's thesis is proposed in the empirical part of this work. The aim was to map the influence of labour as a social determinant of the health of medical staff in selected hospitals. Next, constitutive objectives were established. Their purpose was to map the impact of workplace relationships and their influence on the overall health of medical staff as well as the impact of working environment including salary, working hours, work agenda and workplace security on the overall health of medical staff. The following hypotheses were assessed in connection with the objectives of this work: H1: Workplace relations of medical staff affects their overall health. H2: Salary affects the overall health of medical staff. H3: Working hours affects the overall health of medical staff. H4: Work agenda affects the overall health of medical staff. H5: Workplace safety affects the overall health of medical staff. Based on the statistical testing hypotheses 1, 3 and 4 were confirmed. Hypotheses 2 and 5 were not confirmed. The enquiry within the framework of this Master's thesis was conducted using a quantitative research. The interviewing method and the technique of questionnaire were used for data acquirement. The questionnaire was composed from questions regarding the matter of inquiry, questions evaluating subjective health of the respondents, questions related to the occupation of the people addressed. The round of questions was finally targeted at the issue of respondents' health vs. their work. The questionnaire was anonymous. The research distribution was accomplished via Deputy Minister of health care in both hospitals. The research file was formed by a medical staff who work in Sokolov hospital and Ostrov hospital. The resulting data were entered and processed using SPPS program vision 16.0 and 23.0 (Statistical Package for Social Science). The data were further evaluated and processed via graphs and tables in absolute numbers and percentages. After the evaluation of all questions in the questionnaire I reached a conclusion that labour as a social determinant of health has impact on the health of medical staff. I shall also assume that the majority of respondents were quite positive while rating the overall complacence with their jobs. Their complacence appears despite the mental rather than physical demand which undoubtedly goes with medical careers as well as despite their work conditions and workplace relationship which all impact their overall health.

The aim of the Master's Thesis is to determine the rank of hospitals belonging to the holding company Jihočeské nemocnice, a.s, from the economic viewpoint. Primarily, the ranking of Nemocnice Strakonice, a. s., in comparison with other hospitals is taken into account. It is necessary to accomplish two partial goals to accomplish the main aim. The first partial goal is the evaluation of financial health of a given hospital from 2007 to 2014. The basic financial analysis indicators are used to accomplish this goal. The development of these indicators is tracked in time. Moreover, Bankruptcy and Creditworthy models for financial health assessment are applied in the thesis. The second partial goal is to compare the given hospital with the other hospitals within the holding company through intercompany comparison methods. The result of these methods will be the determination of rank of the individual hospitals from 2007 to 2014.

This thesis examines the effect of corporatization, i.e. pure legal form conversion of contributory organizations into joint-stock companies, on financial performance of 77 Czech non-privatized general hospitals during 2001-2011. Using differences-in-differences estimation the effect on overall financial performance was not confirmed. Regarding individual performance components different changes in revenues and costs per inpatient day (relative to non-corporatized hospitals) were recognized after different corporatizations periods. Both revenues and costs measures either increased or decreased after 2003 & 2004 and 2005 corporatization respectively; and were maintained after 2006 & 2007 period. Ambiguous effect of corporatization on financial performance is consistent with the principal-agent theory developed in this thesis.
