The diploma thesis deals with the concept of "coupledom" and the opinions of young adults, who are defined as young people from 26 to 30 years, on couple relationships. Based on semi-structured interviews, there is examined the basis on which young adults decide in the context of "coupledom", what changes they perceive in relationships and, last but not least, how they feel "coupledom" in relation to their private lives. The theoretical basis of the work is the introduction of the concept of "pairing" and what shapes it. In particular, the work deals with the democratization concept of a "pure" relationship and reflections on a progressive view of relationships. The analytical output of the work is the presentation of young adults' view of couple relationships, which shows that couple relationships are a constructed normative model with regulatory functions on the lives of young adults. Propone el diseño y desarrollo de un sistema de gestión de la calidad (SGC) basado en la norma ISO 9001:2008 en el Servicio Académico Asistencial de Análisis Clínico (SAAAC) del CENPROFARMA (Centro de Producción Farmacéutica) con la finalidad de cumplir las normas legales y reglamentarias, estandarizar sus procesos logrando con esto una cultura de mejora continua en la organización, así como la satisfacción de sus clientes y la captación de nuevos clientes. El trabajo está conformado por dos fases: la primera fase es el diagnóstico situacional del SAAAC, donde la participación de la alta dirección fue una pieza clave, en esta fase se pudo conocer el contexto organizacional del SAAAC, mediante un análisis FODA, y el porcentaje de cumplimiento de SAAAC con los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2008, cuyo porcentaje es de 78%. La segunda fase es la propuesta de implementación de SGC ISO 9001:2008 y está basado en los resultados del diagnóstico. Esta fase consiste en dos etapas: la primera de diseño del SGC y la segunda de desarrollo y cumplimiento de la norma ISO 9001:2008. / Tesis

This thesis is focused on the L1 regression, a possible alternative to the ordinary least squares regression. L1 regression replaces the least squares estimation with the least absolute deviations estimation, thus generalizing the sample median in the linear regres- sion model. Unlike the ordinary least squares regression, L1 regression enables loosening of certain assumptions and leads to more robust estimates. Fundamental theoretical re- sults, including the asymptotic distribution of regression coefficient estimates, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals and confidence regions, are derived. This method is then compared to the ordinary least squares regression in a simulation study, with a focus on heavy-tailed distributions and the possible presence of outlying observations. 1

This diploma thesis elaborates a proposal of an environmental management system implementation according to the ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 standard in a selected company in Brno. Based on own activities in the company and in-depth interviews with the employees, the current situation and field of business of the company and its experience with the implementation of certifications were described. Furthermore, the company’s approach to environmental issues, including the definition of environmental aspects of the company, was identified. According to the individual chapters of the international standard, the thesis suggests steps to obtain the ISO certification. Furthermore, the thesis presents possible benefits and costs related to EMS implementation. The results of the interviews show whether the company has the necessary capacity to implement the standard and whether the certification is relevant for the company. Regardless of the suitability of the EMS for the company, appropriate measures to the environmental performance improvement are designed.

This diploma thesis deals with the social responsibility of the economically oriented faculties of three public universities in Brno from the point of view of companies in the South Moravian Region. The results assessed the current state of social responsibility of selected faculties through the ISO 26000 standard and awareness of CSR activities through a questionnaire survey. The main objective was met by qualitative and quantitative analysis. Where there was a low awareness of CSR activities of individual faculties from the perspective of companies located in the South Moravian Region. On the basis of the information found, recommendations have been proposed to improve the current situation by increasing the promotion of CSR activities, by changing the length of professional practices and by cooperating individual faculties with enterprises through coworking centers.

This thesis deals with the attitudes of students of two secondary schools to marihuana, alcohol use and their users. Attitudes to alcohol, marihuana and to their users are topics frequently discussed in connection with changing perception of these two substances. This trend can be best seen in adolescents during the period of late adolescence which is the period of secondary school studies. The main aim of the thesis is to find out which factors influence the attitudes of students to alcohol and drug use and if there are any differences concerning those factors between the observed schools. These factors come from theoretical considerations which are subsequently tested in research. As the research showed, the students' attitudes to marihuana and alcohol use, and also to alcohol users are primarily influenced by significant others, among which belong mainly peers and their parents or their own experience. While the individuals form their attitudes to alcohol primarily according to their parents, in case of marihuana, the individuals, who have experience with it, follow mainly their peers and their own experience. Those individuals also tend to be more positive towards other marihuana users. There have not been found out any significant differences concerning the attitudes to marihuana and alcohol...

Thesis is focused on research into cultural institution. It is not only theoretical; it takes an interest in concrete institution, the former SNKLHU publishing company, in certain historical period of the years 1953-1960. It is based on research into the rules established by the policy of the Communist Party to control economy and society. It points out how one of the most important cultural institutions of the second half of the last century in Czechoslovakia under these rules implemented the job of publishing books. How this institution fulfilled tasks resulting form the cultural politics motivated by the communist ideology and subordinated its management and editorial policy to it.

El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado para indagar el impacto de la aplicación de la Norma Internacional de Contabilidad 2: Inventarios, en el deterioro de los equipos móviles en el sector de telecomunicaciones en Perú en el año 2018. Así mismo, en dicha investigación se busca dar a conocer el impacto que tiene los avances tecnológicos en la presentación de los Estados financieros de las compañías de telefonía año a año. Para el desarrollo de dicha investigación se ha utilizado las Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad como punto de partida para analizar su alcance y lo que esta subscribe. Además, se da a conocer cómo esta está relacionada con los continuos avances tecnológicos que afectan directamente en la rentabilidad de la empresas en el país. Es por ello que el presente trabajo de investigación se ha desarrollado en cinco partes. En primer lugar, se desarrolló el capítulo I en donde se procede a definir las palabras claves que nos ayudarán a desarrollar el tema principal. En segundo lugar, el capítulo II se explica el problema principal, los objetivos e hipótesis. En tercer lugar, el capítulo III, explica la metodología a utilizar a lo largo de la investigación, ya sea para el hallazgo de la muestra, población y desarrollo cuantitativo y cualitativo de ellas. En cuarto lugar, el capítulo IV, se desarrolló los instrumentos utilizados para poder recolectar información relevante que ayude en dicha investigación. Finalmente, el capítulo V, muestra el análisis de los instrumentos de investigación realizadas al igual que las conclusiones y recomendaciones finales. / This research work was realized to investigate the impact of the application of International Accounting Standard 2: Inventories, in the deterioration of mobile equipment in the telecommunications sector in Peru in 2018. Likewise, this research seeks to show the impact of technological advances in the presentation of the financial statements of companies in the telecommunications sector year after year. For the development of the research, the International Accounting Standards have been used as a start to analyze its scope and what is subscribed. In addition, it is disclosed how it is related to the continuous technological advances that directly affect the profitability of companies in the country. That is why, this research work has been developed in five parts. First, Chapter I, where we verify the keywords that will help us develop the main theme. Second, Chapter II, explains the main problem, the objectives and the hypotheses. Third, Chapter III, explains the methodology to be used throughout the investigation, whether for the finding of the sample, population and quantitative and qualitative development of them. Fourth, Chapter IV, verify the instruments used to be able to collect relevant information that helps in this research. Novotná, P. Influence of ISO 9001 certification on the company performance. Thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. Thesis deals with the influence evaluation of the quality system implementation on increasing company efficiency. It focuses on the analysis of its current state, management of the quality system and its administration. Aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the impact of ISO 9001 quality certification on the company financial and non-financial performance and identification of areas and indicators in which certification impacts are most expressed. For the solution was used an analysis of internal environment according to the 7S method, company self-assessment according to ISO 9004 and the methodology based on the principles of the EFQM model. Main finding is the underestimated impact of quality system implementation on company performance due to non-compliance with all requirements and principles of interconnected standard. Companies meet requirements of the standard primarily for purpose of meeting conditions for recertification audits and for entering into a business agreement with customers.
