The thesis is focused on trade of European Union with dual-use goods. Dual-use goods is goods that can be misused for production of weapons of mass destruction. For this reason the trade with dual-use goods is regulated. The purpose of thesis is to analyse the environment of dual-use goods' trade and assess whether the control of the export is sufficient. The thesis includes the analysis of development of trade with dual-use goods.

The reader will be presented data about the development of modern communication technologies and internet in Czech Republic. Internet economy and its sub-areas will be presented, including the future expectations. In regard to attractive offer for cooperation with strong supplier of mentioned goods was required to valorise realization possibility and potential of idea. Object of thesis is absolutely real case of starting intermediary company in pharmaceutical field specifically in parallel "reexport" of pharmaceutical drugs and accessories between states of European Economic Area. The main aim of my thesis is to characterize and quantify the importance of SMEs to the economy and foreign trade of Slovak Republic. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes SMEs sector and its main features.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the position of SMEs in the economy of Slovakia.The third chapter analyzes the significance of SMEs for Slovakia's foreign trade. The aim of the last chapter is to characterize the various support options available for Slovak SMEs.

This thesis deals with the construction of human trafficking in the Czech Republic. It presumes that human trafficking is not an objective problem that can be accurately quantified and described, but that there are discourse types which are used by actors to frame the topic. I have identified four discourse types: human trafficking as organized crime, human trafficking as migration, human trafficking as prostitution and human trafficking as forced labour. The main actors in this field use the various types of securitization to present the theme of human trafficking. I also use the securitization approach described by Claudia Aradau, like is politics of pity and politics of risk. This thesis asks questions, who are the main actors in this securitization process and how do they create it and which discourse topics do they use. The construction of human trafficking is examined by discursive analysis. The most important source of information is the official documents of the main actors and their interaction that frames the topic. Interesting is also clash between discourse and practice, which comes out of different discursive types. The last chapter asks whether the desecuritization would not be good way to follow.

This thesis is concerned with identification of key characteristics and latest trends in the area of utilisation and functionality of e-shops, and the consecutive proposal of a database model of a system which will reflect on these characteristics. The proposal will encompass complex functionality for the administrator of the database as well as for the end users.

This diploma thesis focuses on the study of innovation in a selected company and its impact on foreign trade. The company is analyzed from an internal and external point of view, identified factors are summarized in a SWOT analysis. Furthermore, the financial and ecological starting points are monitored. In the selected branch of the company, market development is monitored by economic indicators. Finally, the effects of innovation on the company's domestic and foreign trade are evaluated.

The master’s thesis submits a design of proposed improvements of a virtual e-shop model in a concrete company. It has been aimed at maximum utilization of its potentials for the benefit of the company and its customers.
