Tato diplomová práce se zabývá modifikací původního tvaru součásti za účelem co nejlepšího splnění provozních podmínek daného zatížení a omezujících podmínek v programech M.S.C. NASTRAN, M.S.C. PATRAN a FUSION 360. Součást je připevněna na ortotropní desce (sendvičovém panelu). Cílem této práce je zjištění efektu elastického podkladu na výsledky optimalizace. Součást bude optimalizována za použití různých cílových funkcí a omezení. Elastický podklad změní tuhost, což může změnit napěťový stav součásti. Únosnost původního a modifikovaného tvaru bude srovnána pomocí programu M.S.C NASTRAN/PATRAN. Po tvarové optimalizaci má být 3D model připravený pro výrobní proces, který bude cenově nejefektivnější.

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of machining technologies (turning, milling, grinding and polishing) on the surface texture of functional surfaces of selected materials from technical plastics. In the first part of the thesis there is a theoretical analysis of the possibilities of machining plastic materials. Furthermore, an analysis of the most commonly used parameters for evaluating the roughness of the machined surface and their effect on functionality is performed. The experimental part of the thesis describes samples preparation, analysis of measured data and subsequent evaluation with benefits for machinery industry.

The aim of this thesis is shortening of standard mechanical time of work piece from aluminium casting alloy. . The shortening can be reached by linear programming of cutting conditions of cutting conditions during machining holes. This method is defined both theoretically and is applied to given setting and by the calculation by the Simplex method. Another method is exchange of tools at machined threads, it’s exchange of used tools for the new one, that makes more operations at a time. The result is shortening of mechanical time, augmentation of productive dose, capacities of workplace and productivity work.

The aim is to produce parts of demanded shapes, dimensions and surface quality at affordable costs. Ceramics guarantee long terming durability and reliability. The tools include polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and CVD diamond cutting edges. In the theoretical part, the attention is devoted to cutting materials with an emphasis on diamond materials, as well as to issues associated with the wearing of the cutting tools, requirements specified for precision of bores and tools used in the manufacture of precision bores. The paper further provides an overview of a selection of world’s leading manufacturers of PCD blanks, CVD diamond coatings, CVD diamond layers and reamers with PCD cutting edges.

This master´s thesis focuses on the basic principles of the nonconventional technology of electrical discharge machining (EDM) with an emphasis on wire-cut electrical discharge machining performed in a mediumsized company. The thesis deals with manufacture of a belt pulley 75-8M-130, and checks of accuracy of wire-cut EDM machines. Following the study of the current status of electrical discharge machining in the engineering company, measures for assurance and increase of accuracy of wire-cut EDM machines are proposed.
