Úprava výstředníkové hřídele a ozubeného kola pro svislý kovací lis / Modifying of the eccentric shaft and gear for vertical forging press

Masařík, Adam January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the design and realization of a detachable joint for transferring a large torque from a drive to a driven member in a vertical forging press. The first part analyzes the disadvantages of production, assembly and disassembly of the original wedge joint of eccentric shaft and gear. The design of a new detachable joint is intended to remove the disadvantages of the original joint. Verification calculations are part of the proposal. The next part deals with the production of joint elements and the modification of the connected components for the designed joint.

Pokročilá výroba individuálních ortopedických implantátů technologií selektivního tavení laserem / Advanced Fabrication of Custom Orthopaedic Implants Using Selective Laser Melting Technology

Trubačová, Pavlína January 2016 (has links)
This work describes advanced fabrication of custom orthopaedic implants using unconventional additive manufacturing technology - Selective Laser Melting (SLM). There was a main focus on custom knee replacement and certainly on its femoral component. The study investigated three general issues within the domain of the usage of additive manufacturing technology in medical application. First, there was an evaluation of process parameters influences of SLM fabrication method on surface and mechanical properties of titanium Ti6Al4V ELI specimens. This material was used because of its biocompatibility and its wide use within implant fabrication. Then, a proposal of the manufacturing strategy was carried out and the fabrication of customized knee femoral component prototype by SLM technology was done. The elaboration of the numerical chain prior the SLM implant fabrication, from patient's CT knee scan to final femoral replacement model, was also done. Then, a proposal of different 3-axis and 5-axis strategies of machining of the fitting femoral surface of bone prototype (3D printed from the powder) using CNC machines FV 25 CNC and TAJMAC ZPS MCV 1210 was projected and also, the 3-axis spiral machining was realised. The individual machining tool paths were generated by software Power Mill from Delcam group. Finally, these machining strategies were generated as a prior step before a machining of real patient’s bone, therefore the machining tests of cartilage and bone were done.

Pokrokové metody dělení materiálů se zaměřením na laser, vodní paprsek, elektroerosivní řezání drátem a hloubení / Advanced methods of material division focusing on laser, water jet, electroerosive wire cutting and drilling

JANOVÁ, Jana January 2017 (has links)
In the introductory part of the work carried out the theoretical research of advanced methods of cutting. Chosen methods are laser, water jet and EDM wire cutting and trenching the wire. There is described the history, the principle of separation and classification. The practical part of these methods are discussed in detail with emphasis on their use in practice. The text is supplemented with illustrative examples of products. Finally, the work focuses on the comparison of the described methods. Overall, the work is conceived as a methodological text useful in teaching this topic.

Inovace výroby CNC obrábění diskovitých součástí / An innovation of the CNC production of the disc-shaped parts

Křupka, Marek January 2013 (has links)
The optimal choice of cutting conditions, as well cutting tool, has a significant effect on the quality of machined part and is an essential parameter to reduce the cost of production. This thesis describes CNC turning process of disc springs made of 51CrV4 material, especially using new cutting tools and the use of higher cutting speeds. A comparison of four manufacturers of cutting tools in terms of surface quality, tool path and the machined material volume will be introduced. It was experimentally verified that our proposed facility has achieved the best result.

Integrace metody "párování materiálu nástroje a obrobku" a monitorování obrábění pro optimalizaci výrobních nákladů / Integration of the “tool-material pair method” and monitoring of machining for optimization of production costs

Cahen, Guillaume January 2016 (has links)
This master thesis work concerns monitoring implementing methods on cutting operations for high cost part in the aeronautics and space fields. The final goal is to set tools to support industrial implementing but even more sustain acknowledgments and methods beyond the mission. This mission covers both a technical and a project management issue with related human factors. In this report, the following axis will be developed: • Monitoring on cutting operations stat of the Art. • The developed simulation function to secure monitoring. • Technical modifications at Numerical Command (NC) programming level and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) level to obtain a simplified use of monitoring and reach the targeted production functioning. • The obtained results and expectations.

Optimalizace řídicích parametrů EDM stroje / Optimization of EDM process control parameters

Prokeš, Tomáš January 2021 (has links)
The dissertation thesis is focused on the optimization of control parameters of an EDM machine; the subject of optimization is cutting speed and surface topography. The first part of the thesis contains a research study on the technology of electrical discharge machining with the attention paid to the optimization methods use for control parameters of this process. The second part of the thesis is focused on real application of knowledge gained from studied sources. Here, a design of experiment aim at optimizing the parameters of the EDM machine is designed and carried on to maximize the cutting speed with the highest possible surface quallity. The result of the work is to build adequate regression models and find the optimal setting of machine control parameters.

Automatizace obrábění hliníkových odlitků / Automation of machining of the aluminum castings

Filistein, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
The diploma work focuses on designing an automated machining, finishing and assembly line. Described in the chapters are the current technology of production, suggestions, the choice of a new solution and a technological-economical evaluation including capacitive and costs of running the production line and a comparison with the current technology. The result is proof that the return of the investment is roughly in one third.

Software pro efektivní využití materiálu při 2D obrábění / Software for efficient use of material in 2D machining

Švanda, Ondřej January 2020 (has links)

Elektroerozivní hloubení technické keramiky / Electroerosive sinking of technical ceramics

Kudrna, Tomáš January 2020 (has links)
The master’s thesis deals with the topic of electrical discharge machining. The first part of the thesis contains a study of the die-sinking EDM. The die-sinking EDM of the silicon carbide ceramic is realized in the experimental part of the thesis. The result of this work was to explore the influence of the EDM sinking parameters, specifically pulse current, open-voltage and pulse on-time, on the machined surface. Furthermore, the analysis of the tool electrode was made. This analysis was focused on the wear in the corners, which has key influence on accuracy of the machining. The machining time was also examined.
