Studium homogenity tenkých vrstev organických materiálů / Study of organic materials thin film homogenityLacinová, Eva January 2008 (has links)
This thesis deals with study homogeneity of thin organic layers using image analysis. The theoretical parts deal with preparation thin layers and some methods examining their surface, especially optical microscopy and profilometry. Optical microscope NIKON ECLIPSE E200, digital camera NIKON 5400 and computer was used for study homogeneity of organic layers by image analysis. Images of the organic layer and single electrodes, which were steamed on organic layer, were surveyed. Homogeneity of surfaces layers was assessed by errors related with common moments (roughness average, root mean square roughness, skewness, and kurtosis). Differences between single samples in connection with size their common moments and homogeneity are discussed at the close of this work.

Pokročilé možnosti zabezpečení medicínských obrazových dat / Advanced Security Methods of Medical ImageRoček, Aleš January 2017 (has links)
Medical institutions adapt digital based archiving of patients records images to fulfil its advantages like availability, easy sharing, high resolution etc. Digital form of records brings apart from advantages also disadvantages at security risks. It is easier attacking, stealing, using without authorization etc. This thesiss deals with this security issues, describes the needs and approaches to security, explains the reasons for deployment of watermarking. It names three main methods of medical image watermarking and compares their plus and cons: zero, reversible and watermarking in Region Of Non Interest (RONI). New method of Zero-reversible-RONI watermarking, that combine advantages of described methods, is proposed. For practical tests of properities of proposed method was used huge database of medical images. Application of the proposed method on this database delivers very promising results. Practical results discussion and comparison with other medical imaging watermarkikng methods are at the end of this thesis.

Monitorování chemických parametrů povrchových důlních vod z hyperspektrálních obrazových dat / Monitoring of chemical parameters of mining waters from hyperspectral image dataHladíková, Lenka January 2012 (has links)
Monitoring of Chemical Parameters of Mining Waters from Hyperspectral Image Data Abstract The thesis deals with utilization of hyperspectral image data for mining water quality monitoring. Sokolov lignite basin, facing many environmental problems caused by brown coal mining activities is the area of interest. Airborne hyperspectral image data acquired by the HyMap sensor in 2009 and 2010 and ground truth data - chemical and physical parameters of water samples are the main data sources for the thesis. Practical part aims at estimating of the amount of the dissolved iron and suspended sediments in selected water bodies. Two approaches were used to achieve this goal - the empirically derived relationship between the ground measurements and reflectance of the water bodies, and spectral unmixing method. Comparison of the two mentioned approaches and evaluation of validity to use the proposed methods for the data acquired by the same sensor one year later is also a part of this thesis.

Automatické rozpoznávání registračních značek aut z málo kvalitních videosekvencí / Automated number plate recognition from low quality video-sequencesVašek, Vojtěch January 2018 (has links)
The commercially used automated number plate recognition (ANPR) sys- tems constitute a mature technology which relies on dedicated industrial cam- eras capable of capturing high-quality still images. In contrast, the problem of ANPR from low-quality video sequences has been so far severely under- explored. This thesis proposes a trainable convolutional neural network (CNN) with a novel architecture which can efficiently recognize number plates from low-quality videos of arbitrary length. The proposed network is experimentally shown to outperform several existing approaches dealing with video-sequences, state-of-the-art commercial ANPR system as well as the human ability to recog- nize number plates from low-resolution images. The second contribution of the thesis is a semi-automatic pipeline which was used to create a novel database containing annotated sequences of challenging low-resolution number plate im- ages. The third contribution is a novel CNN based generator of super-resolution number plate images. The generator translates the input low-resolution image into its high-quality counterpart which preserves the structure of the input and depicts the same string which was previously predicted from a video-sequence. 1

Reaktivnost křemene v experimentálních maltových tělesech / ASR potential of quartz in experimental mortar bar specimensKuchyňová, Markéta January 2016 (has links)
The alkali-silica reaction is one of the most damaging chemical reactions taking place in concrete, which can cause fatal damage. ASR originates under following conditions: high moisture (> 80 %), sufficient amount of alkaline ions (Ca2+ , Na+ , K+ ) and use of reactive aggregates (low crystaline or deformed quartz, amorphous SiO2). Reactive aggretates react with high alkaline pore solution and produce hydrofile gels. These gels absorb water and swell. Dilatometric test methods are commonly used to evaluate the reactivity of aggregates. The principle of dilatometric test methods is simple. Mortar or concrete prisms are created in a laboratory, then they are stored in the special environment, which accelerates the inception of ASR. The creation and expansion of alkali-silica gels cause prism's length changes. The major goal of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the alkali-silica reactivity potential of quartz-rich rocks using microscopic (polarizing microscopy, scanning electron microscopy combined with SEM/BSE image analysis) and dilatometric (ASTM C1260, RILEM AAR-4.1) methods. Rocks were assessed as reactive, potentially reactive and non-reactive by the ASTM C1260 method. The reactivity of aggregates was connected with the amount of cryptocrystaline matrix, grain size, shape of grain boundaries,...

Ir.M.A. - Klinický přístroj pro měření dynamiky akomodace a vergence / Ir.M.A. - Infrared Measurement and Analysis of Accommodation and VergencyJindra, Tomáš January 2011 (has links)
This work is dealing with design of the systém for measuring dynamics of the vergence and accommodation. Vergence accommodation synkinesis is a complex process controlled by various mechanisms in CNS. Deviations from physiological state of the vision process are projected to course of the vergence accommodation curves and is possible the quantitative and qualitative evaluation. For this purpose was designed the measuring system Ir.M.A. (Infrared Measurement of Accommodation). The system uses high-speed videometric device for determination of the relative vergence and relative accomodation of the eyes. Stimulation of the patient's eyes is performed by the standardized jump change of the fixation object distance. The object is reconstruted by holographic method. Measured videosequences are processed by the image analysis. Results of the image analysis are courses of the vergence and accommodation curves depending on time and characteristics of the curves. System is designed for using in clinical practice where it could be used as screening instrument for diagnostics of the oculomotor system disorders.
