This master's thesis introduces the Random Boolean Networks as a developmental model in the evolutionary design. The representation of the Random Boolean Networks is described. This representation is combined with an evolutionary algorithm. The genetic operators are described too. The Random Boolean Networks are used as the developmental model for  the evolutionary design of the combinational circuits and the sorting networks. Moreover a representation of the Random Boolean Networks for the design of image filters is introduced. The proposed methods are evaluated in different case-studies. The results of the experiments are discussed together with the potential improvements  and topics of the next research.

In the present thesis, the author aims at the issue of visual editor in television newscast. In practical part of the thesis, particular occupations of visual editors are characterized. The characteristics were conducted on the grounds of author's research in newsrooms at TV Nova and ČT 24. Furthermore, the practical part comprises comparison and description of differences among the observed occupations. It also provides analysis of visual information Události, the main news broadcast of Czech Television. Theoretical part covers issues related to the occupation of visual editor in television news broadcast such as digitalisation, computer graphics, principles of visual language in television news and characteristics of television studios at TV Nova and ČT 24.

Title: Using elements of art education in teaching German as a foreign language (with a focus on drama pedagogy and work with picture book "Queen of Colour" by Jutta Bauer) Summary: My thesis is focused on integration of aesthetic elements into a German language lesson. Such elements help to improve students' language resources and language skills and they also help to develop their personality. The subject of my work is relation between the language and art - particular art education, namely dramatic, musical, and literary - partly - art education and their application in a foreign language lesson. This thesis is based on the theory of drama pedagogy and on analysis of an authentic foreign language literary text, namely on the picture book genre. The topics in the practical section are taken from artistic sources and were tested in particular sample lessons. This paper deals with the topic of design of a navigation system for an autonomous mobile robot in a park-like environment. Precisely, designing methods for road detection using available sensoric system, designing a mathematical model for fusion of these data, and suggesting a representation of an environment suitable for planning and local navigation.

V této práci je prezentována inovativní metoda zvaná \textit{Zobrazovací Reflektometrie}, která je založena na principu spektroskopické reflektometrie a je určena pro vyhodnocování optických vlastností tenkých vrstev .\ Spektrum odrazivosti je získáno z map intenzit zaznamenaných CCD kamerou. Každý záznam odpovídá předem nastavené vlnové délce a spektrum odrazivosti může být určeno ve zvoleném bodu nebo ve vybrané oblasti.\ Teoretický model odrazivosti se fituje na naměřená data pomocí Levenberg~-~Marquardtova algoritmu, jehož výsledky jsou optické vlastnosti vrstvy, jejich přesnost, a určení spolehlivosti dosažených výsledků pomocí analýzy citlivosti změn počátečních nastavení optimalizačního algoritmu.

The diplomma thesis is dealing with possibilities of Signal to noise ratio measurement by method, which is based on direct measurement. It is chosen the most suitable method – signal and noise separation to two different parallel signal branches, where is measured signal strength in one branch and root mean square value in the other. The thesis is consisted of a concept of detail block scheme of Signal to noise ratio meter, which was designed in terms of theoretical knowledge. Particular functional blocks were circuit-designed, the active and passive parts were chosen and their function were described. There were made simulation and displayed input and output time flows. There is designed the whole connection of engineered Signal to noise ratio meter in the last part of my thesis. The double-sided board of printed circuit is contained too. It was created simple programme for supervisor micro-processor. Thereby were constructed complete bases for realization.

The thesis deals with the School of Zlatá Koruna and its visual didactical application of basic education. First part is orientated on a pedagogical efficiency in the use of instruments and didactical pictures in the structure of teaching. The main part contains the digitizing of pictures from Zlatá Koruna with the encryption of hidden details. The conclusion of the thesis is engaged in the possible utilization of artafacts from Zlatá Koruna in current education.
