Diplomová práce definuje specifika trhu léčiv, je zaměřena na komparaci jednotlivých typů regulace lékové politiky a na analýzu potřeb generických léčiv, jejichž existence na trhu léčiv může výrazně ovlivnit vývoj výdajů na léky. Analytická část se zabývá významem patentové ochrany a vývojem výdajů na léky v zemích Evropské unie.

The Thesis analyze consumer protection on fireworks market in the Czech republic in relation to harmonization with European Union legislation. First defines fireworks as such, then concentrates on the period before the application of norms of the European Union into czech law and finally on the period after their application.

The text deals with some fundamental issues concerning arbitration clauses in consumer contracts and protection of consumers during arbitration proceedings. The purpuse of the thesis is to analyse current regulation of this field in the Czech Republic and evaluate changes brought about by amendment of Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on Arbitration and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards, which have come into force on 1st April 2012. The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter One is rather general and characterises major institutes of arbitration (with regard to disputes arising out of consumer contracts). Its eleven parts report on definition of arbitration and its forms, its inclusion among ADR mechanisms, reflections on suitability of arbitration in consumer disputes, its history and recent development, legal sources, basic principles, advantages and disadvantages in consumer disputes, main doctrines and fundamental conditions for arbitration (arbitrability and arbitration agreement). Chapter Two focuses on so-called "arbitration centres". The chapter consists of for parts. Part One describes their legal status. Part Two refers to recent discussions about admissibility of arbitration clauses recommended by centres. In this master's thesis Suggest the protection of soil erosion in the cadastral area Jedovnice, I perform the analysis of specific factors influences erosion processes and I find the size of the average soil runoff. It also determines by two different methods (old and new) degrees of erosion threat. The detected values degrees of erosion threat, according to different methods differ significantly. Methods differ mainly in the value of R-factor and the limits of permissible soil loss. Main objective is on the average values soil runoff, propose appropriate antierosion measures with regard to the permissible loss of land. I suggest, for both calculations by different methods, organizational erosion control measures. At the end I evaluate two variants of the selected organization erosion control measures and compare their effect on soil erosion in Jedovnice. The research was realized during the growing season in 2013 in an apple orchard of the cultivar Golden Delicious near the village Nosislav (district Břeclav, elevation 170m). The efficiency of four products against San José Scale (Quadraspidiotus perniciosus) was investigated. The first adult San José Scale males were found in pheromone traps on the 28th of May. Occurrences of the first and second generation of the first instar nymphs (crawlers) were calculated according to effective temperatures sum to be on the 20th of June and 6th of August. The highest efficiency against San José Scale (59.6 to 60.9%) was found in a product based on Beauveria bassiana. The efficiency of a product based on the oil of Pongamia pinnata was between 41.8 and 56.9%. The efficiency of a product based on orange oil was lower, between 32.8 and 39.6%. The lowest efficiency, only 17%, was detected in a product with the active substance spinosad.

This thesis is focused on the possibilities to apply detriment of forests according to the regulation no. 335/2006 Coll. Detriment, or financial compensations, appear as the results of restrictions to the forest management caused by the demands of the nature protection administration. The thesis focuses on the possibilities to claim these compensations, and their total worth, from the perspective of the forest's owner. As examples of actual compensation uses the thesis processed dates from the forest assets of the statutory city of Olomouc. In the thesis data from actual claims are compared to potential hypothetic claims. Furthermore, the thesis compares the detriment's value exercisable according to the legislative of the Czech Republic, to claims exercisable according to the legislative of Germany and the Slovak Republic.

Final thesis deals with the major features of the landscape in the city of Opava. In ac-cordance with Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape, as subsequently amended, are significant features of the landscape ecological, geomorphological, or aesthetic ky valuable parts of the landscape forming its typical appearance or contributing to ma-intaining its stability. The first part deals with legislation related to the topic, which is based on current legislation. The next section is characterized by the natural conditions of the area. The focus of the work is to evaluate the registered significant landscape elements that occur in the city of Opava. This assessment was based on the description of the site, the current status of significant landscape element and possible threats. Followed to determine whether they are on these sites implemented some management interventions, or there are some management interventions proposed. The work also includes the de-sign of some new sites as VKP to register.
