This master's thesis "Design of soil erosion control measures in the cadastral Petrovice u Blanska" deals with the problems of erosion on agricultural lands. A worldwide problem is the loss of soil from the agricultural areas, it is caused by accelerated erosion. Erosion causes soil degradation and reduces production ability of lands. Erosion silt cause damage in urban areas and clog waterways. The first part of this thesis is focused on erosion processes and ways to reduce loss of soil by erosion. Other parts are focused on assessment of soil erosion vulnerability in the chosen cadastral area. The objective of the present work was to determine the degree of soil erosion caused by water and there were designed appropriate erosion control measures for threatened lands. The effectiveness of erosion control measures was evaluated after their design. Applying measures, it was achieved a reduction of long-term average annual rates of water erosion below the limits of acceptable rates of soil erosion.

This thetis presents list of methods of plants protection and machines at work in a chemical plant protection. I tis presented their distribution and classification. The following is presented charakterization individual parts of sprinklers, the possibility of reducing drift spray liquid in the application and adjusting application rates. In the practical part by measuring flow rates of two types of nozzles, their comparison with set values and control the uniformity of flow rate nozzles around the application frame sprinklers.

This thesis is dedicated to the protection of personal details in the Czech Republic because it permeates the entire legal order and infringing on privacy is a fundamental right in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The aim is to analyze the development and current state of protection of personality and the right to confront with the city camera supervision system indulging city police in the Carlsbad region. In the Czech Republic there is a collision of two components of fundamental rights and freedoms, the right to privacy and the right to safe living in society. Clash of these two components law is being compared under different regulations. The work is based on the decomposition of laws in force in the Czech Republic and subsequent research by municipal police Karlovy Vary region.

This diploma thesis deals with the improvement of recreational use in the nature reserve High Beta by placing the new observation tower. The design study of the observation tower is a reflection of surveys and analyses of the area in relation to nature and landscape conditions, recreational use and economic point of view. The theoretical part explores the concepts of recreation, tourism, observation tower and nature protection. Further the thesis includes the characteristic of the analysed area related to the natural, histotical and cultural contexts. The thesis is finished with the design part where three different visulalizations of the observation tower are processed. One of them is a study in the range of project documentation that recpects the regulations of the area.

The experiment took place in the ash deposit of power plant in the north-west Bohemia, where wasps and bees were investigated. Data were collected on localities of different management and age in May to August, 2015 by pan color traps, when 106 traps were collected (70 traps on succession areas and 36 traps on reclaimed areas). In total, 603 individuals (88 species) were determined. Thirty two species stated in the Red list, 14 species are vulnerable, six species are endangered and 2 species are critical endangered. Succession areas were strictly preferred by 39 species (90 individuals) and reclaimed areas by 12 species (18 individuals).

In this thesis the study of the centre of environmental education situated on randomly selected site in mountain area is performed. Disposition of the wooden building is designed to ensure the facilities for organized groups of the students and in accordance with the valid regulations, standards and codes. The building includes accommodation facilities, educational facilities, and catering facilities designed in accordance with sanitary regulations. A part of the thesis is focused on an issue of a fire protection. The building is designed to match the technical conditions of the fire protection of buildings and relevant standards.

This diploma thesis characterizes the region of Central Brdy from the perspective of natural conditions, historical development and utilization. Former Brdy military training area became a part of PLA Brdy in 2016, whereby new options for touring and recreation were created. By this, new opportunities in development of the infrastructure and commercial activities for adjoining municipalities were made. As a main objective of the thesis, recreation potential of the region is determined using selected methods. For higher precision, several methods of recreation potential determination were applied and compared. This could be helpful for the municipalities when planning further development. In addition, recreation utilization opportunities are ment.

The diploma thesis deals with evaluation the importance of the age of trees genus Quercus in the ecological niche of animals regard to endangered or specially protected species. The theoretical part solves the problem of tree as a habitat, describes the importance of the age of the tree and there is a closer look at genus Quercus as well. In the next part are evaluated the trees of the three selected sites depending on the type of habitat. The diploma thesis also maps the presence of elements of ecological potential which allow species to the existence or another opportunity to stay within a particular tree species. It describes the options assesments of trees by available methodologies.

This thesis focuses on the protection of vine against fungal diseases. Application of alternative means in the form of aqueous extracts from ordinary available plant of their effect on health status Piwi varieties. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the most important fungal diseases of grapes. Further they are described interspecific varieties, which were used for the experiment. Literary part is devoted to the preparation of herbal liquors and extracts of herbs and their active substances in a plant extracts. The experimental part is devoted to the influence of herbal preparations on the health of Piwi varieties. Results were statistical and analytical evaluated. Monitored parameters were comparison with all tested variants.
