Návrh soupravy pro vytvoření zásobovacího místa elektrickou energií vytvořenou z obnovitelných zdrojů / Design of a kit for the creation of a supply point for electricity generated from renewable sources

Fridrich, Jiří January 2021 (has links)
This project deals with the design and realisation of a set that will work as a power supply point with electricity generated from renewable energy sources. The theoretical part deals with information about renewable energy sources and energy storage options. In the practical part, a mobile kit for powering variable message traffic signs is designed. It uses photovoltaic panels and stores energy in a lead-acid battery. A methanol fuel cell is used for backup power. The device is adapted for use in road traffic and meets the requirements of the relevant authorities. To verify the stability of the structure, there were performed static calculations, which proved the ability of the device to withstand wind stress. Part of the work was to draw a complete production documentation, which was used to create a test sample. Long-term measurements of energy flows in the system were performed on that sample. These measurements confirmed the ability of the device to operate autonomously and the possibility of using it for the required purpose.

Degradační mechanismy u olověných akumulátorů / Degradation mechanisms of lead-acid batteries

Pavlů, Michal January 2012 (has links)
This work deals with problems of degradation mechanisms of lead-acid batteries. For a better understanding of the diverse effects that cause the degradation are analyzed and the physical explanation of each of the degradation mechanisms. The paper describes the measuring method by which they examined the different manifestations of degradation mechanisms. At the conclusion of works are carried out measurements in which it is possible to trace the manifestations of the various degradation mechanisms in lead battery taking place mainly on the active surface electrodes.

Analýza teplotních dějů uvnitř článku olověného akumulátoru / Analysis of thermal processes inside of lead acid battery cell

Starý, Viktor January 2013 (has links)
Lead-acid battery is one of the most widely used electrochemical cells. These batteries have been associated with supplying energy to start the car. Currently used for propulsion and the overall operation of hybrid electric vehicles. When operating lead-acid batteries are made inside cell the thermal happens. The thermal going generate heat caused by chemical reactions during charging and discharging of the electrochemical system, the heat generated by ohmic and polarization losses and heat mediated contact with the environment. In this diploma thesis shows the principle of lead-acid battery and thermal processes that take places in the accumulator during its operation.

Efekt přítlaku vyvozovaného na elektrodový systém olověného akumulátoru s experimentálními elektrodami / The effect of pressure on the electrode system in lead acid batteries with experimental electrodes

Zabloudil, Ondřej January 2014 (has links)
This Master’s thesis deals with the issue of lead-acid batteries, which are used in hybrid electric vehicles. The lead-acid batteries works in mode PSoC. In this mode occurs to degradation mechanisms at negative electrodes. These degradation mechanisms reduce the battery life. The practical part of Master’s thesis describes the production and a compilation of experimental cells and experimental part examines the characteristics of lead-acid batteries with the pressure to the electrode system.

Optimalizace pulzního nabíjecího režimu olověného akumulátoru / Optimalization of pulse charging mode of lead-acid battery

Sygeryč, Daniel January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with pulse charging lead acid batteries. The theoretical part provides the basic electrochemical reactions that take place in the lead pack, then this section discusses important parameters of lead-acid battery, its structure and distribution of the various types depending on the application. The next section describes the theory of charging lead-acid battery. The practical part deals with constructing experimental cells, which are then tested. The subject of the experimental execution and optimization of pulse charging modes in order to find a suitable pulse mode, which reduces the duration of charging, while significantly shorten the life of lead-acid battery.

Kyslíkový cyklus při pulzním nabíjení olověného akumulátoru / Oxygen cycle during pulse charging of lead-acid accumulator

Havlíček, Jiří January 2015 (has links)
This master´s thesis applies to puls charging of lead-acid accumulator and arising oxygen cycle while charging. First part of the thesis is focused on potential dividing of lead-acid accumulators and their construction. I also focus on priciples of submerged electrodes accumulator, gel accumulator and AGM accumulator based on oxygen cycle. The next topic are thermal and degradation processes inside accumulators and their influence on capacity and lifespan. In theoretical part am I describing ways of charging and I also point out possitives and negatives. Practical part focuses on producing experimental cell and its form. Experimental cell is tested to different modes. I evaluate their influence on temperature inside the cell, intensity of oxygen cycle and capacity. I compare their influence on duration of charging cycle to another possible charging modes.

Zkoumání vlivu velikosti aditiv záporné aktivní hmoty na životnost olověného akumulátoru / Investigation size effect of negative active mass additive on service life lead-acid accumulator.

Mikoláš, Jiří January 2010 (has links)
The task of research work is to study new mechanisms and to minimize disturbance of lead batteries for hybrid electric vehicles. Those arising under the PSoC (Partial State of Charge) and is linked to irreversible sulphation mainly negative electrodes. As one solution to prevent sulphation of the negative electrode appears to be the active ingredients in a negative matter. In the investigated electrodes is verified the influence of carbon, titanium dioxide and silica on the grain size of the order of nanometers.
