Bounded model checking v nástroji Java PathFinder / Bounded Model Checking Using Java PathFinder

Dudka, Vendula January 2008 (has links)
This thesis deals with the application of bounded model checking method for self-healing assurance of concurrency related problems. The self-healing is currently interested in the Java programming language. Therefore, it concetrate mainly on the model checker Java PathFinder which is built for handling Java programs. The verification method is implemented like the Record&Replay trace strategy for navigation through a state space and performance bounded model checking from reached state through the use of Record&Replay trace strategy. Java PathFinder was extended by new moduls and interfaces in order to perform the bounded model checking for self-healing assurance. Bounded model checking is applied at the neighbourhood of self-healing.

Molekulární mechanismus regulace opravné dráhy Fanconiho anémie fosforylací proteinu FANCI / The role of FANCI phosphorylation in the Fanconi anemia DNA repair pathway

Krejčová, Kateřina January 2019 (has links)
Fanconi anemia is an autosomal recessive disorder caused by mutation in one of Fanconi genes and it is manifested by developmental abnormalities, bone marrow failure, predisposition to cancer, cellular sensitivity to cross-linking agents and many other symptoms. Proteins encoded by Fanconi genes and some other proteins are part of Fanconi anemia pathway (FA pathway), which is responsible for DNA repair of an interstrand cross-link (ICL). The repair by this pathway requires monoubiquitination of FANCD2, which is induced and regulated by ATR dependent FANCI phosphorylation. The FANCI phosphorylation initiates the FA pathway but the molecular mechanism of this initialization is not known. Furthermore the proper function of entire pathway requires both: sequence of phosphorylation events of FANCI and monoubiquitination of FANCI:FANCD2 complex . The principle of this work was to study molecular mechanism of initiation and regulation of FA pathway by FANCI phosphorylation. Therefore phosphomimetic mutants of FANCI have been created to investigate their role in processes leading to FANCD2 monoubiquitination. The main aim was to reveal how the phosphorylation of FANCI affects DNA binding and also DNA binding of FANCI:FANCD2 complex. Since both DNA and FANCI phosphorylation are required for proper FANCD2...

Hánová, Monika January 2013 (has links)
DNA damage response is a complex system responsible for protection of a cell against internal and external DNA damaging agents and in maintaining genome integrity. Many of genes participating in DNA damage response pathways are polymorphic. Genetic polymorphisms in coding and regulatory regions may have impact on the function of proteins encoded by the genes. Phenotypic effect of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) is subject of investigation in connection with the ability of a cell to manage genotoxic stress and subsequently, in relation to cancer susceptibility. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the association between SNPs in DNA repair genes (hOGG1, XRCC1, XPC) and cell cycle genes (TP53, p21CDKN1A , BCL2 and BAX) and their mRNA expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes from individuals occupationally exposed to styrene and control individuals. The aim was extended to analyses of relationships between mRNA expression levels of the above-mentioned genes and markers of exposure to styrene (concentration of styrene in blood and in air), markers of DNA damage (single strand breaks - SSBs, and endonuclease III specific sites - Endo III sites) and the base excision repair (BER) capacity, by means of γ-irradiation specific DNA repair rates and oxidative repair. Study on the group of healthy...

Tiskové zákonodárství ČSR v legislativním procesu a judikatuře Nejvyššího soudu v letech 1918 - 1938 / Czechoslovak Press Laws in the Legislative Process and the Rulings of the Supreme Court from 1918 until 1938

Kohout, Martin January 2014 (has links)
This dissertation deals with the topic of development of Czechoslovak press law during the First Republic, primarily through the legislative process of press law or of legislation related to press law, adopted by the National Assembly of the First Republic, and also by the impact that adopted legislation, and in particular the Act on Protection of the Republic in 1923 and amendments of press law in 1924, had on the rulings of the Supreme Court during the First Republic. It takes a comprehensive look at the development of press law during the First Republic based on the one hand on legislation carried over from Austro-Hungarian and later amended, and on the other hand on new legislation adopted during the First Republic. The study also analyses the common features of the legislative process of individual press regulations and at least in part the role of the Supreme Court in the interpreting of valid law.

Nadzvuková kinetická depozice vícefázových materiálů s redukovanou tepelnou roztažností / Cold spray deposition of reduced thermal expansion multiphase materials

Kašuba, Matúš January 2019 (has links)

Zabezpečení přenosu dat BCH kódy / Error protection of data transmission using BCH Codes

Kašpar, Jaroslav January 2008 (has links)
The thesis Data transmission error-protection with BCH codes deals with a large class of random-error correcting cyclic codes which are able to protect binary data and can be used for example in data storages, high speed modems. Bose, Chaudhuri and Hocquenghem (BCH) codes operate over algebraic structures called Galois fields. The BCH encoding is the same as cyclic encoding and can be done with linear feedback shift register but decoding is more complex and can be done with different algorithms - in this thesis there are two algorithms for decoding Peterson and Berlekam-Massey mentioned. The aim of this thesis is to find BCH code which is able to correct t = 6 independent errors in up to data sequence n = 150 bits, then peruse possible realizations of the codecs and set criteria for the best realization, then design and test this realization. This thesis is split into three main parts. In the first part there are encoding and decoding methods of the BCH code generally described. The second part deals with selecting of the right code and realization. There was chosen BCH (63,30) code and realization with FPGA chip. In the last part is described design of BCH encoder and decoder and compilation in the Altera design software.
