Práce se zabývá rozborem hospodaření příspěvkové organizace - pražské základní školy. Pozornost je věnována také finanční kontrole v těchto organizacích. Práce zachycuje návrh řízení příspěvkové organizace pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard.

This diploma thesis deals with DOA organization in the environment of Brno University of Technology. Its aim is a research of regulatory requirements for the DOA; to propose a procedure for obtaining Design Organization Approval and a summary of information about necessary staffing.

The expert capacity of umbrella NGOs is not adequately addressed in the literature, although it is a key issue. This issue is pointing to the growing demands for accountable and transparent organizations with the expertise needed in the form of professionals who can actively promote the importance and interests of NGOs in a public policy process. Expert capacity is described in this case as the ability to perform analytical work in selected umbrella NGOs which focus on advocating interests and influencing the policy process. The aim of this work is to understand the expert capacity of the umbrella platforms of NGOs in advocating their interests and their influence on policy making and to outline the possibility of more effective cooperation with the state. For this purpose were chosen all-state national umbrella platforms, which defend the interests of organizations throughout the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, the public policy theories: policy work, policy analytical capacity and evidence-based policy making are presented to facilitate the concept of expert capacities, complemented by the theory of interdependence, which presupposes mutual cooperation between civil society organizations and the state. Title: Evaluation of the development of racketlon tournaments in the Czech Republic within the world Tour Aims: By this diploma thesis I am picking up the threads of my bachelor thesis, where the procedure of organisation of the 7. year of international racketlon tournament in the Czech Republic was described in detail. The purpose of this thesis is to bring closer and define the development of the organisation of Czech open in racketlon through its attendees' evaluation. The results of the evaluation will serve for improvement and adjustment of all organisational aspects when this sports event will be next organised. Another important goal of this thesis is to bring closer this so far not so known sport to the public and, eventually, to help with the organisation of a sports event of a similar kind. Methods: The survey on evaluation of tournament attendees' satisfaction with the development and quality of its organisation will be conducted through written and electronic questionnaire after IX. Czech Open Racketlon which was held in Prague from 12th to 14th April 2013. For the analysis and description of the organisation itself the case study approach will be used.
