Profesinės mokyklos įvaizdis ir jo konstravimo kryptingumas (remiantis Joniškio ŽŪM atveju) / Vocational School’s Image and the Direction of Its Construction (based on the case of Joniškis Agricultural School)

Magistro darbe yra išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinės literatūros šaltiniai apie organizacijos įvaizdžio konstravimo problematiką: įvaizdžio esmę, jo formavimo bei kūrimo principus; organizacijos komunikacijos charakteristikos reikšmę institucijos įvaizdžiui bei organizacijos įvaizdžio formavimo strategijų aspektus. Darbe atskleidžiama Joniškio miesto ir rajonų 10 – 12 klasių mokinių bei jų mokytojų nuomonė apie visuomenėje vyraujantį Joniškio ŽŪM įvaizdį, atskleidžiamas jo turinys ir nustatomas profesinės mokyklos įvaizdžio konstravimo kryptingumas. Patvirtinamos darbo autorės suformuluotos mokslinio tyrimo hipotezės, jog profesinės mokyklos įvaizdis yra operacionalizuojamas ir identifikuojamas konstruktas; profesinės mokyklos įvaizdis yra sąlygiškai neigiamas ir tai, jog perspektyviausia Joniškio ŽŪM įvaizdžio formavimo kryptis – kurti jaukios, saugios, sudarančios galimybių kokybiškai pasirengti profesinei veiklai, laiduojančios galimybę gauti pradinį startą kvalifikuotai darbo vietai gauti, atviros aplinkai, gerai aprūpintos bei profesionalios mokyklos įvaizdį. / This paper analyses and systematises the literature of diverse Lithuanian and foreign authors who discussed the problems arising when constructing the image of an organisation: the essence of image, the principles of its formation and creation; the impact of the communicational characteristic of an organisation on the image of an institution as well as the aspects of the strategies of the organisation's image creation. The paper covers the analysis of the opinions of Joniškis town and its districts' teachers and pupils from 10 and 12 forms about Joniškis Agricultural School’s image. The content of the image is disclosed and the direction of the vocational school's image building is determined. The following hypotheses set forth by the author are substantiated: the image of the vocational school is an operationalised and identified construct; the image of the vocational school is conditionally negative; the most perspective direction for the image creation of Joniškis Agricultural School - to create the image of a cosy, safe, providing possibilities of qualitative preparation for career, ensuring a possibility to gain the start that opens the gates to a qualified job, open to the environment, fully equipped and professional school.

Magistro darbe analizuojamos organizacijos vidinės komunikacijos ir žinių vadybos koncepcijos, norint numatyti, ar, siekiant didesnio organizacijos konkurencingumo ir veiklos efektyvumo, vidinės komunikacijos procesai organizacijoje gali būti papildyti žinių vadybos elementais, teorinėje dalyje minėtos koncepcijos yra sugretinamos. Taigi tyrimas yra skirtas teoriniam vidinės komunikacijos ir žinių vadybos koncepcijų susiejimo galimybių numatymui bei praktinio sinerginio šių procesų taikymo organizacijoje įvertinimui, kurio centre - efektyvūs, racionalūs ir organizacijos žinių kūrimui, kaupimui bei sklaidai palankūs vidinės komunikacijos procesai. Atliktais tyrimais siekiama patvirtinti arba paneigti hipotezę, jog organizacijos vidinės komunikacijos ir žinių vadybos procesai gali būti susieti, tačiau gali kilti problemų, susijusių su organizacijos specifika ar veikla. Šio darbo empirinis tyrimas yra grindžiamas bendrovės „Mars Lietuva“ atvejo analize. Pirmojoje empirinio tyrimo dalyje buvo atlikti du pusiau struktūruoti interviu su bendrovės „Mars Lietuva“ vadovybe (generaline direktore ir vidinės komunikacijos koordinatore), antrojoje – vykdyta kiekybinė anketinė skyrių, labiausiai susijusių su žinių vadybos procesais, darbuotojų apklausa. Atlikus tyrimą darbo pradžioje iškelta hipotezė pasitvirtino. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The work analyzes the concepts of internal organizational communication and knowledge management, in order to identify whether internal communication processes in an organization may be complemented with knowledge management principles so to increase organization’s competitiveness and efficiency. Theoretical part compares the two concepts. The research part of the thesis is aimed to identify the theoretical potential of linking internal communication and knowledge management concepts, as well as to evaluate the practical synergistic implementation of these processes in an organization. The carried out research aims to confirm or deny the hypothesis that the processes of internal organizational communication and knowledge management can be linked; however, the issues, related to type and activity of an organization, may arise. The empirical study of the work is based on a case study of the company Mars Lietuva. The first part of the empirical study presents two semi-structured interviews with the management of Mars Lietuva – managing director and the coordinator of internal communication. The second part presents the results of a quantitative questionnaire given to the employees of those departments, which are mostly related to knowledge management processes. Impact of IT on Organization's Performance

Organization Performance Analysis Framework (OPAF) is a Metamodel which analyzes performance of organizational structure using Enterprise Architecture Analysis Tool (EAAT). This quantitative analysis is used to find out which structure is good at learning, motivation, efficiency, productivity, etc. and how to change it. Current framework does not include IT and how it affects the organizational structure. This thesis work will try to find out how IT affects organizational structure, directly and indirectly. The effect is translated in Object Constraint Language (OCL) and inserted in the model. The framework IT-OPAF is used to analyze three real life organizations and see the changes in performance when IT is introduced. This will validate the findings and also recognize pattern of the effect of IT on organizational structure.

Etika v adiktologické praxi / Ethics in addictology practice

The presented work is an empirical study offering an insight into the providing of addictology care in the everyday practice. In a selected Organization, I ethnographically examine how the good addictology practice is done and what, according to the participants, makes it good. That means how the Organization comes to what is good and what is not, when and in which situation is it good. Through analyses of Organization's everyday life taking place in various facilities helping people at risk of dependents and their loved ones, through documents analyses and through the way the Organization presents itself, I offer proved a support for the good practice. These are the organization's spirit, that is cultivated from the long-term care for the organization's culture and also an awareness of the constant formation of one's own path towards good and even better care. However, neither the path nor the spirit has the same face and final form. Although it stands on solid foundations, which are the organizational values (respect, openness, responsibility, relationship and cooperation) and is based on a long history and traditions, it is shaped by what every day brings to the Organization. The master's thesis describes the management of non-profit organizations. In the action research, data related to a particular human rights organization were collected. Based on the analysis, the organization was recommended potential management improvements. The thesis is formulated for non-profit organizations that want to get a complex overview of their management possibilities. In particular, this thesis is addressed to the mentioned non-profit organization dealing with human rights in the country and it should serve as a material for consideration of appropriate management methods in the future.
