Dissertation interfaces juristic, tax and accounting questions of business of foreign person in Czech republic.

Persons with disabilities reproduce in the Czech Republic on the basis of reasonable estimates, a significant group of citizens (10% of population, of which 0.6% are persons with visual disabilities. Integration is a long/two-way process, playing an important role in many dimensions of human life. When it is necessary to take into account the individuality of each person, trying to understand the rules and are paying them to the behavior, it is important mutual communication skills and awareness of the presence of barriers to integration. In the Czech Republic the whole care for people with disabilities falls into a comprehensive rehabilitation. Over the last 20 years in the Czech Republic focused public attention (state bodies and institutions) to improve the living conditions of persons with disabilities. Attitude State and public authorities, to regulate these individuals significantly, the National plans establishing the most important tasks and measures for different sectors of government. Despite these measures, however, figure in activities of daily living for persons with disabilities discriminatory pressures are particularly evident in the long-term disregard or ignorance of basic and fundamental differences that define this group of person. V currently in the Czech Republic is still missing law on comprehensive rehabilitation. The aim of this paper is to describe the integration factors / barriers / point of view, which people with disabilities, respectively, visual impairment comes in your life / integration process, to mutual acceleration options which can use in the integration process. The main goal of this work is to describe the specifics of the integration of persons with visual disabilities, their personal view on integration / inclusion. The research was conducted in two regional branches Sons of Chomutov in the Czech Republic - SIA and Most. The sample included individuals with visual disabilities of working age (18-65 years). Data collection was conducted from 1st 4th 2012 to 2014. Based on responses to the research questions defined the strategy of qualitative research in the form of so-called case studies - the study of social groups (persons with visual disability).

The presented thesis focuses on demands and needs of persons participating in foster care. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the introduction of the theoretical part, the historical importance of a family having its positive influence on child´s development is explained. The thesis draws attention to protection of rights of children both in international and national documents. Legal regulations relating to substitute family care in the Czech Republic, having foster care in focus, are explained. The following part maps needs of children committed to foster care and needs of foster parents in connection with managing challenging situations they go through with such children. The last part summarizes rights and obligations of foster parents, the importance of accompanying services for foster families, and creates a comprehensive overview regarding possibilities of using social benefits for material security of a child and a foster parent. The practical part identifies differences in foster care performed by a person registered and a person caring. Its aim is to map the most common educational needs for persons registered and persons caring, to evaluate the importance of the assisting organization being attributed by persons registered and persons caring, and to ascertain material requirements of persons registered and persons caring. The output is to identify legislative deficiencies relating to drawing on material and financial securities. Three research questions have been set within the thesis, which comply with thesis targets. Qualitative research was applied. Semi-structured interviews with twelve communication partners were used as data collection basis. The results were processed by a specific qualitative method. Six clusters were made based on received data, which were evaluated as common and referenced in interviews with more communication partners. The research ascertained differences in needs important for a registered foster parent and a caring foster parent. The persons registered, like a crisis institute, must react quickly on child´s demands during his/her adopting. These foster parents place higher demand on education and an assisting organization. Their connection to a key person in the organization is much stronger. Persons caring vary their needs relating to obligatory education and an assisting organization depending on personal experience with raising children and their actual problems. A difference in the way and contents of education was also identified. Differences in financial security of persons registered and persons caring were detected including legislative barriers that prevent especially persons caring from drawing on legal claims. The thesis outputs may by applied as a basis for further research work in this area. The thesis may be used as a supporting material for assisting organizations.

This paper examines the importance of communication for people with visual impairments. Communication is a basic human needs and information is its tool, whose shortage may occur when eyesight is damaged or lost. The beginning of the paper introduces the basic concepts associated with visual impairment and it also presents a historical overview of the issue. The importance of communication intertwines through the following chapters, based on a general description of communication but also its division into non-verbal and verbal communication that is divided into spoken, written and computer-aided communication, with a focus on speech input and output, and other forms of communication. The paper also describes the functions of communication and communication in various fields such as in teaching and working processes, in health care, but also in communication with a social worker. The theoretical part is concluded with a brief mention of communication of people with hearing and speech impediments. The objective of the practical part is to map the views of visually impaired people on the importance of communication in their lives, while finding the most common ways of mediated communication not only in people with visual impairments but also in those without visual impairment. For this purpose, a research, which is further evaluated and discussed in the following chapters, was created. Seven case studies of people with visual impairments, focusing on the history of their visual impairment and on communication, were also elaborated in detail. This paper can be used in TyphloCentres and this paper may also serve to a wide professional public who encounter visual-impaired people during their work.

The present Dissertation deals with optimisation of tax burden of both natural persons and legal entities. Different types of business forms are selected for comparison purposes. The main objective of the Dissertation is to draw up and provide a draft strategy of tax optimisation for tax entities on the basis of selection of the most suitable form of doing business. The results are evaluated in the conclusion of the Dissertation, where also the most suitable variant of doing business is proposed for selected tax entities.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of merger, the individual possibilities, which can be realized. Furthermore, the interest is directed towards the motives leading to this intention and the impact of these activities. One of the strongest motives of mergers is the synergistic effect, whose existence in the selected economic sector is the primary aim of this work or the assessment of its existence in the selected economic sector in specific business entities.

This work deals with the analysis of traffic car-accidents in the Czech Republic, Sweden and Denmark. Excepting the analysis, it contains basic information and evaluation. Then in the final part is also given a proposal of measures to reduce car-accidents in the Czech Republic.

(in English): This diploma thesis focuses on domestic violence from its history to the definitions of both a person in need and a violent person. It also describes legal tools of protection against domestic violence in the Czech Republic and its possiblities of help endangered persons as well as violent persons from the point of view of social work. The main topic is trans-generational violence in families which deals with these groups: children (descendants) versus parents, grandchildren versus grand-parents and last but not least great-grand parents versus their families. Describing what consequences of the transgenerational violence might have on every single member of family, victims themselves, offenders and their closest relationships. The practical part is based on mixed-research, especifically on surveys questionnaires of professionals from helping professions, who are concerned with the issues of transgenerational violence. The semi-structured questionnaires concentrate on possibilities of help of social work to victims and offenders. Moreover, motives, factors, services, prevention of transgenerational violence and domestic violence are emphasis.

This thesis approaches the question of homelessness in the Czech Republic, focusing specifically on homeless people with dogs who together form an alternative family unit. The purpose of this thesis is to map and present comprehensively viewed information and specifics relating to the group. The thesis aims to inspire the reader to ponder on the discussed issue, that is to be aware that this family unit requires to be approached as a whole, and not as two separate components - a homeless person and a dog. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical aspect of the question in discussion, based primarily on academic literature sources, but also on sources from the internet which reflect on the focus of the research. Then follows a practical part where a questionnaire is conducted with homeless people with dogs, where the main research question was what the obstacles are preventing this group from living a fulfilling life. Interviews were also conducted with selected people who have been working with homeless people with dogs for a long time. Using both of these research tools, an overall result was achieved. Delictual liability of natural persons in environmental protection is the topic that represents the intersection of several branches of law. Passing the new penal code brings to criminal law some news in the branch of environmental protection. The purpose of my thesis is to describe the general conditions of delictual liability and then point out to the specifics of the particular types of delicts. The aim of the thesis is also to compare the responsibility for administrative offences and liability for crimes. I divided my thesis into two main parts - the general part and the special part. My thesis contents fourteen chapters, which are dealing with different problems of liability in environmental protection.
