Appointment and recall of an executive of a limited liability company This diploma thesis deals with the appointment and recall of an executive of a limited liability company. The aim of the thesis is to discuss whether the competence of the corporate bodies belongs among status issues and where the limits of the status of legal persons are. This is especially important for establishing the boundaries in which members can autonomously modify the internal conditions to the individual needs of the corporation. The main point is about determining whether the effectivity of the general meeting in the field of appointment and recall of the executive is exclusive or not. And whether it is acceptable to transfer this competence through a possible arrangement of a memorandum of association to another body of the company or to establish another way of setting up the executive in office unpredicted by law, such as anchoring the so-called sending right associated with the share in the company. This thesis is focused on social work with foreigners. Firstly were introduced the topic of migration, the history of migration in the Czech Republic and the basic concepts related to this topic, usefulness of integration and migration policy of the Czech Republic. Then was introduced the Biblical view and view of Catholical social teaching. Then were introduced social work with foreigners, theories and methods, also the values of social work and possible obstacles that await social workers ort he interdependence of the field with other experts. The aim of the thesis was with using literature and other available sources, to introduce concept of migration and introduce how social work works with foreigners, point out and than reflect on whether social workers encounter ethical problems or dilemmas and how they work with them. To achieve the aim of the thesis were used not only gained knowledge of the studied material but also results from qualitative research. Two research questions have been set for the purposes of the thesis, which complement the research objective. This thesis is intended for readers who want to gain basic knowledge about the global phenomenon of migration and than this thesis may be useful for social work students or graduated social workers who are working with this group.

This thesis maps former primary school teachers and their professional view. Theoretical parts deals with the history of teacher's education, terms dealing with the profession of a teacher and current questions of the czech education. In the practical part, there are dialogues with teachers, where I'm focusing on their working experience throughout their careers.

RESUME This diploma is dedicated to stress and burnout syndrom. Objective of this diploma is to find out what is the rate of mental strain concerning burnout syndrom and to map occurence of burnout syndrom for kindergarten teachers. We were interested how burnout syndrom is impacted by professional experience, number of children, place of work, team satisfaction and level of personal satisfaction according to age of teacher. It is focused to teacher's career and to specific stress categories. I have used Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire which is standardized for measurement of burnout syndrom and questionnaire dedicated to find out sensitivity against stress. I have used own questionnaire to find out demographic figures. Final result indicates most of teachers are resistant against stress. Burnout syndrom across all three areas was indicated only for one respondent from total number of 100 asked teachers. For 8 teachers burnout syndrom was confirmed in two areas.

Thesis entitled ?Analysis of educational communication in the lessons of German language at the second degree of elementary school? contains a theoretical and an empirical part. Its aim is to find out whether the pupils of this type of school have a sufficient space for their communication. In order to investigate this fact, there will be watching of the teaching of German lessons. This method is also enriched by interviewing students and their teachers. The research will be held at two elementary schools. Based on the obtained results, there will be compared both schools. In this thesis is explained the issues of communication. The most common and the best-known definitions of communication appear there. It is composed largely of types of communication and a big attention is paid to teaching communication. We cannot forget the methods and forms of teaching, which are used by the teacher in German lessons. Very important is also the individual work of students, in which they will practice and learn the discussed schoolwork. The aim of this work is to find out the issues of communication and possibilities to use the organizational forms of teaching and methods for improvement of teaching of German lessons.

Tato disertační práce strukturuje náboženské a teologické myšlení Emanuela Rádla v kontextu jeho filosofických a politických textů. Profesor Emanuel Rádl, osobnost zejména v době první republiky zcela mimořádná, většinou kontroverzní, byl známý svou mimořádnou aktivitou společenskou, publikační i politickou. Cílem této disertační práce je Emanuela Rádla představit jako originálního náboženského myslitele, poukázat na religiózní strukturu jeho filosofického myšlení a tu srovnat z filosofii náboženství jeho učitele T. G. Masaryka.

Táto práca sa zaoberá automatickým viacjazyčným zodpovedaním na otázky v otvorenej doméne. V tejto práci sú navrhnuté prístupy k tejto málo prebádanej doméne. Konkrétne skúma, či: (i) použitie prekladu z angličtiny je dostačujúce, (ii) multilinguálne systémy vedia využiť preklad otázky do iných jazykov (iii) alebo je výhodnejšie nepoužívať žiaden preklad. Porovnávam použitie anglického systému založeného na modeli T5, ktorý využíva strojový preklad s natívne viacjazyčnými systémami založenými na viacjazyčnom modeli MT5. Anglický systém so strojovým prekladom mierne prekonáva svoje jednojazyčné náprotivky vo viacerých úlohách. Napriek tomu, že tento model bol natrénovaný na väčšom množstve dát zlepšenie nie je dostatočne signifikantné. To ukazuje, že použitie natívne viacjazyčných systémov je sľubným prístupom pre budúci výskum. Tiež prezentujem metódu získavania dokumentov v rôznych jazykoch pomocou algoritmu BM25 a porovnávam ju s anglickým retrievalom. Používanie viacjazyčných dôkazov sa javí ako prospešné a zlepšuje výkonnosť systému systémov.

Diploma thesis deals with the process of validization of Marlowe-Crowne social desirability scale in the Czech context. Despite the fact that social desirability represents an error, which can disrupt validity of obtained data, there is no official Czech version of Marlowe-Crowne scale that could be used in surveys. The aim of this thesis is to create Czech translation of the scale and test its functionality. The Marlowe-Crowne scale is introduced from a theoretical point of view firstly, is discussed its creation, characteristics, its importance in relation to social desirability, critics and problems and possibilities and difficulties of its use in the new context. Further are discussed different ways of translation of research instruments, which could help to preserve their purpose, and method of cognitive interviews as a way of testing of new or adapted research instruments. Modified parallel translation of three translators was used for creation of Czech version of Marlowe-Crowne scale. Cognitive interview, based mostly on verbal protocols, were used for testing of finally translated scale to find out, if scale is applicable in the Czech context without any problems. This master thesis deals with acquisitions in academic libraries. It briefly outlines the characteristics of universities and describes the acquisition process and other related issues. Content analysis of foreign literature maps acquisitions in academic libraries abroad. Literature review is combined with a case study in the European University Institute. The research of the current acquisition practice in Czech academic libraries was done using the Delphi method. The conclusion of this thesis is dedicated to the summary and comparison of the information gained from the literature review, the case study and the research. Key problems and trends in academic acquisitions are formulated.

Judicial self-restraint in the judicature of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic Abstract The thesis deals with the role of the judicial self-restraint in the judicature of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. Besides the theoretical definitions is the pivotal part of the thesis practical section that is focused on the analysis of pre-selected decisions of the Constitutional Court with respect to the judicial self-restraint. The first chapter contains definition of the theory of separation of powers as basis for the judicial self-restraint and its subcategories. Part of this chapter is oriented at the judicial power itself, which is crucial for the thesis. The second chapter provides definitions of key concepts - principal of judicial self-restraint, priority of the constitutionally conformal interpretation, political question doctrine and judicial activism, as it is called. These concepts are defined from the points of view of the angloamerican legal system as well as czech legal system.
