Vývoj a výchova dětí z rozvedených manželství / Development and upbringing of children from dissolved marriages

Zadina, Libor January 2012 (has links)
Divorce has, unfortunately, become quite commonplace in our society. Everyone will surely agree with me that it is one of the greatest tests in human life. It puts enormous demands on the psyche not only of parents, but also of children. Some children cope with the divorce of their parents better, other children worse, but most of them end with long-lasting consequences which can deeply affect their future lives. When two people decide to get divorced, naturally, a large number of decisions have to be made. The most important decisions, which are mostly the most painful ones, involve children. Where will children live, who will be responsible for them, to whom will they be - in accordance with the law and acts - put into custody? With regard to the above-mentioned, I have become much interested in the question whether there is a solution of divorce situations that would minimize the "tormenting" of children as much as possible. In my paper, I summarized the effects of divorce on children's behavior and psyche, as well as the effects on the protagonists themselves - divorcing parents and, last but not least, I dealt with the question of how to minimize the negative impact of divorce (including the issue of after-divorce arrangements) on children as much as possible. My paper also tries to point out that...

The analysis is primarily focused on their problems with self- esteem, self-confidence and self-image, identity, emotions and emotional life but also on difficulties in future partner and intimate relationships. The theoretical part, with regard to the research, also discusses the concept of risk and protective factors. It respects the current trend of leaving aside pathogenic and shifting towards salutogenic factors, so it focuses mainly on mapping the protective factors in the psychological development of girls who grew up without their fathers while not excluding the risk factors. In the practical part, the topic is treated in qualitative way using retrospective...

Jus, Denise January 2018 (has links)
In recent years Germany had to deal with demographical changes on his own territory, pointing an increasingly aging population and on the other hand with a low birth rate that could not normalize this trend. Family policy deals with these issues because one of its current goals is to raise birth rates and ensure and strengthen the position of women in the market. As a possible solution, the family policy sees it in the contribution of men to the share of parental leave. Therefore this diploma thesis will have this topic in the focus. The turning point for Germany and especially for fathers was the year 2007 when the so called "Elterngeld" was introduced with the goal to encourage men to take parental leave and support the woman with raising children. Thanks to this fact that a man help a woman with an upbringing child and household, to women is given the possibility to return to the working environment earlier (at least for a half-time job). This partnership should ensure greater stability in the relationship and possibly ensuring next offspring that Germany necessarily needs. Since 2007 can be noticed interesting numbers of men entering the parental leave. Noteworthy is that one of the highest figures is reported by Saxony with Dresden and Leipzig. Since the man is now seen as one of possible...
