This study documented the leadership messages sent to women in 16 of the National Panhellenic Conference groups' official literature. The purpose of the study was to provide detailed descriptive analysis using excerpts from the official literature to show both traditional and non-traditional (women's ways of leading) theoretical themes as well as to determine the use of followership versus leadership messages to women. The approach to this study was the use of qualitative content analysis whereby messages were collapsed into larger theme categories. Datum from content analysis was represented in excerpts and quotes from the official literature of the 16 groups analyzed for this study. Both analysis and meta-analysis were provided. Meta-analysis indicated that the 16 groups sent a wide variety of descriptive, theoretical, and structural messages. However, the amount of traditional leadership messages outweighed non-traditional, women's ways of leading, messages. Additionally, there was message dissonance between some messages sent regarding non-traditional leadership as embedded in bureaucratic structures. Finally, there was a paucity of followership messages as compared to leadership messages sent.

Methods: The data collection through appreciation of information from different reliable internet sources, Greek legislation, as well from discussion with members of PFS. The paper form of literature is for this topic limited. Results: The role of the PFS in Greece is the same vital as the role of Czech Chamber of Pharmacists in Czech Republic (CLNK). The most important difference between them is in membership. This phenomenological study addressed perceptions of virtual sorority recruitment and was conducted at a large, public university in the Midwestern United States. Data was gathered through interviews using a criterion sampling method in place for this study. Study participants fell into one of the following categories: new members, general members, chapter recruitment chairs, chapter presidents, chapter advisors, chapter recruitment advisors, or the fraternity/sorority advisor. Emerging themes and categories were identified by coding and analyzing the interview data. The themes that were identified were: the convenience of online meetings, reduced emphasis on appearance reduced emotional, financial and time strain, increased accessibility and safety, meaningful conversations, improved communication, the continuation of services, skill development, disruption in building relationships, imperfect implementation, and the grieving process. The findings may be useful for reflecting on virtual sorority recruitment or organization recruitment. The findings may help determine what recruitment functions can be helpful while recruiting in a fully virtual capacity.

This essay describes the radicalization of the Greek society and the rise of the political extremism in Greece in the period of 2000-2012. In this time important changes could have been observed in the Greek political scene and in the society which were linked to the polarization of the electorate and the growth of populism, nationalism, euroscepticism, xenophobia and racism. As a result of modernizing efforts of Constantinos Simitis cabinet (1996-2004), which were related to the Greek ambition to become fully-fledged member of the EU and the Eurozone, under the influence of globalization, immigration crisis and finally the recent slump of the Greek economy, a new social conflict emerged in Greece. This essay analyzes these problems from the perspective of the cleavages theory by Seymour M. Lipset and Stein Rokkan and tries to find social and political roots of such conflict. The radicalization of the Greek society between 2000 and 2012 does not represent a new phenomenon, but is is a continuation of long-term ideological clashes present in the Greek social reality since the World WarI. After identifying the main cleavages in interwar and postwar period the essay identifies the main conflict of Greece after the fall of junta in 1974.
